This is my first ever attempt at ‘Be The Booker’ so please take mercy on my soul…. all opinions are welcomed.

Raw – July 12th

The Show kicks off with footage of Chris Benoit retaining his World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H from Last Night’s PPV, Vengeance.

The Pyro sends a chorus of explosions throughout the arena as we kick off what should be an unforgettable night.

J.R – 15,000 Packed into the Staples Centre, Los Angeles as we welcome you to Monday Night Raw. J.R along side Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, and King what an unbelievable night, it was last night King when Chris Benoit regained his World Heavyweight Championship.

King – What a night it was J.R but we can’t forget the promise that our G.M, Eric Bischoff made last night, because the Hardcore Title is back.

J.R – That’s right King, There will be an open invitational, for any man who wishes to hold the Hardcore Title, Tonight could be your night.

King – This is going to be great, I can’t wait!

Triple H’s Theme is played

J.R - Folks, last night, that man was only seconds away from regaining The World Heavyweight Title, which he lost to Benoit at WrestleMania. The visible gash on his forehead, the result of being busted open at the hands of our Champion.

King – J.R, That man can barely walk. He had that title won. Benoit doesn’t deserve to have the title.

J.R – King, How can you say that, Benoit is a very good Champ and is what gives this company a good name.

King – Be quiet J.R. The Game is about to speak.

Chants of ‘’You Tapped Out’’ Echo throughout the whole arena.

HHH – SHUT UP!!!

King – Does this crowd have any respect for this man? He is one of The Best in This Business.

J.R – Well King, you can’t take that away from him. He is the Cerebral Assassin.

The Chants have slightly died down.

HHH- Benoit. You think you can outwit The Game? Huh? I had you beat, that title should be around MY waist, not yours MINE!! No one beats me. I am The Game and I am that damn good. Benoit, your not getting away with it this time.

J.R – Senior Official, Earl Hebner was in charge of the match, when Triple H inadvertently knocked him down.

HHH – Eric, I want you to get your ass out right now, I want my title rematch tonight.

Eric Bischoff’s Theme is played

Eric – Triple H, I know you want your rematch, I saw you get robbed out of that victory last night….

J.R- Give me a break.

Eric – So Triple H, you will be involved in a match for The World Heavyweight Title, Tonight.

Crowd Boo

Eric – However there is just one slight problem, I have a man who keeps telling me that you have already had your shot, and you should now be at the back of the line. I don’t necessarily agree with that, but I need to make him get off my back.
So, Tonight, in that very ring we will have a Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship, it will be Chris Benoit versus Triple H versus…STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN.

The crowd go wild whilst Triple H is left in the ring with a look of complete horror.

Commercial Break

J.R - And we’re back with the Women’s Tag Match, The Women’s Champion Jazz & Sable v Trish Stratus & Victoria.

King – PUPPIES!!!

J.R – King, Will you ever grow up?

Jazz’s Theme is played, followed by Sable’s, Victoria’s and Trish’s.

The match starts with Jazz and Victoria in the Ring. Victoria nails a Running Clothesline followed by a Scoop Slam, and gets a 2 count. Jazz then follows up with 2 punches of her own and a knockdown. Victoria gets back up and both women Tag out. Sable and Trish lock up, Trish hits a swinging neck breaker followed by a slap to the head, covers but Sable puts foot on rope. Victoria enters the ring and both women stomp Sable in the corner. Sable is looking desperate and needs a Tag. Sable ducks a punch and follows up with a Swinging Valley Driver Followed by a Jawbreaker. Jazz enters but is pushed away by Ref. Victoria enters and plants the Widows Peak on Jazz. Trish is still down following that Driver by Sable. Finally she gets up and plants a kick on Sable, Covers and gets a 2 count before Jazz interferes. Trish gets up and punches Jazz, the ref is distracted whilst Victoria plants another Widows Peak. Ref finally splits the 2 Divas up and Trish goes for the cover. Remarkably Sable kicks out.
Finally Sable makes the tag to an already fired up Jazz. Jazz throws punches everywhere, she then misses Trish, Trish then nails a Kick and Victoria, a modified Sidewalk Slam. Victoria then runs and knocks Sable off the Apron whilst Trish covers Jazz and gets the 3 Count.

Here are your Winners: Trish Stratus and Victoria

Steven Richards and Val Venis are shown backstage in the Locker Room.

Steven – Tonight is the night when we finally get rid of that baby boy Eugene. He has the intelligence of an Amoeba. He must be taken off our screens IMEDIATELY!!!

Val- Yes Sir.

Steven – I want him off. And what I want, I get.

J.R – What an idiot King, all Eugene wants is to live his dream as a WWE Superstar and you get people like the ‘Right To Censor’ trying to squash that dream. It’s just not fair.

King – Life’s not fair J.R.

J.R - Anyway Folks we have the moment you have all been waiting for, the return of the Hardcore Title is up next in an Open Invitational. We will be right back.

Commercial Break

The Participants in the match are Rob Van Dam, Tajiri, Shelton Benjamin, Scott Steiner, Rikishi and Rhyno. This match will have a 10 Minute Time Limit according to our General Manager Eric Bischoff

Rikish starts by clearing house, then provides the Stink Face to Rhyno. RVD with Martial Arts Kicks galore to Scott Steiner. Tajiri is brawling with Shelton Benjamin. Shelton executes a perfect Release German on Tajiri, whilst Rikishi, Stink Faces Rhyno again this time on the opposite Turnbuckle. RVD then grabs a chair and tries to hit Tajiri but misses. Rhyno then gets that chair and tries to hit Rikishi with it but misses, Rikishi then plants Rhyno with a DDT onto the Chair. Steiner then hits a Steiner Recliner on Rikishi, whilst Shelton hits RVD with a Trash Can. Cover 1,2,3 Shelton Benjamin is champ on 6:27. All the competitors are busted open. Steiner Recliner on Shelton by Scott Steiner, Shelton refuses to tap as Tajiri breaks the hold. Rhyno then brings a Table into the Ring and Gore’s Shelton through it. Covers him, 1,2,3 Rhyno is champ on 3:30. Shelton then wins it back on 2:47 with a Sucker Punch. Rikishi meanwhile has put RVD through another Table. Tajiri then Pins Rhyno after a Ladder Shot brought into the Ring by RVD on 1:43. Steiner then gets a Metal Bar and knocks Tajiri to the Canvas and covers him with 50 seconds left, Tajiri is then pinned by Steiner. Rhyno then gets a Chair Shot on Steiner with 10 Seconds remaining but he doesn’t have the remaining strength to go for the cover.
5,4,3,2,1.

Here is your winner and the NEW Hardcore Champion: Scott Steiner

A bloody, Bruised and Battered Scott Steiner celebrates on the Turnbuckle with his new title.

Commercial Break

An angry Triple H storms into Eric Bischoff’s office, asking why he added Stone Cold into the match to make it a Triple Threat. Bischoff says that he has various reasons for his decision and that Triple H has many more important things to think about other than what Eric thinks. For starters he has his Triple Threat Match to worry about. Triple H leaves the office with more questions being asked than answered.

J.R – King, what was that all about?

King – I don’t know J.R but this Triple Threat match is going to be one hell of a battle.

