This is my first time at writing shows, I will be helped by another person who will write Smackdown. I am starting after Vengeance but am not keeping all the storylines.

(P.S I will be on holiday this coming Saturday, for 3 weeks. I will try and post some if I find a computer but if not I will just post all of my shows leading up to SummerSlam, this week, before Saturday and when I come back I will post the actual PPV.)

Cheers. This is the Roster, It might change slightly.

This is my first ever attempt at ‘Be The Booker’ so please take mercy on my soul…. all opinions are welcomed.

Raw – July 12th

The Show kicks off with footage of Chris Benoit retaining his World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H from Last Night’s PPV, Vengeance.

The Pyro sends a chorus of explosions throughout the arena as we kick off what should be an unforgettable night.

J.R – 15,000 Packed into the Staples Centre, Los Angeles as we welcome you to Monday Night Raw. J.R along side Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, and King what an unbelievable night, it was last night King when Chris Benoit regained his World Heavyweight Championship.

King – What a night it was J.R but we can’t forget the promise that our G.M, Eric Bischoff made last night, because the Hardcore Title is back.

J.R – That’s right King, There will be an open invitational, for any man who wishes to hold the Hardcore Title, Tonight could be your night.

King – This is going to be great, I can’t wait!

Triple H’s Theme is played

J.R - Folks, last night, that man was only seconds away from regaining The World Heavyweight Title, which he lost to Benoit at WrestleMania. The visible gash on his forehead, the result of being busted open at the hands of our Champion.

King – J.R, That man can barely walk. He had that title won. Benoit doesn’t deserve to have the title.

J.R – King, How can you say that, Benoit is a very good Champ and is what gives this company a good name.

King – Be quiet J.R. The Game is about to speak.

Chants of ‘’You Tapped Out’’ Echo throughout the whole arena.

HHH – SHUT UP!!!

King – Does this crowd have any respect for this man? He is one of The Best in This Business.

J.R – Well King, you can’t take that away from him. He is the Cerebral Assassin.

The Chants have slightly died down.

HHH- Benoit. You think you can outwit The Game? Huh? I had you beat, that title should be around MY waist, not yours MINE!! No one beats me. I am The Game and I am that damn good. Benoit, your not getting away with it this time.

J.R – Senior Official, Earl Hebner was in charge of the match, when Triple H inadvertently knocked him down.

HHH – Eric, I want you to get your ass out right now, I want my title rematch tonight.

Eric Bischoff’s Theme is played

Eric – Triple H, I know you want your rematch, I saw you get robbed out of that victory last night….

J.R- Give me a break.

Eric – So Triple H, you will be involved in a match for The World Heavyweight Title, Tonight.

Crowd Boo

Eric – However there is just one slight problem, I have a man who keeps telling me that you have already had your shot, and you should now be at the back of the line. I don’t necessarily agree with that, but I need to make him get off my back.
So, Tonight, in that very ring we will have a Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship, it will be Chris Benoit versus Triple H versus…STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN.

The crowd go wild whilst Triple H is left in the ring with a look of complete horror.

Commercial Break

J.R - And we’re back with the Women’s Tag Match, The Women’s Champion Jazz & Sable v Trish Stratus & Victoria.

King – PUPPIES!!!

J.R – King, Will you ever grow up?

Jazz’s Theme is played, followed by Sable’s, Victoria’s and Trish’s.

