Undertaker’s gong sounds again

Tazz – Finally the time has arrived for either the Undertaker or the Rock to be buried alive and we’re all gonna see it here live at No Mercy.

Cole – That’s right Tazz. We’re here in East Rutherford, New Jersey where we are all about the witness the Smackdown only spectacle which is No Mercy. We’re got a great line-up of matches tonight. Every title on Smackdown will be on the line.

Tazz – As well as the Undertaker and Rock match for the WWE Championship, we’ll also see A.J Styles putting his Cruiserweight title up against the Ice Man Dean Malenko. Madusa will be squaring off with Chyna to try and win back the WWE Women’s World Title which she claims is rightfully hers. Grandmaster Sexay will be going up one-on-one for the tag team titles against Rikishi. And we’ll also see John Bradshaw Layfield going against Eddie Guerrero putting his United States title on the line in a lumberjack match, with the LWO and the American Dream surrounding the ring.

Cole – We’ve also got some non-title match-ups tonight. Harlem Heat will be going against the Dudley Boyz and Kurt Angle and Ric Flair will also be going at it in a submission match.

Tazz – This is bound to be one explosive pay-per-view Cole.

*Too Cool’s music starts* Rikishi comes out with Scotty Too Hotty

Tazz – And it’s time to get this show on the road!

*Too Hot’s music starts* Grandmaster Sexay comes out with TAKA Michinoku

Tazz – Rikishi, Scotty Too Hotty and Grandmaster Sexay used to be the best of friends, but a rift over the tag titles caused Grandmaster Sexay to leave Too Cool and start his own team Too Hot with TAKA Michinoku to try and get the tag titles. I don’t know about you Cole, but I think Too Cool’s reign is about to come to an end. The future is hot Cole, the future is Too Hot!

Cole – Well we’re about to find out Cole!

WWE Tag Team Championships

He runs at Scotty but receives a back kick in the face from Rikishi. Scotty then lands the Worm on GMS. The ref begins to get up and Scotty makes his way out of the ring. Scotty Too Hotty climbs into the ring and celebrates with Rikishi, holding his left arm up in the air. Then out of nowhere, Rikishi knocks Scotty Too Hotty out cold with the title in his left hand. He then stomps away at Scotty. Rikishi takes the other title away from Scotty and then goes over to GMS. He helps him to his feet and then hands him the other title. They both celebrate in the centre of the ring.

Crowd cheer

Rock – Now you wanna know how the Rock feels. How the Rock feels on a serious night such as tonight. Tonight could Rock could be buried alive. The Rock might never see his family again, the Rock might never breathe again, but worse of all the Rock might not be able to entertain the millions (AND MILLIONS) of Rock fans ever again. And you know how the Rock feel about that? The Rock feels fine because the Rock knows that he will not lose to that jabroni the Undertaker!

Crowd cheer

Rock – The Rock knows that the Rock will…

Chris Jericho appears on the camera, crowd cheer

Matthews – Well it seems we have an uninvited guest here. Jericho, would you mind sharing a few words with us?

Jericho – Hey assclown, I’m not here to come and talk to yo. The King of the World is here at No Mercy to host a special episode of the Highlight Reel!

Crowd cheer, Jericho grabs the mic from Josh Matthews

Jericho – Well I was actually looking for Rikishi and Grandmaster Sexay to interview but I guess I’ll just settle for the Rock. So Rock, how are feeling right now, this being the last interview you’ll ever have?

Rock – WOAH WOAH WOAH! You watch your mouth when you speak to the Rock. You watch your mouth when you speak on Smackdown, the Peoples’ Show!

Crowd cheer

Jericho – Shut up assclown, I can talk to you however I want. Let’s not forget that I’m the first ever Undisputed Champion. I beat you AND Stone Cold Steve Austin on the same night! You’re lucky it wasn’t a buried alive match or you would have died ages ago!