Right To Censor’s Theme airs Followed by that of Eugene and William Regal

Regal starts in the ring along side Val Venis. Many Rest holds are executed, as Val is getting anxious. Eugene is seen jumping up and down urging his friend and mentor, William Regal on. Val Venis worms his way out of a sleeper hold and packs a couple of Delayed Vertical Suplexes on Regal. Venis makes the Tag to Richards. Richards gets a few punches in but after every punch layed into Regal, Eugene is seen getting angrier, finally Eugene snaps and knocks the daylight out of Richards. Venis is seen bringing in a Steel Chair and hits Eugene on the Head. The referee calls for the Bell.

Your Winners due to a Disqualification: William Regal and Eugene.

Eugene is seen remaining motionless on the floor. Venis hits the Money Shot, and he and Richards squirm their way out of the ring. EMT’s then rush to the aid of Eugene who is pictured with blood pouring from his head. Regal signals with a ‘’slit throat type motion’’ that they are his.

J.R – Those actions that we just witnessed by RTC were just disgusting and out of order. That was Vile, That was sick.

All 3 members in the Triple Threat Match are shown coming out of their respective lockers. All making their way to the ring. This match is announced as being no DQ.

Stone Cold’s Theme hits, then that of Triple H, and Finally that of the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Benoit.

All 3 men stand in the middle of the Ring.
The ‘What’ Chants begin

Austin locks eyes with HHH, and then puts 1 middle finger up at him. HHH then runs and attacks him. Benoit then punches HHH.
The match then starts with Benoit grabbing a Steel Chair immediately and hitting both Austin and HHH with the Chair. Benoit then Suplexes Austin on the Chair. HHH and Benoit then exchange blows.

You Tapped Out is heard throughout the Arena

J.R – It’s virtually all against all. Everyone is fighting everyone. The unlikely team of Benoit and HHH are working together, but for how long? We need to take our last Commercial break but we will be back right after for the conclusion of this Title Match.

Commercial Break

We return with a Dragon Sleeper being applied to Stone Cold by HHH. Benoit then hits Austin with A Steel Chair and a DDT on the Chair. Austin somehow then counters a Pedigree. Benoit then turns on HHH with Rolling German’s followed by a Back Drop and a Headbutt. Benoit then hits the Sharpshooter on Austin but can’t make him tap. Austin the Stunners HHH and Benoit hits Austin with a Sledgehammer brought to the Ring by HHH, Moments Earlier. Austin is knocked out. Benoit then gets the Crossface locked in on HHH and makes him tap.

Here is your winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: Chris Benoit.

J.R – He’s done it again King, Benoit has made HHH Tap,, for the second night running. Austin looks as if he needs medical attention

King – What an explosive night, I told you it was going to be great.

J.R – Thank You Folks for inviting us into your homes, what a win for Benoit. Goodnight, Everybody.

The show ends with Benoit celebrates on the Ramp whilst an angry HHH looks up at him

Trish Stratus & Victoria defeated Jazz & Sable.
Scott Steiner defeated five other men to win the vacant Hardcore Title.
William Regal & Eugene defeated RTC (Steven Richards & Val Venis) via DQ.

Great show!

I liked the opening promo with Eddie and Rock, sets the tone for their WrestleMania match provided that Rock doens't lose the Title before that of course.

Great idea for the U.S Title Tournament, with the Winners facing off at WrestleMania.

Undertaker/Flair should be a great feud, with two Legends.

Dean Malenko will be looking to get his Cruiserweight Title back, so should be an interesting one. Also, will be interesting to see how The Rock reacts next Thursday...

All in all, more of the same stuff....:D

Anyway, please rate both Smackdown and Raw......which is coming up now. I was suprised that it turned out to be only 9 pages as I felt I put everything that I needed to put...anyway you lot decide....

-------------------------------------------------------------

Raw – February 7th

The show kicks off with footage from last weeks epic World Heavyweight Title encounter between Triple H and Chris Jericho. We are shown the climax of this match and Randy Orton running in to screw Jericho out of the then vacant World Heavyweight Title.

The Raw Theme ‘Lifeless’ by 12 Stones echoes around the Arena in Anchorage, Alaska

Coach – On a cold winters evening in Alaska, good evening and welcome to Monday Night Raw, I’m your host Jonathan Coachman and along side me is my broadcast colleague Jerry Lawler.

King – Alaska is going to be treated to what I can sense is going to be one hell of a show!

Coach – It’s the first time since the two brands split, that Raw is live here in Alaska.

King – We hope to have updates on the conditions of both Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon who were both injured last week at the hands of Triple H, Eric Bischoff and Randy Orton.

Coach – That’s right King, Ladies and Gentlemen you saw the footage at the top of the broadcast, Chris Jericho literally seconds away from becoming the World Heavyweight Champion.

King – But Coach even you have to admit…what a team they were!

Coach – Team? A team? Come on King give me a break. Two men assaulted…

King – Assaulted?

Coach – That’s right, assaulted Stephanie McMahon leaving her with head injuries that required her to attend a medical facility in San Jose. Now you go on and tell me that, that isn’t an assault.

King – Coach you know what, you’re too smart for your own head.

Rob Van Dam’s Theme Plays

Lillian Garcia – The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE Hardcore Championship, introducing first, he weighs in at 237lbs, from Battle Creek, Michigan he is the WWE Hardcore Champion…Rob Van Dam….

Hirohito’s Theme Plays

Lillian Garcia – And his opponent, from Japan. Hirohito.

Coach – Well folks, Hirohito has only been here for two weeks, and he is already getting a Hardcore Title shot against the Champion, RVD.

Match 1
WWE Hardcore Title
Rob Van Dam © vs. Hirohito

Rob Van Dam has the advantage over Hirohito, until Hirohito manages to get a low blow in. He then goes out to get the Hardcore Title and comes back in the Ring. He is just about to hit Rob Van Dam until he clenches his stomach. Hirohito then surprisingly walks out of the match. Suddenly out of no-where, Scott Steiner runs from the crowd and plants a spinebuster on RVD, followed by a pin.
Winner and NEW WWE Hardcore Champion – Scott Steiner – Pinfall

Coach – What on earth? What the hell is going on here?

Scott Steiner quickly scatters out of the ring, makes his way to the Commentators Desk, and makes an announcement

Steiner – You see, Eric Bischoff has now made this title, 24-7! Anyone can win it, anywhere, any-place, anytime. Rob, it just looks as if I was in the right place at the right time.

Scott Steiner raises the title above his head, and then runs off into the back

Coach – Folks, our General Manager Eric Bischoff, in all of his wisdom has made the Hardcore Title a 24/7 Title. However for the second week in a row, Hirohito has just walked out of a match.

King – Coach, as we take a look at the footage here, we can see Hirohito just clenching is stomach and he just left the match.

Coach – What a strange night already, and this night has only just begun, my God…

Commercial Break

As Raw comes back we see Eric Bischoff walking down a corridor, Rob Van Dam comes up to him

RVD – Bischoff, what the hell is wrong with you.

Bischoff – I guess you’re here about the Hardcore Title.

RVD – You’re damn right I’m here about the Hardcore Title; I got cheated by you, you son of a bitch.

Bischoff – Now Rob, come on man, don’t cry about it. The Hardcore Title is 24/7, I’m sure if you just…get a Referee, drag him along with you, find Scott Steiner, beat the hell out of him and then pin him, you’ll get the Title back.

RVD drags Bischoff up against a wall

RVD – Listen here Bischoff. I’ve had it up to here with you. Your constant whining, taking out Stephanie McMahon so you can have all the power to yourself. You’re sick.

