My go to beer is usually Lagunita's Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale. The grapefruit flavor from the hops in this beer is incredible.
The best beer in my opinion, though, is Bell's Hopslam.
Managed to get my hands on a 6 pack of this a few weeks ago and I've never had anything like it. It's bitter as all hell, but it's brewed with honey so the sweetness from that balances it out perfectly. Plus, the smell is fucking insane. A crazy citrus-y explosion of bittersweet goodness that's 10% ABV. All in all I have to say Hopslam's amazing, and anybody who's a fan of IPA's or beer in general should try and seek it out when it's available.
Taste is subjective, but how can anyone enjoy this shit?
tastes good ?
I mean when anyone starts drinking at first, I would think most don't enjoy the taste and It's purely to get wasted, But overtime you start to get used to the taste... then start to like the taste... then start to love the taste.... next step is can't live without it which is when there is a problem.
I can take it or leave it, but i do enjoy a god belly full when i go out esp if i haven't had a drink in a while.
I have aso smoked for years and it's the exact same thing, tastes shit to start but you grow to love the taste.
how someone can drink VB or Fosters but not Corona is beyond me. VB is probably the worst beer I've ever had. It's just so awful. I wouldn't drink it over Light beer (low alcohol not carbs). That's how shit it is.
also RUSH it's Sundown, not Sundowner. Hate when people call it that .
Yeah I've had Fat Yak, it's quite good agree with you on that, they used to sell it special for $4.50 at the Lappo (local pub) and got me into it.
Peroni mention, tasty as beer.
