idk why some people are so scared of being told no. what happens after being told that makes it so horrible? if it's a random at a bar or something like this the worst that happens is you might see them somewhere once but not actually engage in any actual interactions.
So I was in the coffee shop today, ordering a coffee. And the chick behind the counter was acting pretty weird. She was very quiet at first and was kinda staring at me. It was kind of making me uncomfortable cause I always think I'm weird or something. As I was waiting. she actually sparked up a conversation with me and got extremely talkative and polite all of a sudden.
I remember her from before cause she always seems to act odd whenever I come in. But then gets polite all out of nowhere. Would it be a good idea to ask her out or would I make a fool out of myself?

Go for it.. Just don't call her a 'chick,' to her face, ok? Good Luck..
Go for it! Believe me, when I worked at an ice cream shop as a teenager, when guys I found cute came in it made my day. And there were multiple times where I would've went out with the guy if he asked. If you are getting the vibe that she might be interested, just go for it.