Bischoff – If you would mind letting me go, before I get you thrown out of this arena.

RVD slowly drops Bischoff to the floor

Bischoff – As I was saying, Scott Steiner capitalized on his chance, but next week, let’s see if you can capitalize on yours, because next week in Ohio you’re gonna have the chance to get that Title back…in the Ring. It will be Rob Van Dam…versus…Kane. And Rob, if you win…only then will you be able to challenge Scott Steiner for the Hardcore Title.

RVD – Screw your plan Bischoff, I’m looking for Steiner now…

Bischoff – Rob, sorry I forgot to tell you, if you make any contact with Scott Steiner before your match next week, I will make sure that you will never become Hardcore Champion again…understand? Now if you will excuse me, I’m going to the Ring, I’ve got some business to sort out.

Coach – Rob Van Dam versus Kane next week, and Eric Bischoff is coming down to the Ring!

Eric Bischoff’s Theme Plays

Lillian Garcia – Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome Raw General Manager, Eric Bischoff

Eric – Thank you all, and welcome to Eric Bischoff’s Monday Night Raw, minus Stephanie McMahon. That’s right, thanks to Eric Bischoff and Triple H, Stephanie McMahon is no longer here with us and I must admit, I hate to see her go, but I love to see her leave…! Now tonight, as you already know, we have ourselves a Main Event. Stone Cold will team up with the Coach down there…to face Bill Goldberg and ‘Good Ol J.R’. However there is another matter and that matter is the World Heavyweight Champion Triple H…he’s scheduled to team up with Randy Orton to face a team I’ve been thinking long and hard over and I’ve come to a conclusion on. Triple H and Randy Orton will team up to take on…

Chris Jericho’s Theme Plays

King – What?

Coach – Chris Jericho?

King – Chris Jericho, the same Chris Jericho who is not scheduled to be here

Coach – That Chris Jericho

Jericho makes his way down the Ramp supporting a small plaster on his forehead

Bischoff – What in the blue hell are you doing here?

Jericho – Shut up jackass

Bischoff goes red with fury

Jericho – Bischoff lately you have been causing nothing but distress and hell amongst the Locker Room. Now last week, you cost me the World Heavyweight Title. Not only you may I add, but you and one other man…Randy Orton. Bischoff you’re advertising a Tag Team match, well why don’t you advertise a Handicap Match. I want Triple H, I want Randy Orton, and I want them…tonight.

Bischoff – You want a match so bad. You really want a match so bad, you can have a match. It’s done. Later on tonight it will be Chris Jericho vs. Triple H and Randy Orton…and you know what…Interference is banned. You wanted a match so bad, you got it.

Bischoff slams the Microphone down and leaves the Ring

King – Folks two HUGE matches scheduled for later on tonight, the Tag Team bout, and now just made by Eric Bischoff, it will be Chris Jericho facing the two men that cost him the World Heavyweight Title last week, the Intercontinental Champion Randy Orton and the World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H.

Coach – Folks stick around, we’ll be right back after this short Commercial Break.

Commercial Break

Match 2
Singles
Val Venis vs. Kevin Nash

Kevin Nash picks up the win here with a Powerbomb
Winner – Kevin Nash - Pinfall

The referee raises Nash’s hand when suddenly Stephen Richards, fellow RTC member runs down and slams a chair into the back of Kevin Nash. Nash falls to the ground and the two men start to stomp on Nash, suddenly

Shawn Michaels’ Theme Plays

King – WHAT?

Coach – Shawn Michaels has returned!

HBK runs down the ramp and takes out both Richards and Venis. He clotheslines Venis over the top rope and then lands a Sweet Chin Music on Richards. Kevin Nash then gets up and lands a Jacknife Powerbomb to Richards on the Steel Chair.

King – Shawn Michaels is back on Monday Night Raw!

Coach – King we haven’t seen The Showstopper for weeks, but he has made his mark here on Raw tonight, in helping his friend Kevin Nash.

Footage is shown of Stone Cold Steve Austin arriving in the building

King – Well there you have it Ladies and Gentlemen, the Texas Rattlesnake, Stone Cold Steve Austin is in the building, Coach you’ll be teaming up with him later on in the show.

A black limousine pulls up outside the Arena, the Driver pulls open the door and out step Vince McMahon, Triple H, and Randy Orton

Vince – Gentlemen

Both – Vince

Vince – Gentlemen tonight, enjoy your night off because after last week’s performances you deserve it…

Eric Bischoff suddenly runs up behind Vince

Bischoff (panting) – Mr. McMahon, Triple H, Randy Orton I’m glad to see you here.

Vince – Yes Eric, we decided to come here, to Alaska, to enjoy the rest of what you have in store for us fans on Raw.

Bischoff – You see Vince, that’s the problem, you see I’ve kind of booked Triple H and Randy Orton in a match

Triple H – YOU WHAT?

McMahon – Champ, let’s here him out…

Bischoff – Well I booked you in a Handicap match…against Chris Jericho

All three then appear with smiles on their faces

Bischoff – See, I knew you would like the idea.

Triple H – Like? Bischoff we love the idea!

Vince – Eric Bischoff, you are a genius…

All three men walk off leaving Bischoff smiling after Vince’s comment

Don’t Try This At Home Commercial

Match 3
Tag
The World’s Greatest Tag Team vs. La Resistance

The WGTT pick up the win when Charlie Haas applies the Haas of Pain on Sylvain Grenier. Grenier taps out.
Winners – The World’s Greatest Tag Team – Submission

After the match Rosey and Jamal attack the World’s Greatest Tag Team, then the Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz hit the ring, and clothesline both Jamal and Rosey over the Top Rope

WrestleMania Recall – WrestleMania XIV

Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels for the WWE Title, with Mike Tyson as Special Guest Referee

Coach – WrestleMania XIV, King I certainly remember it, but a WrestleMania that we will never forget will be WrestleMania 21, live from the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California and King we already know who will be there.

King – At the Royal Rumble, Eddie Guerrero eliminated John Bradshaw Layfield to move onto the Smackdown Main Event at WrestleMania and a shot at the WWE Title.

Coach – For now, let’s focus on Raw, live next week we’re in Cincinnati, Ohio. A great place and already what is gearing up to be a great show.

King – Already, it will be Rob Van Dam versus Kane, and if he wins, and only if he wins, he will be able to have a shot at Scott Steiner for the WWE Hardcore Title.

Coach – And one made just seconds ago, we will have ourselves a HUGE 8 Man Tag Match, La Resistance will team up with Rosey and Jamal to take on the World’s Greatest Tag Team and the World Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz.

King – But coming up next, can you feel it, can you sense it, Chris Jericho vs. Triple H and Randy Orton, don’t go away, we’ll be right back.

Commercial Break

Match 4
2 – On – 1 Handicap Match
Chris Jericho vs. Triple H and Randy Orton

Chris Jericho is completely immobilised by Randy Orton. Orton lands an RKO and tags in Triple H, Triple H lands a Pedigree and pins Jericho
Winners – Triple H and Randy Orton – Pinfall

The two men ignore the bell and continue the beatdown, Orton continues with the right hands whilst Triple H goes to the outside and gets himself a sledgehammer. Orton holds a motionless Jericho up and Triple H hits him with the Sledgehammer in the mid-section. Triple H is then about to hit him with the Sledgehammer again until….

Chris Benoit’s Theme Plays

Triple H stands shocked in the middle of the ring, the crowd go wild upon hearing Chris Benoit’s music. Benoit has been out of action ever since the night after Unforgiven when Triple H launched a vile assault on him.

