Re: Just Another Night In America...

Piers Morgan tends to invite radicals, who are so insane that you can't take anything they say seriously, and moderates, who don't really have anything to debate.

Like guests on the O'Rielly Factor, its not really the most fair look at the other side

Re: Just Another Night In America...

@Kobra that explains why his ratings are so high.

@JOAL You completely missed the whole point... The AR-15 is a semi-automatic assault rifle that is a killing machine. If it wasn't for the AR-15 then maybe some kids would still be alive today. Guns are banned in Britain and look at their gun related deaths then compare it to America. I didn't say there wouldn't be anymore shootings, but we need to make it harder for criminals to obtain guns. Do you know that 48% of gun sales last year didn't involve background checks? That means criminals it's easier for a criminal to get one legally. We need to start with the killing machine known as the AR-15 and every other weapon that operates like it. That's how we are going to decrease the amount of gun violence in America.

@LadyCroft Why? Why the heck do you need them? I don't get it.

I have been watching Piers Morgan debate gun lobbyists and destroy them. And I noticed how none of them could give just one good logical reason why it shouldn't be banned.
WUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH!

Piers Morgan has NEVER in any of the gun debates I've seen him partake in "destroyed" anybody. The man is an absolute buffoon who has virtually no knowledge on the subject whatsoever and whose only retort against people who bring up valid points against him is to call them stupid and evil. The only time he's even looked remotely competent is when he was debating Alex Jones, but that's only because Jones is as big of a windbag as he is.

Rush Limbaugh has high ratings too and he's a bigger clown. Keeping Up With the Kardashians gets high ratings. Two and a Half Men gets high ratings. Ratings don't always equal quality.

Thank you Edge.

Re: Just Another Night In America...

piers morgan has terrible ratings

all of CNN has been going down the toilet

its why piers morgan has tried so hard to be edgy and controversial nowadays. often at the expense of facts and logic

I wonder why people who talk about curbing gun violence in America never acknowledge the fact that despite gun ownership going through the roof in the past ten years, gun violence itself is down across the board? It seems like gun violence is curbing itself without the help of any law changes.

Re: Just Another Night In America...

Why do people like Nige and Messi ignore the fact that guns are basically banned in Chicago and because of that, stricter gun laws wouldn't make a difference?

Same goes for the thread about the California shooting. California has the strictest gun laws in the United States, yet that didn't stop the Authoritarians from getting on their emotion-driven soapbox.

Hell, the same can be said about the Sandy Hook shooting. Does anyone find it strange how all of these shootings seem to take place in states/cities with strict gun laws? Rhetorical question.