The match starts with Jazz and Victoria in the Ring. Victoria nails a Running Clothesline followed by a Scoop Slam, and gets a 2 count. Jazz then follows up with 2 punches of her own and a knockdown. Victoria gets back up and both women Tag out. Sable and Trish lock up, Trish hits a swinging neck breaker followed by a slap to the head, covers but Sable puts foot on rope. Victoria enters the ring and both women stomp Sable in the corner. Sable is looking desperate and needs a Tag. Sable ducks a punch and follows up with a Swinging Valley Driver Followed by a Jawbreaker. Jazz enters but is pushed away by Ref. Victoria enters and plants the Widows Peak on Jazz. Trish is still down following that Driver by Sable. Finally she gets up and plants a kick on Sable, Covers and gets a 2 count before Jazz interferes. Trish gets up and punches Jazz, the ref is distracted whilst Victoria plants another Widows Peak. Ref finally splits the 2 Divas up and Trish goes for the cover. Remarkably Sable kicks out.
Finally Sable makes the tag to an already fired up Jazz. Jazz throws punches everywhere, she then misses Trish, Trish then nails a Kick and Victoria, a modified Sidewalk Slam. Victoria then runs and knocks Sable off the Apron whilst Trish covers Jazz and gets the 3 Count.

Here are your Winners: Trish Stratus and Victoria

Steven Richards and Val Venis are shown backstage in the Locker Room.

Steven – Tonight is the night when we finally get rid of that baby boy Eugene. He has the intelligence of an Amoeba. He must be taken off our screens IMEDIATELY!!!

Val- Yes Sir.

Steven – I want him off. And what I want, I get.

J.R – What an idiot King, all Eugene wants is to live his dream as a WWE Superstar and you get people like the ‘Right To Censor’ trying to squash that dream. It’s just not fair.

King – Life’s not fair J.R.

J.R - Anyway Folks we have the moment you have all been waiting for, the return of the Hardcore Title is up next in an Open Invitational. We will be right back.

Commercial Break

The Participants in the match are Rob Van Dam, Tajiri, Shelton Benjamin, Scott Steiner, Rikishi and Rhyno. This match will have a 10 Minute Time Limit according to our General Manager Eric Bischoff

Rikish starts by clearing house, then provides the Stink Face to Rhyno. RVD with Martial Arts Kicks galore to Scott Steiner. Tajiri is brawling with Shelton Benjamin. Shelton executes a perfect Release German on Tajiri, whilst Rikishi, Stink Faces Rhyno again this time on the opposite Turnbuckle. RVD then grabs a chair and tries to hit Tajiri but misses. Rhyno then gets that chair and tries to hit Rikishi with it but misses, Rikishi then plants Rhyno with a DDT onto the Chair. Steiner then hits a Steiner Recliner on Rikishi, whilst Shelton hits RVD with a Trash Can. Cover 1,2,3 Shelton Benjamin is champ on 6:27. All the competitors are busted open. Steiner Recliner on Shelton by Scott Steiner, Shelton refuses to tap as Tajiri breaks the hold. Rhyno then brings a Table into the Ring and Gore’s Shelton through it. Covers him, 1,2,3 Rhyno is champ on 3:30. Shelton then wins it back on 2:47 with a Sucker Punch. Rikishi meanwhile has put RVD through another Table. Tajiri then Pins Rhyno after a Ladder Shot brought into the Ring by RVD on 1:43. Steiner then gets a Metal Bar and knocks Tajiri to the Canvas and covers him with 50 seconds left, Tajiri is then pinned by Steiner. Rhyno then gets a Chair Shot on Steiner with 10 Seconds remaining but he doesn’t have the remaining strength to go for the cover.
5,4,3,2,1.

Here is your winner and the NEW Hardcore Champion: Scott Steiner

A bloody, Bruised and Battered Scott Steiner celebrates on the Turnbuckle with his new title.

Commercial Break

An angry Triple H storms into Eric Bischoff’s office, asking why he added Stone Cold into the match to make it a Triple Threat. Bischoff says that he has various reasons for his decision and that Triple H has many more important things to think about other than what Eric thinks. For starters he has his Triple Threat Match to worry about. Triple H leaves the office with more questions being asked than answered.

J.R – King, what was that all about?

King – I don’t know J.R but this Triple Threat match is going to be one hell of a battle.

