Re: Lets talk obesity

I have no issue with another person weighing whatever they want, but sites like This Is Thin Privilege make me want to punch somebody. If you are overweight and are happy, that's great, have all the confidence you'd like, but don't tear down the self confidence of people that are thinner, make them feel guilty, and sit there trying to tell the world that medical science only exists to "shame you" for your body, because a victim complex is not cute.

Re: Lets talk obesity

My mother and her mother are obese. But I don't really feel bad for them, because it just doesn't seem to affect their everyday lives. Everyone in my family is pretty skinny, except for my mother and her mother. I probably wouldn't tell either of them to go lose some weight to better themselves because they seem to be just fine with it.

However, I do have 2 friends, Jeff and Trista. Trista has always been a fat little bitch and we always tell her to lose weight because we got tired of her eating all our food when she came over and she is still a fat little bitch to this day.

Jeff though, he never seemed to eat anything he was just a fat little druggy and I don't remember ever telling him to lose weight to better himself but one day I had noticed that he lost weight and apparently he had been working out. 2 Months later this guy was skinnier than me and I was like dafaq. So I guess not saying anything does wonders?

I hate subjects like these. Cause why should u wanna change that person. It's their choice usually. I've known ppl who medically are big but they cant help that I've seen genetic family's of big ppl and I've seen just kids that are fat cause they like food and low metabolism. But in the end u have to make the change or at least try.

Big ppl don't bother neither do smokers alcoholics ,druggers, gays whatever Nothing bothers me unless u get into my shit then it becomes my problem.

Re: Lets talk obesity

Don't care, unless I'm screwing them, where their attractiveness is key. Equally, there's nothing wrong with friends or your girl ribbing on your appearance.

Mayorga on BJ: Real men fight- maricons roll on ground and wrestle. Boxeo is número UNO! Tell BJ to box me- after I KO him, I will put him not in a body bag but in a condom so he can think that’s where he shud have stayed

Mayorga on facing Vargas: I'm going to give Vargas the chance to cash his last paycheck. I would like to say publicly that Fatty Vargas has always feared me. I conceded to take this fight at 162 pounds because fatty couldn't lose any more weight. I will do Vargas a favor by retiring him in this fight so his family doesn't have to suffer every time he steps in the ring. I'm going to do his wife a favor and not let her cry anymore.

Re: Lets talk obesity

Fat people are pretty irrelevant to me. Smokers are different because they smell bad and are potentially poisoning me when they smoke around me. Unless a fat person is actually sitting on me I'm not going to be too bothered about them.

Re: Lets talk obesity

Unless you have some sort of medical condition I don't feel bad for overweight people at all. I don't make fun of them or anything. I'm an incredibly compassionate persob but at the same time you have to take some responsibility for your actions. Two different times in my life I've lost a significant amount of weight on my own. I lost 110lbs when I was in high school and within the last year lost 70 when I decided to get a divorce. The world is cruel and looks at you differently if you are chubby or fat. It's sad but that is the way it is. I let myself get out of control and I was able to fix it two different times and I'm someone who loves food but I have incredibly low metabolism so I have to be careful. Hell I can probably stand to lose another 10-20. Basically get off your ass and do something about it. It's not easy in fact it's super hard. But it's worth it to make a change.

How about the higher healthcare costs, which do impact you as well?