Rock – Oh no, the Rock didn't forget about that. That was a memorable night for you. But it's also gonna be a memorable night for you tonight. Because tonight, the Rock's gonna grab that microphone, give it a little spit shine, throw it up in the air, catch it, turn it sideways, and stick that son of a bitch right up YOUR CANDY-ASS!!!!

Crowd cheer, Rock and Jericho go face to face, then suddenly Shane McMahon comes

Shane – Hey, HEY, you two, stop! Don't you dear fight back here in my arena! Rock, you've match tonight, you should be syking yourself up! And Jericho, what the hell are you doing back here?! Who let you back here?

Jericho – Y2J can go anywhere he wants. I'm not on Smackdown so I don't have to answer to you.

Shane – Well then get the hell out of my arena. SECURITY!

Security come and take away Jericho

Cole – Thank goodness Jericho’s been escorted out of the building. We wouldn’t want him to cost the Rock his life tonight.

Tazz – Well we’ll have to worry about the later, because the next match is starting right now!

Heyman – Is the Undertaker ready? Of course the Undertaker's ready. The Undertaker has been preparing for this match for weeks now. The Undertaker has undergone intensive training since the announcement of this Buried Alive Match.

Matthews – May I ask, has the Undertaker gone up intensive training maybe because he fears he may lose this match tonight?

Heyman – Fear? Fear? The Undertaker knows no fear. The Undertaker fears no one. The Undertaker went under intensive training because I don't feel everybody shows the Undertaker the fear and respect he deserves. So tonight, the Undertaker is not only going to bury the Rock alive, he's going to make sure he stops breathing before he is laying 6 feet under covered in dirt. After tonight's match, everyone will know and fear the name the Undertaker they should, especially the Rock. So Rock, be afraid, be very afraid.

JBL then throws him out the ring and he is attacked by the American Dream. LWO go to help Eddie and JBL climbs out of the ring to join in with the brawl. Suddenly, Kurt Angle runs down the ramp and joins in with the brawl, attacking the LWO. Angle then gets to Eddie and lands the Angle Slam. He then rolls him into the ring. JBL climbs in and wakes up the ref. He goes for the pin. The ref counts. 1.......2.......3 JBL retains the United States title.

Cole – JBL has retained the United States title, thanks to Kurt Angle!

Tazz – What does this mean Cole? Is Kurt joining the American Dream?

Cole – I have no idea. But that'll definitely even out the number between the LWO and the American Dream.

Tazz – I told you Cole, I told something was gonna happen.

Cole – Lucky guess Tazz. Well folks, it's finally time for the event you've all been waiting for.

Tazz – Don't say it Cole. I don't wanna think about this match. I don't want to imagine the Rock losing this match. I couldn't stand the site of the dirt falling onto his motionless body.

Cole – Who will walk out of this arena alive with the WWE Championship gold around their waist? We'll we're about to find out, right now!

Footage of the match build-up is shown.

The Rock gets the upper hand and then “Lays the Smackdown” on the Undertaker, sending him to the floor. The Rock then stomps away at the Undertaker. The Rock lifts the Undertaker to his feet and then drags him towards the pit. But the Undertaker gets free and lands a clothesline to the back of the Rock, sending him onto his knees. The Undertaker lifts the Rock to his feet and then sends him back down with a club to the neck.

The Undertaker stomps away at the Rock. He lands an elbow drop to the chest of the Rock. The Undertaker then lifts the Rock to his feet and then lands a sidewalk slam. The Undertaker drags the Rock further up the ramp to the titantron. He lifts the Rock to his feet and goes to irish whip him off the stage, but the Rock reverses it, gives him a kick to the midsection, followed by a DDT.

The Rock rolls the Undertaker off the stage down towards the pit. The Rock gets some stomps in on the Undertaker and then drags him further towards the pit. The Rock then lands a somoan drop on the Undertaker. The Rock lifts the Undertaker again, but receives a shot to the midsection followed by the swinging neckbreaker. The Undertaker lifts him to a feet and sends him back down with a russian leg sweep. Paul Heyman appears and tosses the Undertaker a chair. Taker stands and waits for the Rock to get to his feet. The Rock gets up, turns around and ducks the chair shot. The Rock then gives the Undertaker a kick to the midsection and grabs the chair. He then hits the Undertaker in the stomach and then the head with the chair, sending the Undertaker to the floor and causing blood to pour from the Undertaker's face.