Right To Censor’s Theme airs Followed by that of Eugene and William Regal

Regal starts in the ring along side Val Venis. Many Rest holds are executed, as Val is getting anxious. Eugene is seen jumping up and down urging his friend and mentor, William Regal on. Val Venis worms his way out of a sleeper hold and packs a couple of Delayed Vertical Suplexes on Regal. Venis makes the Tag to Richards. Richards gets a few punches in but after every punch layed into Regal, Eugene is seen getting angrier, finally Eugene snaps and knocks the daylight out of Richards. Venis is seen bringing in a Steel Chair and hits Eugene on the Head. The referee calls for the Bell.

Your Winners due to a Disqualification: William Regal and Eugene.

Eugene is seen remaining motionless on the floor. Venis hits the Money Shot, and he and Richards squirm their way out of the ring. EMT’s then rush to the aid of Eugene who is pictured with blood pouring from his head. Regal signals with a ‘’slit throat type motion’’ that they are his.

J.R – Those actions that we just witnessed by RTC were just disgusting and out of order. That was Vile, That was sick.

All 3 members in the Triple Threat Match are shown coming out of their respective lockers. All making their way to the ring. This match is announced as being no DQ.

Stone Cold’s Theme hits, then that of Triple H, and Finally that of the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Benoit.

All 3 men stand in the middle of the Ring.
The ‘What’ Chants begin

Austin locks eyes with HHH, and then puts 1 middle finger up at him. HHH then runs and attacks him. Benoit then punches HHH.
The match then starts with Benoit grabbing a Steel Chair immediately and hitting both Austin and HHH with the Chair. Benoit then Suplexes Austin on the Chair. HHH and Benoit then exchange blows.

You Tapped Out is heard throughout the Arena

J.R – It’s virtually all against all. Everyone is fighting everyone. The unlikely team of Benoit and HHH are working together, but for how long? We need to take our last Commercial break but we will be back right after for the conclusion of this Title Match.

Commercial Break

We return with a Dragon Sleeper being applied to Stone Cold by HHH. Benoit then hits Austin with A Steel Chair and a DDT on the Chair. Austin somehow then counters a Pedigree. Benoit then turns on HHH with Rolling German’s followed by a Back Drop and a Headbutt. Benoit then hits the Sharpshooter on Austin but can’t make him tap. Austin the Stunners HHH and Benoit hits Austin with a Sledgehammer brought to the Ring by HHH, Moments Earlier. Austin is knocked out. Benoit then gets the Crossface locked in on HHH and makes him tap.

Here is your winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Benoit.

J.R – He’s done it again King, Benoit has made HHH Tap,, for the second night running. Austin looks as if he needs medical attention

King – What an explosive night, I told you it was going to be great.

J.R – Thank You Folks for inviting us into your homes, what a win for Benoit. Goodnight, Everybody.

The show ends with Benoit celebrates on the Ramp whilst an angry HHH looks up at him

Scott Steiner defeated five other men to win the vacant Hardcore Title.

I have been a constant reader for just under a year now but haven't had the chance to read a single show of yours. I think the brand extention coming to an end is the right way to go if you are lacking time but I warn you, I have tries it a couple of times but it just does not click for me. Maybe it will click for you though, at least I'm hoping. Starting fresh is also good but shouldn't you start a new thread then? It would be much neater. Goodluck!

Hey, look, it is the guy who complains about work more than I do!!

I hope that you have a successful run, just like last time cough cough! I hope that you can stick to this, as I went back to December 2004 where you ranted against bookers not being committed.

I will be away for three weeks, so when I return, I hope to see you at the top of page one.

Nice to see a couple of Vets replying, people I used to look to when I first started booking :) as well as others who I know used to read.

Anyway Event, all will basically be revealed in the first RAW, however the only bit of news I'll say is that the General Manager's spot is vacant. All will become clearer though after the first show.

Man, I may have joined in April, but this is one thread that I really enjoyed, and am glad that it's back. And as Grendrill said about how all these old threads returning, it looks like 2006 will be a big year in terms of BTB. Can't wait for Raw man. Oh yeah, great roster. 1!

Monday Night RAW
December 19th
Anaheim, California

Across The Nation hits as RAW emanates from the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, California

The camera zooms around the arena focusing on signs such as ‘Lemmy=HHH=Bono’ and ‘JBL stole my God!’

