Default Re: Forever-Delayed does WWE

Great Opening Promo from Chris Jericho, Triple H and Ric Flair. Triple H will somehow win at SS and then move onto a feud with Chris Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship.

The Mystery Man has to Bret Hart.

The Triple Threat was great and Im really glad that The Teachers got another win as IMO that is a great concept for a team.

Benjamin vs Haas would OWN in reality and Im sure this match wont dissapoint but I see Benjamin getting the win sadly as IMO Haas is better.

Sandman is the NEWWWWWW Hardcore Champion and I am so glad Coach dropped the title as him as champion pretty much sucks lol.

Hassan promo was AWESOME. UT vs. Hassan will be a great feud and I hope The Deadman picks up the win.

Team Heyman has the upper advantage going into SS and I really hope they pull out the win however its not very likely

E and C over Styles and Hardy is a good choice and I think this match would have actually been pretty good.

HBK cuts a great heel promo and Im looking forward to his match with Jericho as I'm sure a "screwjob" will go down.

Haas vs Benjamin was turned into a brawl like no other to further promote Team Heyman vs Team Bischoff at Survivor Series.

Im not even going to go into conspiracy about Vince's promo as it was just too much lol, but in a good way.

WWE Smackdown from the Hallam FM Arena in Sheffield England 25th November-Recap

To the start off the show Carlito’s music hits and he comes down to host the Cabana. He starts off the Cabana insulting England calling it a second rate country. He then insults the Sheffield football teams saying they are a load of crap, and that they can’t win any games. He then introduces his guest who is not cool apparently to Carlito, Batista. Batista comes out on his own to a good pop and he gets in the ring and eyeballs Carlito. Carlito asks Batista how is he going to feel when he gets eliminated by Carlito this Sunday at Survivor Series. Batista replies that there is no chance Carlito will eliminate him and he bets Carlito will be eliminated first after an ass kicking by Batista. The two men then continue a verbal insult with Batista ripping into Carlito quite badly. Carlito has enough and he drops to his knees and low blows Batista. He then grabs an apple and starts chewing I, waiting for Batista to get up. But before he can do anything Batista charges him into the corner and he starts hitting him with a series of shoulder thrusts. But from behind the rest of Team Lesner start ambushing the Animal. Lesner gets Batista onto his shoulders and goes for the F-5 but then the rest of Team Batista come out to save the day. All of Team Lesner get out the ring except for one man, Carlito. And Batista sets up Carlito and hits him with the Batista Bomb. Team Batista look down Team Lesner who are heading down the ramp angry about what happened.

When we get back from commercial Cole and Tazz announce that Carlito v Big Show is made for tonight.

We then hear Chavo Guerrero’s music go off and he comes down to a good pop accompanied by Paul London, Billy Kidman and Frankie Kazarian. Tajiri then comes out accompanied by the Mexicools. The match turned out to be a very good match between the two Cruiserweights. Tajiri dominated most part of the opening, getting control after some interference by Juvi Guerrera when the refs back was turned. But when Tajiri went for handspring back elbow, Chavo caught him with a Back superlex. Chavo then dominated the match and he went for the Gory Bomb. But things out of control as Juvi Guerrera interfered causing the face Cruiserweights to get involved and the other Mexicools. The ref carried on the match though and when the 6 men who weren’t competing went outside the ring to brawl, this distracted Chavo and he turned around into Tajiri who spat his mist in his face and then hit the Buzz saw Kick for the three count.

We then see JBL backstage by his limo being interviewed by Josh Matthews. He starts insulting the members of Team Lesner but he doesn’t know the United States Champion Kane is right behind him. And for perfect timing JBL starts insulting Kane calling him a freak. Kane then laughs Psychotically from behind. JBL then closes his eyes hoping its not what he thinks and he turns straight into a hard right hand by Kane. Kane starts ambushing JBL and he slams him on the top of JBL’s limo before walking off.

When we get back from Commercial Mike Awesome is standing in the ring awaiting for his opponent Chris Benoit in what will be a No Mercy Rematch. Benoit’s music hits and he comes out to a good pop. This turned out to be a pretty good match between the two. Benoit showed his technical side keeping the big man down on the mat. But when Benoit went for the Sharpshooter, Awesome kicked Benoit away and then caught him with a Big Boot. Later on in the match Awesome went on the top rope and was going to go for the Awesome splash but Benoit hurried onto his feet and threw off Awesome down to the mat before climbing on the top rope himself. And hitting Awesome with the Diving Headbutt. Benoit then locked on the Crippler Cross face. And Awesome taps out. Giving Benoit the victory.

We then see Mick Foley backstage and he enters the Medic room where we see JBL yelling in pain holding onto his back. Mick Foley says that JBL must want some revenge on Kane tonight as tells JBL he will face Kane NEXT. JBL begs for Foley to not make the match but Foley just pretends to ignore him and walks out.

Backstage Ken Kennedy gets interviewed by Josh Matthews. Strangely Before interviewing himself he announced himself. He then talks about his match at Survivor Series and finally says that the last man standing will be MMMMRRRRRRRR KENNNNEDDDYYY……KENNNNEEEDDDYY.

JBL’s music hits and he comes holding onto his back in pain. Then an Explosion is heard and the United States Champion comes down. This was basically a squash match with Kane going all over a hurt JBL. Kane then went for a Chokeslam on JBL, but JBL elbowed away at Kane’s head causing Kane to drop him. He then scurries out the ring. The referee counts to ten and it’s a count out victory for Kane. JBL tells Kane to turn around which he does and he turns into Booker T who plants him with a Steel Chair. JBL then gets in the ring and tells Booker to hold back Kane, which he does. And JBL connects with the Clothesline From Hell on Kane.