King – Where’s Chris Benoit?

Coach – Chris Benoit’s music is playing, but there is no sign of Chris Benoit

Triple H then hits Chris Jericho with the belt one more time and leaves the ring with Randy Orton

Coach – Well, Chris Benoit’s Theme just played but no one came out, is this an omen? Is this a sign that Chris Benoit is coming for Triple H, well we’ll just have to wait and see…

We move to the back where Todd Grisham has the Microphone

Todd – I’m standing here with Jim Ross, and J.R, you’re match against Coach and Stone Cold is up next, what are your thoughts on this whole situation?

J.R – Well Todd, Stone Cold Steve Austin has turned into a desperate, cold-hearted individual who has tried to force me out of my job. But tonight in my tag team match with Goldberg we will show Stone Cold that you don’t mess with someone’s personal life and get away with it. I know for a fact that….

Suddenly out of no-where Stone Cold ambushes J.R and throws him into the makeshift backstage area set behind them

Austin – You know for a fact that what J.R? I screwed you out of your job? I screwed Bill Goldberg out of the World Heavyweight Title? Is that what you want to tell everyone. Well Stone Cold doesn’t give a rat’s ass what you think, and I’m going to take out both you, and Bill Goldberg, and make sure that you are never seen on Raw…again.

Smackdown Rebound

- The Rock being attacked by the LWO
- Dean Malenko becoming the #1 contender for the Cruiserweight Title
- The U.S Title Tournament
- The Undertaker glancing with a look of evil at Ric Flair

King – We’re back live, and Coach you’re music is playing; it’s time for you to go.

Coach – I’m doing this for all the fat people in the world who have been abused by seeing this wretched Oklahoman known as J.R

J.R’s Theme then plays but he is nowhere to be seen

Match 5
Tag
Jonathan Coachman and Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Jim Ross and Bill Goldberg

Coach is starting to stomp a mudhole on Goldberg. Stone Cold is lying on the outside. Suddenly J.R comes out and stands on the apron stretching his hand out. Goldberg sees it and makes a tag out. J.R runs over and punches Coach right in the face. Meanwhile Goldberg and Austin are going at it on the outside. The referee is distracted with goings on outside the ring. Meanwhile in the ring Coach low blows J.R but only manages a two count. Goldberg then spears Austin on the outside. He makes his way up on the apron and J.R crawls to the corner and makes a Tag. Goldberg then spears Coach and then jackhammers him, pinning him and then picking up the win.
Winners – Jim Ross and Bill Goldberg – Pinfall

J.R raises Goldberg’s hand but Goldberg signals that it’s not over. He takes Coach’s body and takes it up the Ramp. He tells King to move and signals one more time for the Jackhammer. He Jackhammers Coach through the Announcers Table.

King – Oh My God, Coach is not even moving, Goldberg has snapped. Goldberg has snapped.

The show ends with the Camera zooming in on the broken body of Jonathan Coachman and a determined Goldberg raising his arms over him

Whoa, great job to both of you, Ill go with Smackdown! first.

Im not really feeling the LwO, but Eddie vs Rock should be a nice fued. Nice to see Malenko vs Styles again with new age vs old age. Another Flair vs Taker fued should work out nicely. Also, the United States title tournament is a great idea and I see the final being Brock Lesnar vs Batista. 9/10 great show man.

Another great Raw, one thing I did not like much was not to much buildup for Goldberg/ Austin's fued. I would have seen like a promo featuring the two, but I understand you had to hype up the Jericho/Triple H fued. Cool that the hardcore title is 24/7 again and I like the RVD stip. I dont really think that Val Venis and Steven Richards could take down Kevin Nash even if they had a steel chair but.. I just hope this isnt the start of an RTC vs Nash/HBK fued. I hope it isnt. Great show tho, 9.5/10

It did look kinda rushed at times, which brought the rating down, but lets hope that this is just a one off. Apart from that, it was a pretty smooth show, that flowed nicely, although I wouldnt have minded seeing a bit more detail in one or two of the promo's.

The Rock - Eddie feud is one worthy of a WM main event, and I hope the build up is WM quality too.

Taker vs Flair is a feud I didnt expect to see, and to be honest, I'm not sure if I really want to see it either, but I'll give it a chance.

I'm sensing some dissention between JBL and Angle....smells like a WM showdown to me.
I'll be interested in seeing the build up you give it.....if I'm right that is...I could be way off with that guess.

Looks like your building towards Lesnar - Batista at WM, as well as Malenko - Styles. Both should be great feuds, and great matches.

----------------------
Raw; 9/10
Two reasons why it didnt get a ten, I was expecting a surprise appearance from Stephanie, which never happened...and you teased me with the Benoit return...I really thought he was gonna show...oh well. Maybe next week???

Glad to see HBK come back, but as said before, I wouldnt be interested in seeing HBK/Nash vs RTC at WM. I dont think you'll go with it, but I have a feeling that you might have one of HBK or Nash turn....or maybe I'm way off the mark again.

Looks like Tag Turmoil at WM IMO. Just a feeling after the run ins during the show week.

Hardcore Title is once again 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! The title isnt the same without it. Great move, and it also gives the Steiner - RVD feud a new dimension.

I see a little bit of an Evolution reunion with Orton and HHH once again joining forces. Glad to see it. I'm also pleased to see Jericho involved in the main event scene, good job.

I have to say, your Bischoff promo's are scarily realistic. I really thought |I was watching him say every word, in every promo. You arent really Eric Bischoff............are you??? YOU ARE!!!

Anyways, .......back to the subject. Goldberg was booked superbly, and really seemed like a huge star from this show. Jackhammer through the annouce table on Coach was great. Maybe this will put Coach out for a while, and give good 'ol JR his seat back??

------------------------------------
So, Raw just edges out SD this week, but it was pretty close. The good thing about this is that both of you are producing high quality work and at the best time...the Road to WM!!!

#324 ·
Thanks alot to both of you, where we would be without our loyal readers I don't know....so once again thanks both.

News on SD: It will be up on Sunday. And in light to the new competition/thread that has been 'introduced' on BTB, parts of Raw will have to be re-written and the show will now be posted on Monday instead of posting them simultaneously.

#325 ·
Good Job to both of you. Batista Vs Brock Lesnar I predict the Final will be and I'm looking foward to it as well as the Eddie Guerrero against The Rock Main Event. Interesting RVD storyline on Raw looking foward to see what happens there and Goldberg/Austin and HHH/Orton/Jericho those feuds are also interesting. I like the Benoit thing too with his music hitting but no appearence. Big Ups, Well Done.

Footage of the LWO attack on the Rock from last week’s Smackdown is shown.

Show opens with the usual Smackdown video, music and pyro, along with a large reaction from the crowd.

Cole – Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to another edition of Smackdown! I’m Michael Cole and alongside me is Tazz and tonight we’ll be seeing some more matches from the United States Tournament.

Tazz – That’s right Cole. Tonight, Batista plays his first match of the tournament, against Goldust.

Cole – But that won’t be the only United States Tournament match. Brock Lesnar will also be in action tonight, against Test.

Cole – And we will also be seeing JBL in action against John Cena.

*Too Cool’s music starts* Grand Master Sexay and Rikishi come out with the Tag Team titles on their shoulders. The crowd boo.