Without anything said from the commentators, we turn back to the Ring which is laid out with red carpet

*No Chance* hits the Arena - Vince McMahon’s Theme Plays

Joey Styles – Good evening all and welcome to a brand new edition of Monday Night Raw! Here comes the boss…

Tazz – You’re not wrong Joey, the boss looks as if he means business tonight

Vince McMahon struts to the Ring with his famous ‘power walk’. He enters the Ring and immediately grabs a microphone

Vince McMahon – You know after last night’s Pay per View there has been a lot of controversy and talk going around the wrestling world.

Vince McMahon pauses for a second

McMahon – There’s been a lot of talk surrounding the possibility of a new General Manager after I fired Eric Bischoff last night at Survivor Series. And let me tell you that that talk is not ill-founded. Later on tonight, a new General Manager of RAW will be appointed.

Crowd cheers

McMahon – But getting back to more important matters ever since last night there has been no brand extension meaning that from now on there will be no Smackdown on Friday nights. The only show that will be exclusive to World Wrestling Entertainment will be its flagship television show and that is Monday Night RAW.

Crowd Cheers

McMahon – Tonight however is a landmark night in Sports Entertainment. Tonight every single superstar that holds a belt belonging to RAW will be stripped of that belt.

Mixed Crowd Reaction

McMahon – And later tonight, in a 20 man over the top Battle Royal, a new WWE Champion will be crowned. For now sit back and enjoy the show. Thank you very much.

McMahon drops the mic on the floor and confidently strolls off up the Ramp

Joey Styles – Mr. McMahon exercising authority, he’s booked a 20 man over the top battle royal for later on tonight!

Tazz – Mr. McMahon has made a brave decision in taking all the titles off the champions but WWE is going in a new direction and Joey that direction starts tonight.

Commercial Break
Mr. McMahon is walking backstage when he encounters Rob Van Dam

RVD – Mr. McMahon, Mr. McMahon!

McMahon – Mr. Monday Night Night, Rob Van Dam! What can I do for you?

RVD – Yeah Mr. McMahon, I’d just like to ask you why you stripped me of my Intercontinental Title?

McMahon – {Laughing} Rob, this isn’t about anyone in particular. I just want to start fresh. A one week show with new Champions.

RVD – Vince, what did I do to deserve being stripped of my title? A title that I fought for.

McMahon {starting to get a little anxious} Again, Rob this decision was not based around you, but based around the needs of RAW and the needs of the company.

RVD – Well Vince, tonight I would like to get that title back because I am Mr. Monday Night

{RVD pulls his thumbs towards his shoulders}

RVD – I am, Rob Van Dam

McMahon – Well tonight then Rob, you’re going to compete in a singles match for the Intercontinental Championship. Your opponent? Well you’ll find out later on tonight. Good luck.

Styles – RVD in action later tonight!

Match 1
Fatal Fourway Elimination
WWE Cruiserweight Title
Shannon Moore vs. Spike Dudley vs. Funaki vs. Rey Mysterio Jr.

Finish – Spike Dudley is eliminated by Funaki after a death-defying dropkick from the second rope. Shannon Moore is eliminated by both Rey Mysterio and Funaki after they both double clothesline him followed by Rey Mysterio landing the West Coast Pop. Funaki and Rey then square off in the middle of the Ring.

{5 minutes later}

Funaki is knocked out. Rey is on the outside about to execute ‘Dropping the Dime’. From nowhere Taka Michinoku runs out and distracts Rey and the Referee. Rey then gets back into the ring but Funaki rolls him up for the quick pinfall

Here is your winner and the NEW WWE Cruiserweight Champion – Funaki

Funaki and Taka celebrate on the ramp outside the Ring whilst Rey is standing in the Ring in complete disbelief

Joey Styles – Funaki stole the victory. Rey Mysterio was about to capitalize on the situation and drop the dime but Taka Michinoku ran out. Let’s look at this again

{Footage of Funaki’s victory is played again}

Styles – You can clearly see that Taka impeded the referee allowing Funaki to get a bearing of where Rey was.