When we get back from Commercial Cole and Tazz run down the Card for Survivor Series.

The next match is a Triple Threat match between Eugene, Danny Basham and Bubba Ray Dudley. This match turned out to be a pretty good match and Danny Basham got the victory after switching around with Doug Basham near the end, and Danny started distracting Bubba and from behind Doug Basham rolled him up for the three count.

Backstage Randy Orton starts talking about his match at Survivor Series. He says for most of his career he has been known as the Legend Killer but as Survivor Series he will be known as the Midget Killer and after match the World Champion. He then walks off and bumps into his partner tonight for Brock Lesner. Brock Lesner tells Orton after he has finished with Batista he will be after the World Title. Lesner then walks off as we see Orton thinking, before walking off.

We then see Carlito coming down to the ring accompanied by Ken Kennedy. Then Big Show comes down accompanied by Rock who has come down to even things up which angers Carlito and Kennedy. Carlito gave Big Show a tough fight despite Big Show being well larger. He went for his finisher move, but Big Show was too large and he lifted Carlito in the air and dropped him to the outside. Show went to finish things off with the Showstopper but Kennedy came from behind and he hit the Big Show. Big Show turns around as Kennedy begs for Big Show not to hurt him. Kennedy then walks backwards into the Rock who spins him around and hits him with the Rock Bottom. Big Show finished off Carlito with the Showstopper and he got the three count.

When we get back from Commercial we see a Survivor Series promo played.

It is now time for the main event. All 4 participating men come down with Lesner and Orton getting big heat and Mysterio and Batista getting big cheers. This turned out to be a very good back and forth Tag Team match with all four men doing very well. The finish came when Mysterio went for the 619 on Randy Orton but as he was about to connect with it Lesner kicked Rey in the face and Mysterio fumbled to the outside. Lesner then grabbed a Steel Chair and went to hit him with it but Batista grabbed it and went to hit him with it but Lesner ducked it and Batista hit the ring apron. Things started to get out of control causing the ref to end the match in a No Contest. Outside the ring Batista Power bombed Lesner onto some steel steps. While inside the ring Orton went for the RKO but Rey then tripped him onto the ropes. He went for the 619 but Orton quickly scurried to the outside. Orton then helped up Lesner to his feet and they backed up down the ramp staring down Mysterio and Batista in the ring to end the show.

Default Re: Forever-Delayed does WWE

Cabana to open the show would have been good and surprised to see Batista as the guest. Brawl between the two teams had to be expected, and Batista takes out Carlito, giving his team the early advantage

Nice win for Tajiri over Chavo, with the other 6 cruiserweights getting heavily involved in the match. Looks like the faces will get their revenge at the ppv though

JBL interview would have been good, and great timing with him insulting Kane. Nice beatdown from Kane to show he is the monster

Good win for Benoit over Awesome, and he gains a bit more momentum going into SS

JBL/Kane tonight will be a nice match, and a nice bit of hype for Kennedy

Kane dominates JBL, but JBL gets himself counted out to avoid further punishment. Booker comes out to help JBL, and they take him down, giving more build to the SS match, and maybe an indicator that JBL/Booker could be the next US champion

Good win for the bashams, guaranteeing they will not win at the ppv

Nice Orton interview, and maybe an indication of a future Orton/Lesnar feud.

Good win for Show over Carlito with Kennedy and the Rock getting involved. Big win for the big show on his return, and team Batista have a lot of momentum at the moment

No contest in the main event is the way to go so that no-one ends up looking weak. Heels back up the ramp whilst the faces stand tall in the ring. Good way to end the show and keep people guessing for SS

Predictions for the Smackdown side:

World Heavyweight Championship Rey Mysterio v Randy Orton - I see Rey holding the belt for a little bit longer, but maybe dropping it a rematch somewhere

Team Batista (Batista, the Rock, Kane, Chris Benoit and the Big Show) v Team Lesner (Brock Lesner, JBL, Booker T, Ken Kennedy and Carlito) in a 5 on 5 Elimination Match - I just see Batista taking the win here, but i dont think that this feud is over for a long while yet

The Mexicools and Tajiri v Chavo Guerrero, Billy Kidman, Paul London and Frankie Kazarian in 4 on 4 Elimination Match - Mexicools have won almost everything in this feud, so it is time for the faces to take a win to close the feud

Tag Team Titles Dudley Boyz v Basham Brothers v Eugene and Heidenreich in Triple Threat Tag Team Tables Elimination Match - They only won the belts a few weeks back so should hold onto for a bit longer

Sorry about the late review F-D, here it is anyways.

Matt Striker v. Kid Kash v. Joey Mercury - Good opening match here with a 3 way dance. I din't expect to see Striker win though, I though Mercury would win it. Nice surprise though.

The Coach v. Sandman - Well about time, lol. Really glad to see The Sandman finally beat The Coach for the Hardcore Title, that took a little to long, should of happened at Taboo Tuesday.

John Cena and Rob Van Dam v. Chris Masters and Kurt Angle - Kind of expected to see John Cena win it. Nice match though, seemed like a good match. Nice to see Angles plan backfire with the chairshot on Masters.

Edge and Christian v. Matt Hardy and AJ Styles - Of course the crowd favorite with Edge and Christian being in Canada. I wanted to see A.J. and Matt win, but a nice win for E&C.

Charlie Haas v. Shelton Benjamin - This seemed like it would be the definate MOTN. I liked to see that everyone got involved in this match. Nice outcome having Charlie Haas win the match, I am looking forward to see how the SS Match will win, i tihnk it will be a little different.

Great promos as usual sorry I did not have time for a full review, as I am just now starting on my Royal Rumble ppv. You can expect a SS review.

Overal: 8/10 - Nice show looking forward to SS.