Cole – Well here come the WWE Tag Team champions. They’ve finally returned after their week long celebration for retaining their titles against Too Hot (Scotty 2 Hotty and TAKA Michinoku) at the Royal Rumble.

Tazz – And what a party it was Cole! I can’t believe how many women they had running around that place!

Cole – You got invited?

Tazz – Of course. All the cool people got invited.

Cole – I didn’t….

Tazz – Exactly.

Grand Master Sexay grabs a mic.

Sexay – What a shin-dig we had last week. There was more action than I’ve ever seen in WWE ring! There were girls throwing themselves at Rikishi and I left, right and centre. And we owe all this to Too Hot. You see if it wasn’t for Scotty 2 Hotty and TAKA Michinoku being such lacklustre wrestlers, it wouldn’t have been so, so easy for Rikishi and I to retain our WWE Tag Team titles, and then we wouldn’t have had our celebration party and we wouldn’t… well, you can guess the rest. So once again, thank you Too Hot!

Crowd boo

Rikishi – We can’t imagine how it must feel for you two, to not be good enough to get your hands on the tag titles. But the Grandmaster and I have decided to give you two another chance. We are going to give you the chance to see how a true great tag team operate. We are sending out a challenge to any team in the back to come out here and face Too Cool, so we can show Too Hot, and every other tag team in the back, just how great a team you must be to get your hands on the tag titles.

Cole – I wonder who’s going to come through those curtains…

Sexay – Come on people, we’ll take it easy on you.

*The Dudley Boyz music starts* The Dudley Boyz come out to loud cheers

Tazz – Whoa, it looks like Too Cool are gonna have their work cut out for them tonight!

Too Cool vs. The Dudley Boyz

The referee is knocked out in the corner of the ring while the Dudley Boyz prepare to 3D Rikishi. Suddenly Grand Master Sexay runs in and attacks the Dudleyz with his tag title. He then places Rikishi on top of Bubba Ray and the ref gets to his feet and does the three count.

Winner: Too Cool

Cole – Well I guess Too Cool still managed to teach Too Hot a lesson.

Tazz – But I doubt the lesson teaching is going to end there. If I know the Dudleyz right, then they’ll be looking to teach Too Cool a lesson of their own.

Cole – Folks, we’re gonna have to go for a quick break. But stay tuned, we’ll be right back with the second match of United States tournament where Batista will be facing off with Goldust.

Tazz – I can already feel the pain Goldust is bound to go through next!

Commercial break

*Goldust’s music starts* Goldust comes out

*Batista’s music starts* Batista comes out with Ric Flair

Goldust vs. Batista

Batista dominates the match, and wins it with his powerbomb finisher.

Winner: Batista

Cole – Batista is one step closer to claim the title he claims is so rightfully his.

Tazz – And we’ll only have a little longer to see if the other man who has claim to the title, Brock Lesnar, makes it through to the next round, as that match is up next.

Raw Rebound

Camera goes backstage to the LWO changing room.

Eddie – What a beat-down last week, ey homes? We sure laid the smackdown on the Rock, ese!

Konnan – Yeah man, I doubt the Rock will be walking for weeks to come man.

The LWO celebrate.

Eddie – But Rey, I gotta know, what you gonna do now that you’re out of the running for the Cruiserweight title, homes?

Mysterio – I donno ese. I gotta find a way to get back into the main frame, dog.

Chavo – Well you know what you should do? You should think like a Guerrero homes! You gotta lie, cheat and steal homes!

Mysterio – You’re right, dog. I’m gonna make sure I have that Cruiserweight title!

Eddie – Then by Wrestlemania, the LWO will have secured two titles, and the rise will continue. Viva la raza!

The LWO celebrate. Suddenly, there is a knock on the door and a backstage assistant walks in.

B.A – Mr Guerrero, Shane McMahon would like to see you in his office, immediately.

Eddie looks baffled, and then leaves towards Shane McMahon’s office.

Cole – I wonder what that’s all about.

Tazz – Well he did say he needed to see him immediately. It must be something very important. Maybe he’s finally realised how great Eddie Guerrero is and has decided to strip the Rock of the WWE title and give it to the Rock.

Cole – I seriously doubt that Tazz…

Tazz – It could happen.

*Test’s music starts* Test comes out

Cole – And here is the second United States Tournament match of tonight.

*Brock Lesnar’s music starts* Lesnar comes out to cheers

Test vs. Brock Lesnar

After a seesaw battle and an attack from Batista, Brock Lesnar manages to pull of the win with a F5. As Flair and Batista stand on the ramp and hurl abuse at Lesnar, the Undertaker appears from behind the curtain and stands under the titantron and stares at Flair. Flair stares back, but then the Undertaker walks back behind the curtain.

Winner: Brock Lesnar

Cole – Brock Lesnar has made it through to the next round of the United States Tournament, despite an attack from Batista.

Tazz – And the Undertaker is again stalking Flair. I wonder how far this gonna go.

Camera goes backstage to the LWO changing room. Konnan, Mysterio and Chavo are chatting when Eddie returns from Shane’s office.

Mysterio – Hey dog, what’d he want? Was it about my Cruiserweight title?

Eddie – No, it was about the Rock.

Chavo – What, did we cripple him or something?

Eddie – No. It turns out that the Rock made a full recovery from the beat down, and is here tonight. And he wants a match.

Konnan – What you and the Rock are gonna go at it tonight? Looks like you’ll be getting that title sooner than you thought, homes.

Eddie – No, the match’s not with me ese, it’s with you. The Rock wants to face you, tonight.

Crowd cheer

Commercial break

*JBL’s music starts* JBL comes out with Kurt Angle

Cole – Here comes the American Dream.

Tazz – As we saw last week, Kurt Angle managed to get a victory over Booker T without the help of JBL. I wonder if JBL can pull of the same tonight against John Cena.

Kurt Angle grabs a mic.

Angle – Last week, we all saw just how capable I was of winning a match solo. We all saw just why I am the standard that all Americans strive to be.

Crowd boo

Angle – Now tonight JBL, it is your turn to prove that you are as good as you say you are.

JBL – I don’t have to prove anything to you Angle, or these people.

Crowd boo

JBL – But I will make myself a promise. I guarantee that I will walk out of this ring a winner, and an even truer American than you.

*John Cena’s music starts* John Cena comes out with Booker T to loud cheers

JBL vs. John Cena

Winner: John Cena

Cole – I guess JBL isn’t as “true” as he claims to be.

Tazz – This must just be a one-off Cole. JBL should be back to his winning ways soon, I can tell.

Cole – Well we’ll just have to wait and see, because coming up next is the main event. The Rock is going to battle it out with Konnan, next.

Don’t Try This At Home Commercial

*The LWO’s music starts* Konnan comes out accompanied by the rest of the LWO.

*The Rock’s music starts* The Rock comes out to loud cheers

The Rock vs. Konnan

The Rock looks set to take the victory, and lays Konnan in the centre of the ring and gets ready to land the Peoples’ Elbow. He runs to the rope, but is attacked by Chavo. The Rock then grabs Chavo by the neck and throws him into the ring. Chavo rolls back out of the ring. Mysterio comes in from the other side but receives a forearm and is sent to the floor and rolls out of the ring. In the meantime, Konnan had managed to get to his feet and attacks the Rock from the back. Konnan looks to land a DDT on the Rock, but the Rock reverses it into the Rock’s Bottom and lands it and gets the pin.