Tazz – Well Joey, the most important thing to come out of this is that we now have a new Cruiserweight Champion, and that man is Funaki.

Don’t Try This At Home Commercial
*Simon System* hits the arena as Simon Dean comes out to a chorus of boos

Styles – Here comes Simon Dean

Tazz – Joey, I’ve heard some rumblings in the back that Simon Dean is out here tonight to promote his new patented Simon System Alco pop! He wants to get in with the youth culture!

Styles – Give me a break, this guy just wants to make as much money off of the American people as he can

Simon Dean gets into the Ring and gets a microphone

Simon Dean – When I come to California, I expect to see glamour, hot women and open top cars but judging by the looks of you people, I think I’m in the wrong city!

{Crowd boo}

Dean – I mean look at you people, hey you there {points to a slightly overweight man in the front row} do you even know what abs are? Or is abs just a name you give to a pet? {Starts laughing to himself}. But you know what; tonight I am here to promote my new patented Simon System Alco pop.

{He climbs out of the Ring and walks to a young man ringside}

Dean – What’s your name?

Mystery Person – Jamie

Dean – Jamie do you want to try some of my patented Simon System Alco pop?

Jamie – Yeah why not

{Dean gives Jamie the bottle. Jamie drinks some and then spits it right out}

Jamie – Dude, that was disgusting

{Dean takes the drink away from him and enters the ring again. You suck chants emerge}

Dean – Of course he was only joking…

*Just Bring It* hits as The Rock comes out to a deafening pop
Joey Styles – Tazz, this is an ovation as loud as I can possibly remember.

Tazz – This is one pretty loud ovation for the People’s Champ!

The Rock stares out Simon Dean as he salutes the fans from the turnbuckle. He then grabs a microphone

The Rock – FINALLY….The Rock has come back…to California {Major crowd pop}. The Rock has come back home to Monday Night RAW. He’s looking at a television screen in the back and he sees a jackass selling healthy alcohol…woah woah, wait. That’s you! Let The Rock try some of this stuff…

Dean gives him the Alco pop to taste. Rock drinks it but then spits it out on Simon Dean. Dean is disorientated when Rock gives him a Rock Bottom

Rock – Get this jabroni out of The Rock’s ring {Rock kicks Dean under the bottom rope}. Later on tonight, The Rock, and 19 other RAW superstars will be in this Ring for one reason only, and that is to become the new WWE Champion. If ya smell…….what The Rock….is cooking.

Joey Styles – The Great One, The Rock as confident as ever that he will walk out of the Arrowhead Pond later tonight as the new WWE Champion. But Tazz, Mr. McMahon has still yet to appoint a new General Manager of RAW. Who can it be? We’ve got to take a commercial break, we’ll be right back

Commercial Break
Match 2
Tag
WWE Tag Team Titles
The Dudley Boyz vs. The Hardy Boyz

Finish – The Dudelyz pick up the win with a 3-D on Jeff Hardy whilst Matt is knocked out by a previous powerbomb
Here are your winners and the NEW WWE Tag Team Champions – The Dudley Boyz
Bubba Ray and D-Von are both celebrating their victory in the ring until suddenly

*You know you dealing with the X-Factor* plays. X-Factor members X-Pac, Albert and Justin Credible run to the Ring all carrying a table

Albert goes to work on Bubba whilst Credible lands a clothesline on D-Von. X-Pac grabs a chair from behind and knocks out both of the Hardy Boyz. He then sets up a table by the corner for Albert to Baldo Bomb on Bubba Ray. X-Factor then leaves all four men laying in the Ring

Joey Styles – An emphatic statement by X-Factor. But Tazz, we’ve got new Tag Team Champions

Tazz – But by the looks of it Joey our new Champions are going to need some medical attention

We turn to the back where Michael Cole is interviewing Christian

Michael Cole – Christian tonight you will be part of an epic 20 man Battle Royal the winner of which will be crowned WWE Champion. What is your strategy going into such a match?