The Rock drags the Undertaker closer to the pit. Now they are about 2 metres away. The Rock goes over to the JCB and opens the door. He then goes back to the Undertaker and stomps away at him for a while. The Rock then stalks the Undertaker, waiting for him to get to his feet. The Undertaker gets up and stumbles into the Rock Bottom. The Rock gets ready to land the Rock Bottom but the Undertaker elbows the Rock in the head and then lands a DDT, causing the Rock to bleed. The Undertaker then signals for the Last Ride. He lifts the Rock to his feet and onto his shoulders. He moves next to the pit and gets ready to send the Rock inside. But the Rock gives the Undertaker some punches to the face and then slides down. He then grabs the Undertaker and lands the Rock Bottom. The Rock looks ready to send the Undertaker into the pit with another Rock Bottom and stalks him. But the Rock is attacked from behind by Paul Heyman. The Rock turns around and stares at Heyman. Heyman tries to run but the Rock grabs him. He puts his arm around his neck and Rock Bottoms him into the pit. In a moment of madness, the Rock goes over to the JCB, and pulls the leaver. The dirt falls, burying Paul Heyman. The bell sounds. The Rock looks at what he's done and is then attacked by the Undertaker. The Undertaker lands a Last Ride on the Rock.

Tazz – Oh my God! Paul Heyman's been buried alive!!!!

Cole – Someone get out here quick and get him out of there!!!

Tazz – What does this mean Cole?

Cole – I guess the Undertaker's still the WWE Champion!

Tazz – The Rock's thrown away his chance. He was so close Cole, so close!

Show ends with the Undertaker trying to get Heyman out, and then EMTs come from the back and try and help.

Great PPV!
Interesting ending I did not expect that.
I had a feeling someone would turn in the Too Cool/Too Hot match, but I Didnt expect Rikishi to turn. Nice!

All up great work. 7.5/10

Raw will be up in half an hour.

Raw – October 4th

The show kicks off with footage from last week’s Ladder Match and the announcement by Linda McMahon that at Taboo Tuesday, Randy Orton will defend the Intercontinental Title against both Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho.

Raw pyro goes off in Madison Square Garden in New York City

King – Welcome to all of you for Monday Night Raw, no J.R next to me after the beating Triple H gave him last week.

Coach’s Theme Plays

King – Well everybody, here comes Jonathan Coachman.

Coach comes out to a chorus of boos and approaches the Announce Table

King – Ladies and Gentlemen we are now being joined by none other then the Coach, and Coach what brings you here?

Coach – Well King, Eric Bischoff gave me special permission to come out here because he doesn’t want you making a fool out of yourself, so someone needs to control you, and that person is the Coach.

Trish Stratus’ Theme Plays

King – Puppies!

Coach – See, it’s for things like that, that Mr. Bischoff sent me out here. This is a family show and comments like that are highly disrespectful.

King – Oh will you just be quiet. I don’t think you’ve found your head yet…it’s still stuck up Bischoff’s ass.

Coach – Well here comes Trish Stratus accompanied to the Ring by Edge, she’s going to take on the Women’s Champion, Molly Holly and Diamond Dallas Page in Mixed Tag Team action.

Lillian – Making their way to the Ring, Trish Stratus and Edge

Molly Holly’s Theme Plays

Lillian – And their opponents, Molly Holly and Diamond Dallas Page.

Coach – Well here comes the adorable Molly, the Women’s Champion…

King – Not as adorable as my Trish, you go girl!

Mixed Tag Team Match
Trish Stratus & Edge vs. Molly Holly & Diamond Dallas Page

Edge lands the Spear on DDP and gets the 3-Count

Here are your winners – Trish Stratus & Edge

They celebrate in the Ring until DDP enters and Diamond Cutters’ Edge. Christian comes out and Impales, DDP. Then without warning Trish turns around and she sees Jazz. Jazz flapjack’s her onto the canvas, then makes her submit by applying the STF.