Winner: The Rock

Eddie Guerrero rushes into the ring and faces the Rock. The Rock stretches his hand signals for Eddie to bring it. Eddie runs to the Rock and the two exchange blows. The Rock then gives Eddie three punches and knocks him to the ringmat with the forth. Eddie gets up straight away and receives a forearm and sends him back down. He gets up again and gets sent back with another forearm, and then again and again until he finally rolls out of the ring with the help of the LWO. The Rock stands in the ring and stalks Guerrero.

Awesome show! Austin-Goldberg finally announced! I get the feeling RVD-Steiner will be Hardcore Title match at Wrestlemania also. Like the big build up for Beniot and then the moment when he came out was extremely realistic, as was the Bischoff-Trish-Vince segment backstage, very realistic and it made me laugh. Loved the Steiner arrival as well, with Dreamer attacking him and Steiner being very cautious, another realistic thing that was written really well. Stephanie is certainly putting her foot down and taking Raw by the throat, making that huge match for Mania, restarting the match (which does done greatly and very, very realistic). The E&C segment was also funnny and the eight man tag match could possibly be leading towards Wrestlemania for a rematch, WGTT vs Hardys? Loved the way the ending for the match was done as well. Trish didn't manage to win the title :-( but it looks like a triple threat for Wrestlemania!! Shame Eugen and Regal lost, lol, HHH seems to have a lot of enemies, Jericho and Beniot! Maybe Orton & HHH vs Beniot & Jericho at Mania, not sure who it would be if it were singles, maybe Orton-Jericho, Beniot-HHH? Anyways, Overall a great night! Did you get rid of the IC title? or never have it? or just aren't mentioning it? sorry if you've already said this, I just didn't notice.

#330 ·
Great to see Benoit back on Raw the way you did his return was pretty cool. Goldberg Vs Austin will be a great match it's one I wanted to see back in 1998/1999 and I can't wait to see the outcome of that. The Rock and Eddie Guerrero is being built superbly, I think this Wrestlemania you do will be great, hopefully it lives up to the hype.

#331 ·
Oh goodness.. what would this thread be without me?? LoL, anyways sorry these are hirt guys, but apparently everyone decided to post a show today lol.

Firstly, Smackdown. Awesome show man. 9/10. Pretty funny To Cool promo and GMS was really in character. Also, the LWO backstage segment was good, curious to see how Rey takes on this new gimmick. Should be interesting. Nice two choices of US title tourney matches. Really woulda wished you woulda put a little input on Cena/JBL other then Winner- John Cena, but meh, no big deal. Good Main event with The Rock standing tall, but I wish he woulda had a promo earlier in the night.

Showstopper- Finally announced Goldberg vs Austin. Man this is going to be Huge! Thats right.. its a capital H.. This fued gets better and better each week. Edge and Christian promo was hilarious. Snuffles? lmao. Liked the Shelton/Hardy arguement at the end of a match as well, do I smell a fued? Great main event and YES!! BENIOT SHOWED UP!! Beniot vs Trips at Mania perhaps? Anyways, great show man. 9.5/10

#332 ·
Excellent shows to the both of you. Things are really coming to a boiling point and hopefully things explode in the next couple of weeks Wrestlemania draws near.

Smackdown- Commentary was good throughout
Opening segemnt was realistic and well written
US title tournament started well
The Undertaker and Flair tension is interesting to say the least
I am really liking the fued between the Rock and Eddie Guerrero
Overall 8.5/10

RAW- Once again superb commentary
Hardcore title 24/7 was a good move
Realistic what happened with Trish and E.B.
Steph restarting the match was well done
Austin vs Goldberg is sure to be an epic encounter
The return of Benoit was awesome
Overall 9/10

Excellent job to the both of you and you are both building to Wrestlemania well

#333 ·
Okay, heres my review of both shows...

Eddie - Rock feud is building up nicely, but doesnt have that extra bite that most WM main event matches have. Maybe there is something huge still to come though in this war though.

The Eddie Guerrero character though has been well written, and totally beleiveable. Wouldnt mind seeing some intense one on one promo's between Eddie and The Rock to give this feud some more fire.

Batista advancing, and advancing convincingly was nice to see. It HAS to be Brock vs Batista at WM. The Flair - Taker feud is also shaping up to be pretty good too.

I liked the Too Cool promo before their match, very funny, and realistic. Well done.

Although the show was good, it just doesnt seem to be able to compare to Showstoppers Raw WHICH WAS QUITE AMAZING!!!!!

Firstly, I loved the Trish - Bischoff - McMahon segment for Valentines Day. Extremely funny, realistic, and in general, very well done. Reminded me a little of the Shelton - Trish - Vince segment a few months back on Raw, which was great too.

Glad to see HBK & Nash put away RTC. Thankfully, this should mean that that match wont happen at WM. I am predicting though that Nash will turn on HBK, or vice versa before the PPV, leading to a match.

YES!!! Goldberg vs Austin @ WM has been confirmed!!! Cant wait for it. Only question now is how will you keep the momentum of this epic feud fresh until the big show in April...

Would have liked the rules of the Valentines match to be explained in some way, but that isnt really a big deal. But the match name had a nice ring to it.

Hopefully the staredown between TWGTT & The Hardyz leads to a rematch for the titles @ WM. That would be a WM worthy match for the belts, whether one on one, or with a special stipulation.

Edge and Christian promo was another fantastically put together segment from you, really funny, 'RIP Snuffles' Hirohito interrupting was actually nicely done too. Dunno tho whether I want to see E&C involved with Hirohito @ WM, but we'll have to see where that goes.

Every week that Stephanie is around, I grow more fond of her no nonsense character. Congrats on really making her seem like a very strong figure. Love how she exerts her authority, and I'm sure she has unfinished business with Bischoff.

BENOIT IS BACK!!!!!!!!! Ecstatic to see the Wolverine return, and now that opens up the world title picture. Fatal Four Way @ WM maybe?? I guess I'll have to wait and see, and I cant wait to find out!!! Would have loved to have seen this for real, as it came across as totally beleiveable, and intense. Cant wait to see how HHH approaches Benoit next week!!!

All in all, THE BEST RAW I've EVER read on these forums, without a shadow of a doubt, 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!! Smackdown needs to really pull out something special to catch Raw at the moment. Brilliant stuff.

#335 ·
Nice show man, semmed kinda short, but that may just be me. Wish Styles couldnt got the win over Jerry Lynn, but meh. Glad to see the return of "If Ya Smell.." it was funny and entertaining, and I liked The Rock standing tall. JBL/Angle is getting very interesting and I now wonder since JBL won, if Angle will sneak his way into the tournament and face JBL in the finals.. time will tell.. 9/10

#336 · (Edited)
Another great episode of Smackdown. Surprising to see Lynn pull the upset on Styles. I am really enjoying the Eddie Rock fued and it has been interesting to see the Rock dominate the LWO once again. The Undertaker Flair fued is slowly building up and is an intriguing one. Good to see JBL defeat the Big Show and I wonder how Angle will react next week. Overall a job well done and you are doing a tremendous job of slowly building up to Wrestlemania. 8.5/10 Keep up the great work.

OK people...I'm the bearer of bad news :(

Basically I have written only about 7 pages of Raw. Seeing as NWO is on in about 20 Mins, I probably won't get it done tonight. If it weren't on, I would have done it. So don't expect it tonight.....