Christian – Well it’s as simple as this Michael Cole. I have never been the WWE Champion. It is that motivation that makes me want to walk into that Ring tonight and eliminate every single person in that…

As soon as he says that, John Cena appears on the scene. {Major crowd Pop}

John Cena – Aha. You? WWE Champion? You must be kidding me Captain Charisma. Now let me see you’ve been a Tag Champion, an Intercontinental Champion but you’ve never really had that big opportunity Christian have you?

Christian – Cena what do you want?

Cena – I want my title back that’s what I want and I’m gonna make sure that I get it tonight.

Christian – Well I’m gonna make sure that you, or nobody else for that matter gets their hands on it…because that’s {slaps pecs} how I roll!

Cena and Christian stand nose to nose as we go back to Joey Styles and Tazz on Commentary

Joey Styles – An unusual confrontation to say the least between those two men both of whom want to walk out of RAW tonight the WWE Champion.

Tazz – Judging from that confrontation Joey, don’t count out Captain Charisma, he looks pumped.

We turn backstage where RVD is walking down a corridor ready for his match

Styles – There’s Rob Van Dam, his Intercontinental Title Match…is next!

RVD vs. Batista

Finish – RVD’s opponent turns out to be none other than Batista. RVD picks up the victory and regains his title with a Frog Splash onto a stricken Batista
Here is your winner and the NEW Intercontinental Champion – Rob Van Dam

RVD jumps around in the Ring giving his fans a salute until Randy Orton’s face appears on the Titan Tron

{Orton sarcastically claps}

Orton – Hey Rob, congratulations. You see you don’t deserve that title. Next week, live on RAW I’m challenging you to a match for that title. One on One, and I will show you that I am ‘one of a kind’

The camera turns back to RVD who looks bemused

Styles – RVD being challenged for a match next week. What’s his reply going to be?

Tazz – Well I know Rob very well from our days in ECW, so do you Joey for that matter, and we both know that RVD is the last person to back down from a fight. I’m sure that RVD will take it to Randy Orton next Monday Night.

Styles – Tazz, I’m sure you’ll agree with me when I say that tonight has been one chaotic night. We’ve still got the announcement by Mr. McMahon concerning our new General Manager coming up, as well as the huge 20 man over the top rope Battle Royal to crown a new WWE Champion

The cameras turn back to the Women’s Locker Room where all the women are quarrelling. Suddenly Vince McMahon walks in,

Trish Stratus -…So tell me Victoria, why the hell do you think you deserve the Women’s Title more than me huh?

Victoria -…I’ll show you why…

Vince McMahon steps in-between the two women

McMahon – Woah, woah, woah. Ladies, calm down. I’ve got enough on my plate without this happening. You want a fight. You’re going to have a fight and it will be for the Women’s Title right after the break…

Stratus – You’ll see Victoria

{Trish lashes out at Victoria}

McMahon – {Holding Trish back} ENOUGH!

Victoria – I’ll see you in the Ring

Victoria walks out leaving Trish with Mr. McMahon and the rest of the Divas

Styles – Trish and Victoria up next!

Tazz – I can’t wait for this

We turn to the back where Goldberg is getting ready to come to the Ring. Out of nowhere a masked man hits him in the back of the head with a baseball bat knocking him to the floor. The man runs away

Joey Styles – What the hell?

Tazz – Someone just attacked Goldberg. We need some help out there

Short WWE.com Commercial
When we return we see that Goldberg has been taken away by the medical facility and driven to a nearby hospital

Both officials are pleading their case

McMahon – I’ve had enough of this, not tonight. I’ll let the new General Manager of RAW decide what he wants to do with the situation. Allow me to introduce the NEW Commissioner of RAW….VINCE RUSSO

Vince gestures towards the Stage area and sure enough the figure of Vince Russo emerges out of the shadows.