Coach – My woman Jazz is back.

King – Jazz is back on Raw and has immediately made her mark on the Woman that injured her for so long, Trish Stratus. Wow.

Commercial Break

We return on air as another Hirohito promo airs:

These people were brave but in their own minds were cowards,
These people sent out thousands to fight hundreds,
Will we ever know our true destiny?
Destiny defying the barriers of reality,
My Grandparents fought for our rights,
But lost,
Now I’m coming to vanquish the suffering that this has caused,
I will show no remorse to those who conquered…
You will not choose to see me I will be there,

Hirohito is coming…at Taboo Tuesday

King – Hirohito…. at Taboo Tuesday!!

Coach – This anti-American warrior is coming to the WWE for one thing, and that is to take out each and every superstar who shows no good towards his country.

The camera turns to a clip of Chris Benoit getting helped into a seat as his exclusive interview is coming up in a short while.

King – Well Coach, what a match we have in store later on as the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton teams up the former Hardcore Champion Scott Steiner to take on two men fresh off an epic Ladder Match on last week’s Raw in Kansas.

Coach – That match is sure gonna be off the chart folks be sure not to miss it!

Don’t Try This At Home Commercial

King – Well everybody, two weeks ago Chris Benoit suffered horrific injuries at the hands of the Cerebral Assassin, Triple H. He suffered a grade two concussion, a broken elbow, 2 broken fingers, 3 broken ribs and horrific amounts of cuts, bruises and lost blood but Chris Benoit is going to talk to us from his family home in Edmonton, Alberta…

Benoit appears on the TitanTron

King – Chris, good evening and we would just like to wish you a very speedy recovery.

Benoit – Thank you, King.

King – So Chris, how have you been feeling in these past two weeks and how have the doctors assessed your injuries?

Benoit – Well King, as you said I suffered these broken bones and doctors have treated me well. They discharged me a couple of days ago and I have been at home trying to heal from these wounds. The doctors don’t know how long I will be out but they say it could be anything between 4-8 weeks, but only time will tell.

Coach – Good evening Chris, Jonathan Coachman here, is there anything that you want to say to the man who did this to you?

Benoit – Coach, it would be my pleasure. Now listen up real straight Triple H. You did this to me, not anyone else but you. I feared for my career, the career in which I have been for over 20 years. Hunter, I was in this ring sweating my ass off when you were still in high school and one thing they teach you in this business is respect. Respect for yourself and respect for every single wrestler and diva you meet. HHH you abused me, you took away my physical specimen and beat my down to a bloody pulp. But mark my words Hunter Hearst Helmsley when I get back into that ring, you better beware because I am going to beat you up so bad that wherever you are you will be covered in a pool of your own blood. And I will teach you that no-body messes with the crippler, Chris Benoit because I will make you tap.

King – Chris, I know that you are aware of Triple H wrestling in a World Heavyweight Title match at Taboo Tuesday. Is there anything you want to say about that?

Benoit – Triple H, I will make sure that come my return, I will kick your ass so bad you wont even be able to sit down. Triple H, be afraid, be very afraid because Chris Benoit is your most wanted man. You tried to take me out…but I’m still here whether you, Bischoff or anyone else for that matter likes it. Be vigilante, cos’ I’m coming for you. This interview is over.

Benoit leaves as the cameras turn back to the Announcers.

King – Wow, Benoit with a massive vow to make Triple H pay for what he did.

Coach – Stay at home Chris, we don’t want any lunatics running around Raw. We’ve already got Eugene, now that’s enough.

King – Speaking of Eugene, he will be in singles action later on tonight as he goes up against one half of La Resistance, that being Sylvain Grenier.

Coach – Raw will be back after this short break.

Commercial Break

Eugene’s Theme Plays

Lillian – Making his way to the Ring, being accompanied to the ring by William Regal, he weighs in at 246lbs, Eugene.

