If the strongest countries of the world united, North Korea would not have any chance of surviving the attack and would be quickly defeated. But no, everyone is waiting until North Korea attacks first. Why?

If the "good guys" attacked first then what justification do we have? Oh, they threatened us with action, so we struck first?
They'll let North Korea run their mouths, and if they mount any military offence, then they can move in to resolve the conflict. Do you not know of history?

No one would back NK up. No one. China probably wouldn't want to get too involved, if involved at all because it would hurt their economy and they know it.
NK has no real friends.