Also don't expect it tomorrow, as I've got Parents Evening in my School and probably won't get back till 8, futher rulling out the possibility of Raw up tomorrow. This means that I'm tentitavely looking at putting Raw up earliest Wednesday, but that's only a possibility......I'll keep you updating.

And for now, Next Week's Raw (28th Feb), will probably be up on the Tuesday. This is because I'm going to Cardiff this Sunday (Carling Cup Final for all you Footie Fans) and I won't be in all Sunday. I'll keep you updated on that situation as well....

So basically Raw will be delayed for the next couple of weeks or so, but it will be up....in due course :D

#340 ·
Parents evening...lucky you. Hope you've been a good boy this year, lol.

Cant see this being a good week for ya...1st Chelsea lose in the Cup...2nd they'll lose against Barcelona tomorrow, then you'll be making a wasted trip to Cardiff on Sunday...well, actually you'll win the Carling Crap. Sorry, Carling Cup.

Back on topic...
Will be anxiously waiting for Raw too. Wondering how you can top last weeks show...well, wondering if you can match last weeks, considering it got 10/10, so by defination cant be topped...only matched.

Okay, now I'm rambling. Hope Raw is up soon.

#341 ·
lol, rambling, Carling Crap, its like Goldust when he was electricuted. Ahh, the memories.

Bad news bout the Raw, looking forward to the 'matched' RAW.

#343 · (Edited)
In a bit of a rush, so Raw IMO is not as good as usual...but I think it's still quite good :D

Raw – February 21st

The Show starts with footage of Chris Benoit’s phenomenal return to Raw after 4 months out of action at the hands of Triple H

Raw pyro rocks the Bryce Jordan Centre in University City, Pennsylvania

J.R – We are edging ever closer to the great spectacle that will be WrestleMania 21 at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. For now we welcome you to Monday Night Raw, Jim Ross alongside Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler and King what a turbulent Raw we had last week when we witnessed the return to Raw of the Crippler Chris Benoit!

King – J.R, I can tell you, I don’t like the man but I sure as hell respect the man. Coming back from injury to try and take back the World Heavyweight Title, well that takes a lot of guts.

J.R – That’s right King, Chris Benoit was out for over 4 months, suffering from Torn Knee Ligaments at the hands of The Game. In those four months however we have seen Triple H regain the World Heavyweight Title and I’m sure that that is not currently sitting well with the Rabid Wolverine…

Stephanie McMahon’s Theme Plays

J.R – What a way to kick off Raw with none other than the Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon.

King – The same Stephanie McMahon that made Icon vs. Icon, Steve Austin vs. Goldberg at WrestleMania.

J.R – Well yes, there is only one Stephanie McMahon that holds this position and yes, Stephanie McMahon did make one of the most hotly anticipated matches since the turn of the century. Bill Goldberg in one corner, Stone Cold Steve Austin in the other, and boy lets let them get it on.

Stephanie – For seven consecutive days I have had people on the street come up and praise me. Mrs. McMahon well done for doing this, Mrs. McMahon well done for doing that, Mrs. McMahon my son loves Raw and so on but the most praise that I have received undoubtedly has been for doing one thing, for making one match, and that is Goldberg vs. Austin at WrestleMania 21. That’s what I’ve mainly been praised for. That’s the view of the American People. But one man disagrees with my view…

King – Who J.R? Who could disagree with Commissioner McMahon?

J.R – I dunno King

Stephanie – ERIC BISCHOFF. Since day one I have had to cope with his bullshit. With his ‘trying to ass - lick Triple H’. Well Eric, I know Triple H, and I know when he likes and ass-licker and when he doesn’t!

King – OHHHH

J.R – Ouch

Stephanie – That’s right, I know what Triple H likes. I run this show so I can waste as much time as I like. You wanna know what Triple H likes to do late at night, you wanna know what he does when he says ‘honey I’m changing the mattress’. Well first of all he….

Triple H’s Theme Plays

J.R – Oh no…

King – Triple H has heard enough, Stephanie should never have told these people about Triple H. These people here in Pennsylvania don’t need to hear what Triple H does at night.

J.R – Well I sure as hell would do!

King – J.R????

J.R – NO KING! BEFORE YOU GO AND SAY WHAT YOU WERE JUST ABOUT TO SAY, NO!

Triple H grabs a Microphone

Triple H – Steph, Steph, Steph…

Stephanie – Mrs. McMahon.

Triple H – Mrs. Stephanie McMahon you are one hell of a slut aren’t you

J.R – Folks stay tuned to this one do not turn your screens away, or you’re going to miss two Divorcees going at it in the middle of a Wrestling Ring!

Stephanie – Triple H, HOW DARE YOU! You never insult Stephanie McMahon and get away with it, you got that.

Triple H moves closer towards Stephanie

Triple H – And what are you gonna do about it…?

Triple H then kicks her in the stomach and is about to set her up for the Pedigree until Jeff Hardy runs out

J.R – Jeff Hardy?

King – What?

Hardy then runs to the opposite side of the ring, bounces off the ropes and dropkicks Triple H in the knees. He then runs to the top rope and lands a top rope hurricanrana followed by a Swanton Bomb. At this point Randy Orton comes out and punches Hardy a few times. He then lands an RKO on Hardy…suddenly Shelton Benjamin runs from the back and T-Bone’s Orton. Benjamin then escorts Stephanie out of the Ring

Stephanie (panting) – Triple H, Randy Orton, you wanna see action tonight? Well I tell you what we’re gonna do. In that very Ring later on tonight it will be Randy Orton defending the Intercontinental Championship against Shelton Benjamin.

J.R – Wow!

Stephanie - And in the Main Event, it will be Triple H, going one on one with Jeff Hardy, and that match will be for the World Heavyweight Title!

J.R – OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, TWO HUGE MATCHES SCHEDULED FOR LATER ON TONIGHT.

Triple H looks to land a punch to Jeff Hardy before Jeff runs out of the Ring, Stephanie, Benjamin and Hardy then retreat to the back

J.R – Folks, we gotta take a break, we’ll be right back.

Commercial Break

Eric Bischoff approaches Stephanie McMahon in the back

Eric – So that’s how you want to play it huh Steph?

Stephanie – Eric, shut up. I am the Commissioner of Raw. I can decide what I want to do, when I want to do it.

Eric – What you want to do, when you want to do it? Fine. But seeing as you want to make some matches, I’m going to make a match of my own. Tell your ‘buddies’ Edge and Christian that they’ll be in a match later on…. a TABLES match against Hirohito and a partner of his choice. Never underestimate the power of Eric Bischoff, Mrs. McMahon. Never underestimate me….

Bischoff walks off leaving Stephanie to reflect

J.R – One of the most chaotic starts to a broadcast I have ever witnessed King

King – You sure are right J.R, Raw has spiralled out of control…all because of Stephanie McMahon.

J.R – King, how can you say that? Stephanie McMahon was about to get pedigreed by Triple H. Both Shelton Benjamin and Jeff Hardy made the save for her. She then rewarded both of them with respective Title shots tonight here in Pennsylvania.

King – J.R, you’re wrong, you’re always wrong…. except when you’re right, ha ha!

Match 1
Singles
Kevin Nash w/Shawn Michaels vs. Kane

Kevin Nash picks up the win via. DQ, when Shawn Michaels hops onto the Ring apron, and Kane tries to hit Nash. Instead he gets the Referee and the next official has no choice but to call for the bell
Winner – Kevin Nash – Disqualification

Shawn Michaels then enters the Ring and lands a Sweet Chin Music on Kane, then Nash lands a Jacknife Powerbomb on Kane leaving him lying in the middle of the Ring

J.R – What an impressive show of strength by these two men on Kane.