Coach – Here comes the amoeba of Raw himself, Eugene.

King – Coach, if I’m right, this amoeba holds a pinfall victory over you…

Coach – I, I, I, I, I…was just about to say, the amoeba of Raw Eugene…’s friend William Regal.

King – Now your having a go at our fellow chap from Blackpool, England, William Regal…That’s how they do speak in England, right…. chap?

Coach – Shut up!

La Resistance’s Theme Plays

Lillian – And his opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Robert Conway, now residing in Quebec, Canada, he weighs in at 247lbs, Sylvain Grenier.

Coach – Should be an interesting match but will the factors outside the ring provide any distractions?

Singles Match
Eugene w/William Regal vs. Sylvain Grenier w/Robert Conway

Conway brings a steel chair into the ring and blindsidedly hits Eugene with it.

Here is your winner by DQ – Eugene

The beat down continues until Jeff Hardy comes down to the Ring. He lands a twist of fate on Grenier followed by a dropkick to Conway. Matt Hardy then runs down to help Jeff. He lands his Twist of Fate on Conway and Jeff sets him up for the Swanton Bomb, which he executes perfectly. Suddenly Eric Bischoff’s face appears on the TitanTron.

Eric – Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, you want La Resistance so bad, well next week we’re going to have ourselves a good old tag team match, because it will be the Hardy Boyz against La Resistance.

Jeff and Matt seem quite happy as they leave the ring and head up the TitanTron.

King – Awesome match made by an awesome General Manager.

Coach – Isn’t he great!

King – Hey, it’s good for a change not to have someone shouting in your ear about how pathetic Eric Bischoff is…it does make for a nice change!

Raw preview announcing Raw to be held for the first time in Manchester, England in 7 days time!!!!

Mr McMahon’s theme plays

King – Well folks, here comes the boss and folks, you don’t cross the boss!

Coach – That’s right but I wonder what mood the boss will be in?

King – Well looks like the boss has an agenda on his mind that he wants to adhere to…

McMahon picks up the microphone…

Vince – Over the past 7 days, fans from all over the globe have been voting to see who they want to be the last participant in the World Heavyweight Title match at Taboo Tuesday…well I can reveal that that vote was…. a tie.

King – Ha ha, folks we’ve got a tie, how are they going to choose…?

Vince – This was a tie between Kane, and the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton. Now I am well aware of the fact that Mr. Orton has to defend his title at Taboo Tuesday, and I don’t want to put any more pressure on his young back, so I declare that by default the person going through to the Triple Threat match is…

Randy Orton’s Theme Plays

King – Well, here comes greatness in the form of our Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton.

Orton grabs a microphone and interrupts…

Orton – Vince, Vince, are you insane? So what if I already had a match at Taboo Tuesday. I know that if I were in both matches I would be more tired and risk the possibility of loosing my Intercontinental Title, but then again, I could be a double champion…

Vince ponders…

Orton – Please Vince, this is my only chance….

Vince – Ok, Randy, you will be included in the match, and at Taboo Tuesday in a Fatal Fourway, Elimination Match for the World Heavyweight Title, it will be Goldberg defending his title against Triple H, Kane, and Randy Orton, thank you very much.

Orton shakes Mr. McMahon’s hand as both leave the Ring gloriously.

Commercial Break

Lillian – The following match is scheduled for one fall…

Kevin Nash’s Theme Plays

Lillian – Introducing first, he is the WWE Hardcore Champion, he weighs in at 326lbs, Kevin Nash.

Viscera’s Theme Plays

Lillian – And his opponent, he weighs in at 439lbs, Viscera.

Singles Match
Kevin Nash vs. Viscera

Viscera lands a big splash after Nash fails to land a Jacknife Powerbomb

Here is your winner – Viscera

King – Scott Steiner cost Kevin Nash the match, what a screwjob by the former Hardcore Champion.

Coach – Nash wont be happy with this one, a right trick from Scott Steiner’s former wCw trickbook.

