Parents were idiots. If this didnt happen, something else would have

Really, really difficult to blame guns in this situation

Just a terrible tragic incident. I must point out however if the 5 year old had a knife he would not accidentally stab his sister. I am 100% certain this was an accident but guns are a problem here, I blame the parents.

Yes not just that, but also less chance of deaths, should someone should go and harm someone on purpose. What is likely to cause more deaths? A guy with a semi automatic weapon shooting every fucking person they see aka Sandy hook, Batman shooting etc Or someone trying to kill with a knife?

Do you have some sort of evidence to bring forward or what?

The guy with the powerful homemade nail bomb has more chances to maim or kill someone in a public area than some jackass with a gun.

Isn't it illegal for under 18 or 21's to own a gun in America? If not then that's fucking messed up.

18 yr olds are allowed rifles/shotguns
21 yr olds are allowed handguns

Not sure why the Crickett rifle doesn't come under the first one. Again I'm not clued up on guns but the Crickett website has a 'Kids Corner' and KSA has a testimonial part of the site where customers say they have given their 4 yr olds the rifle so I assume it is legal to market it to kids.

@Glass Shatters, You seem to be the most knowledgeable on guns. I'm genuinely curious as to why the Crickett rifle doesn't seem to fit under the label rifle.