HBK and Nash do the nWo pose on the Ramp, suddenly the TitanTron screen turns full red

King – Look J.R, the screen has gone red!

J.R – I know, I can see

Shawn Michaels looks behind him and sees the screen. He seems confused and points it out to Kevin Nash who in turn seems bewildered by the red screen

J.R – King, a red screen? What could that mean?

King – J.R, honestly…I dunno about that one…

The World’s Greatest Tag Team and their manager Theodore Long are in the back

Charlie Haas – Think of this Shelton…here is your winner and the NEW Intercontinental Champion…Shelton Benjamin.

Benjamin smiles

Long – Or how about this playas, please welcome, making their way to the Ring, they are the World Tag Team Champions, you feel me?

Haas – Now that is something that would be cool….

They all start to laugh until Eric Bischoff makes his way onto the scene

Eric – Gentlemen, Shelton Benjamin, congratulations on getting an Intercontinental Title shot, but you see…. you wont be getting that shot. I’ve offered it to someone else…

Benjamin – YOU WHAT?

Eric – I offered the Title shot to somebody else, you know….

Suddenly Stephanie McMahon arrives on the scene

Stephanie – Excuse me gentlemen, Mr. Bischoff can I have a quick word with you…

Steph ushers Bischoff away

Steph – What are you doing?

Bischoff – Maybe I didn’t make myself clear earlier on, NO-BODY MESSES WITH ERIC BISCHOFF.

Steph – Well I’m sure that if you have a problem with me, you could always just…quit.

Bischoff – Mrs. McMahon, I could never do that, this show would permanently suffer without Eric Bischoff. I’ll do you one better though. Next Week on Raw, Eric Bischoff will not be here, as I’ll be taking a week off. I will be leaving you in charge Mrs. McMahon, and lets see how you can cope then…

Bischoff walks away

Steph – Sorry about that gentlemen, I think the power has got to his head, anyway good luck later Shelton.

We turn back to J.R and King

J.R – What about that, Eric Bischoff not here next week, Stephanie McMahon is in charge!

King – J.R, what about tonight, what about the matches scheduled for tonight?

J.R – We’ve got an epic line up for you tonight. Jeff Hardy will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture the World Heavyweight Title when he goes one on one with ‘The Game’ Triple H. Also, Shelton Benjamin looks to win the Intercontinental Title when he faces Randy Orton. As well we’ve got a Tag Team Tables Match scheduled for tonight with Edge and Christian taking on Hirohito and a partner of his choice but up next its WWE Hardcore Title action, it’s RVD vs. Scott Steiner and it’s up next!

Don’t Try This At Home Commercial

J.R – We’re back live on Monday Night Raw, Jim Ross alongside Jerry Lawler and King, it’s finally time, can RVD regain the Hardcore Title, well we won’t have to wait any longer…

Match 2
WWE Hardcore Championship
Scott Steiner © vs. Rob Van Dam

Scott Steiner picks up the win when Kane rushes to the Ring and knocks RVD out with a Steel Chair thus giving Steiner the pinfall victory
Winner and STILL WWE Hardcore Champion – Scott Steiner – Pinfall

Steiner picks up the Hardcore Title, and is on his way out of the Ring, when Diamond Dallas Page rushes from the back. DDP tries to land a Diamond Cutter on Steiner until Steiner whacks Page in the back of the head with the Hardcore Title

King – J.R, everyone is after Scott Steiner, I mean he just retained his Hardcore Title against Rob Van Dam, and already he’s got Diamond Dallas Page breathing down his neck!

J.R – Well that’s the job of the Hardcore Champion King, the Hardcore Champion has a Title to defend every hour of every day. Scott Steiner is lucky to have even got out of this Ring with the Title.

King – It just goes to show that Scott Steiner is the real deal!

J.R – Well, I wouldn’t necessarily agree with ‘the real deal’ but he definitely is a tough Son of a Bitch….

Edge – J.R, King, do you know…

J.R – Well, I sure as hell don’t know

Christian – So as we thought…. we have been…. Edge-Christian-ated

Jeff – Yeah I know, damn, Stephanie McMahon, she’s so cool.

Matt – And think about this man, over two years ago, you beat Triple H, for the Intercontinental Title…. I’m sure that you are gonna give The Game, a run for his money….

Suddenly Eric Bischoff walks in

Eric – Jeff, I’m sorry but I have had to cancel your Title match….

Jeff – YOU WHAT?

What can I say....SHOCKING SHOW!!!!

Soooo many twists and turns this week man. I would never had predicted that Jeff Hardy and Shelton Benjamin would have been challenging for the top two championships this week. Unreal. Well executed in making the matches.

No Bischoff next week...sweet. I have a gut feeling though that Eric will still try to orchestrate something to ruin Ms. McMahon's night in sole control.

Edge and Christian-ated. LOL. Well, the brothers were truly Edge Christian-ated by Hirohito and Tajiri. Personally, I'd rather see E&C feuding with a better tag team, but I do see potential in the Japanese team, so I'll be looking to see where this feud goes.

No Jericho this week?? That's a pity.

Red Screen with HBK and Nash?? Wolfpac perhaps?? Or maybe I'm reading to much into a Nash heel turn...or maybe not. ARRRRGHHHH. I'm racking my brains on this one.

Commentary was spot on as usual, and I see a big Battle Royal type match for the Hardore Title at WM, with it coming down to RVD and Steiner for the title.

Nice way to keep the Austin - Goldberg feud flowing. Maybe next week, Goldberg will trash Austin's truck?? Maybe somethng else...but either way, I see revenge for Goldberg next week.

Loved the way Stephanie cut down Easy E twice with the challengers, classic. Shows just how intimidated Eric is. Nice work.

DX returns??????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER SAW IT COMING!!!! Still in shock after reading it. Hopefully this reunion is done well, and doesnt suck major balls like many reformations do. I'm confident that you'll make this work though.

Benoit in action next week. Great stuff. Would have liked to have actually heard from Benoit about his long lay off, but its not a big problem. Hopefully next week though.

Final thoughts. Too good to be good, not great enough to be great...gooreat show then. Liked how the focus was on the midcard feuds for the majority of the show, but with the big ones also playing their part. Helps to promote WM a little better with some storyline advancement elsewhere. Not the best Raw you've ever done, but certainly not the worst either. The DX reunion at the end was sensational, and bumps up the rating a little more, from 8.5, to a solid 9/10.

A very shocking RAW to say the least. The opening segment was well done with Jeff Hardy and Shelton Benjamin ending up with title shots. The red screen is an interesting development and I have no idea what things are leading to in regards to HBK and Nash. I really enjoyed how Stephanie was always one up on Bischoff at every turn and she has to be iritating him. DX return was excellent and hopefully you can make it work. Overall 9/10 and I look forward to next week particularly the in ring return of Chris Benoit. Keep up the great work.

Whoa man wild show, but thats a good thing. 9.5/10, awesome show with some huge matches and DX is back?! Whoa.. would have never though that. Woulda liked to see Shelton win the title but I knew it wouldnt happen. Weird to see Jeff with this push. Still cant believe DX is back. Dont let me down with this reunion. Wonder what the "red screen" is about. Truly a mystery. Also, great E and C promo, had me cracking up. Anyways great show man. Look forward to the next show.