No Mercy rebound

· Rikishi screwing Scotty Too Hotty and joining his former partner Grand Master Sexay
· Madusa defeating Chyna to claim the WWE Smackdown Women’s Title.
· Harlem Heat defeating The Dudleyz
· JBL retaining the U.S Title thanks to some interference from Kurt Angle.
· Kurt Angle defeating the legendary Ric Flair.
· Paul Heyman being buried alive in the WWE Title match.

King – What a night it was on Sunday. Be sure to tune into what is going to be a blockbuster Smackdown!

Todd Grisham is standing by with Kane

Todd – Kane, later on tonight you go one-on-one with Abyss. This match should have taken place last week but why did you delay it until this week? And also, what do you have to say about the fans including you in the World Heavyweight Title match at Taboo Tuesday?

Kane – Well, my title shot is no thanks to the fans. I was long overdue one anyway. Bischoff needs to realise that I am the monster around here and so this opportunity would have come soon enough anyway.

Todd – And your match with Abyss…?

Kane – Listen up real close. Abyss is nothing but…a prick. I will beat his ass down so bad that he wished he were taping a crappy taping at Nashville like he used to do…

Abyss suddenly comes out from nowhere and a referee accompanies him, a bell is rung backstage

Falls Count Anywhere
Kane vs. Abyss

Kane throws Abyss off the top of the TitanTron

Here is your winner – Kane

King – Kane just threw that monster off the TitanTron!!!!!! That was unbelievable, is Abyss even alive?

Coach – Coming up next is the Highlight Reel and maybe we’ll get some explanations as to why Y2J was at No Mercy this past Sunday…

Chris Jericho’s Theme Plays

King – Well, here comes the highlight of the night, the one and only Chris Jericho.

Y2J – Well, I know that you know that I was at No Mercy…but for what cause remains a mystery…but it shall remain a mystery no more. I was simply at No Mercy to see what Smackdown had to offer and I thought that….it was nothing short of crap. Raw has the better Diva’s, the better superstars, and the sexiest man to ever grace a WWE ring by the name of Chris Jericho.

King – Well he’s not wrong there!

Y2J – But enough of my banter, I want to introduce you to a special highlight reel because tonight there will be no special guests, just me, Chris Jericho. I am going to give you what all of you Jerichoholics out there have wanted for years…two minutes of Chris Jericho’s illustrious yet still unfinished, career. So please all observe the Jeritron 5000 as I present to you, Chris Jericho and the WWE…ROLL THE FOOTAGE PLEASE!

The footage is shown and a few endings of matches are shown. The tape finishes and Jericho picks up the mic.

Y2J – it just goes to show that I am the best thing since sliced bread and at Taboo Tuesday I will beat Randy Orton and I will beat RVD and I will regain what is truly mine, the Intercontinental Title. But for now we have some business to take care of, RVD join me in the Ring, we got a whole lot of ass-kicking to do.

RVD’s Theme Plays

Lillian – Making his way to the ring, from Battlecreek, Michigan, he weighs in at 237lbs, Rob Van Dam.

Scott Steiner’s Theme Plays

Lillian – And introducing the first of his opponents, from Bay City, Michigan, he weighs in at 285lbs, Scott Steiner.

Randy Orton’s Theme Plays

Lillian – And his tag team partner, he weighs in at 250lbs, he is the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton.

Tag Team Match
Rob Van Dam & Chris Jericho vs. Scott Steiner and Randy Orton.

Orton lands the RKO for the victory on Rob Van Dam

Here are your winners – Scott Steiner & Randy Orton

Orton and Steiner are getting beaten on until Kane comes out, he then beats down on Y2J and RVD until they are both knocked out of the Ring. Orton then comes back in and congratulates Kane. Orton then puts out his hand for a handshake but Kane chokeslams him instead leaving Steiner to flea the Ring. Kane celebrates with his pyro.

The show ends with a towering Kane standing over the bodies of Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam and Randy Orton.

Match Results

Trish Stratus & Edge defeated Molly Holly & Diamond Dallas Page
Eugene defeated Sylvain Grenier via DQ