Joey Styles – I cannot believe it…

Tazz – It’s the devil himself

Russo shakes the hand of Mr. McMahon; he then takes McMahon’s microphone from him

Vince Russo – Next week, RAW will enter a new dimension. We have ourselves our Main Event. It will be, for the WWE Title…John Cena versus…Christian.

Russo makes his way to the back as the show comes to a close with John Cena and Christian both looking bemused

*The End*

Not bad considering it's your first show in a long time. It could be a lot better but I suspect your a little rusty and I except the shows will get better when you get to develop your storylines more.

Here comes the boss with some big announcements. I think you should write out the names in full, it makes it easier to read and makes the layout look a lot better.

Having the one show is something that I think will work because 8 shows between each PPV is far too many. I wonder who the GM will be?

I'm a little surprised that Funaki won the title here with Mysterio in the match. Taka Michinoku making his return with Funaki is interesting. I think Mysterio could be used so much better though.

This Simon Dean-The Rock promo didn't really make much sense. Sure it was well written and both were in character but it didn't really have a point to it and it looked out of place, as well as short.

John Cena against Christian is a feud that will be entertaining, can't go wrong with those two and I'm also pleased to see Christian being pushed.

Not shocked to see RVD regain his Intercontinental Title, a feud with Orton awaits which should be really good.

I wonder who took out Goldberg? A man with a mask, not sure who it could be.

Christian and Cena tie the battle royal and are going to have a match next week. Big push for Christian here which is awesome. I'm a little surprised Vince Russo is the GM, I didn't really like him although I'll see how you do with him as it's a GM that isn't really used a lot in BTB.

Overall, not a bad show by any means, I think you could be a little more descriptive with the match endings though, plus I think the promo's should be longer as well.

Main event for tonight will be a good one, and the battle royal should be a great match to start the thread off.

RVD in action tonight will be good, and I hope that he wins back the title, as he deserves a bit of luck

Surprised to see funaki leave with the cruiserweight title, and I guess him and taka will be forming a tag team/stable now. Rey can move away from the cruiserweight division as well, which he seems to have surpassed

Dean/Rock promo was okay, and was in character, but it did seem a bit short, and I don’t really see what the point of it was, as I seriously doubt this is going to lead to a feud

Looks like a 3 way feud for the tag belts coming. Nice to see X-Factor back, as I thought they were a great faction, as I loved the entrance music. Could have done with a bit more description in the match though

Cena and Christian feud coming then?

Good win for RVD, but again, the summary was a bit short. RVD/Orton feud will be a good one, and should produce some good matches, but the Orton promo was far too short

Good win for Trish over Victoria, and a nice way to get the women on the show

Who attacked Goldberg? I guess we will find out soon

Main event looked to be good, but there needed to be some description of what actually happened, rather than who eliminated who. Looking at it, there are some people on that list who are a bit unnecessary on your roster. Christian/Cena for the belt will be good to see, and a nice feud is coming from this I think. Vince Russo as GM is a bit of a shock, but could be a nice move

Overall, this was a decent first show, but you can do better. On the whole, everything was too short, but this should be a good basis to move on from

Monday Night RAW

Marking out for the commentary team of Joey Styles and Tazz. Definately a new generation of J.R and King if kept together imo.

Makes sense to kick proceedings off with the boss, and having all new champions, will be a definate way to mark a new era. Very interested to see who you appoint at GM.

I get the feeling that RVD will be a main staple on Monday Night Raw in this new era, and I wouldnt be surprised if he either reclaimed the I.C Title tonight, or went straight into the main events.

Would love to see Rey being utilized as more than a cruiserweight, but I guess with just one show he'll have to settle for being in the CW Division, or maybe form a tag team with someone. Kaientai back together is an unexpected twist, and Funaki possibly being taken as a serious star now too??

Simon System alcopop. Very original concept, and if you can keep coming up with new products like this, he could definately be a good part of the roster for comedy effects. Great promo from Simon, and the abs line had me chuckling. The Rock?? Personally, I think this promo had unlimited potential, and I would've loved for them to go back and forth for a bit, but in the end it seemed to end a little sudden.

For what it was though, it was pretty funny.

Dudley Boys take the tag titles, and the aftermath with X-Factor was unexpected, but well done. I guess The Dudleyz will feud briefly with X-Factor just to get their title reign up and running, before moving on and facing one of the better teams.

Glad to see the spark re-ignited between Cena and Christian, as that was a feud that really had potential earlier this year, before they pulled the rug from under Captain Charisma.

Excellent win for RVD, taking the title back, especially against the big man, Batista. I see big things for RVD in the future of this thread, especially if he and Orton engage in a decent feud. Looks like the I.C Title is set to be elevated.

Very realistic, with McMahon getting some air time with divas. I'd like to be Vince and get to rub my ego like that on TV every week ...

Glad Trish won the womens title. Victoria winning would have been my second favourite choice, but imo Trish > Rest of the women.

Interesting development, with Goldberg being taken out by a mystery man. Should be a nice little side story as a Whodunnit angle, which should get plenty of guys some time on screen as suspects.

Very, very surprised to see Jeff Hardy in the final three of the Battle Royal, before the double elimination finish between Cena and Christian, which brings out Vince to announce the new Commissioner ... VINCE RUSSO???

{Cue 90% of BTB using Vince Russo as GM}

Wasnt expecting that at all. Russo back in the WWE?? Whoa. I'm actually lost for words to type. Personally, I'm not a fan of Vince Russo, but what I do like here is how original it is. I dont remember reading a BTB with Russo as the authority figure ... but I'm expecting a lot of people to wheel him out now.

Big announcement, albeitshort from the Commish, making Cena vs Christian next week, which should be terrific.

All in all, it wasnt a vintage show from you with the majority of promos relatively short, but I'm confident if you stick with it long enough, you'll be back in the groove before you know it.

interesting to have all champions stripped of their titles, and RVD seems poised to regain his IC title.

Decent enough start with a 4 way for the CW title, but why Taka? I dont like the guy, but I guess you are bringing Kaientai back? Rey by the way, could do alot better than the CW division.

Simon Dean back to his old days of insulting hometowns, and here comes The Rock! That was very, very short. I expected more, but you had him make his point about the battle royal, Rock will be a big time player.

X-Factor are back. Bringing back the Attitude days, such good times. These 3 teams in the tag division, could have it a strong part of the show.

I am guessing neither Cena or Christian win the battle royal, so they can fued.

Batista, another guy used to main eventing, dropped to lower divisions. I understand why though, as the IC, CW divisions were pretty weak before.

Trish and Victora are they always fueding, is there no one else? Your Womens division might need some new talent.

Goldberg gets assaulted, but by who. Interesting.

Main event was good, but I hate these finishes, they are getting so overused. Atleast we get Cena/Christian out of it.

Not bad, but it is no where near the best stuff you had produced before. Showed some rust, but it was still OK. 7.5/10

Great to see the Showstoppa back.

RAW

CW title match - Decent match. I like Funaki winning here as he is misused a lot in BTB.

Tag Team Title match - Better than CW match but felt decent. I like X Factor back and it's nice to see Albert again.

IC Title match - Great match that sets up for Orton/RVD. This fued is being used a lot in BTB, including me.

Women's title match - We all knew Trish would win. So obvious but senseable finish.

Battle Royal - I didn't like The Rock out early since he made that promo and again, obvious CC and Cena would be the last two.

RUSSO AS GM?! - A surprisiing moment that shocks me and a possible Shock of the Month for the BTB Awards. Russo, of all people. This was unexpected and unoriginal and that's how the show should have been.

Overall - SG was right. You showed a lot of rust but still made a passable show. 7/10.

Thanks to the 5 of you for taking the time out to rate my show. I'll have to return the reviews some time soon (that's what we do around here nowadays right? :p) so if I forget then drop me a PM or summit.

Some mixed comments, most bad, some positive but I'll try and go further from here. Once again thanks.
