Re: How a student got a zero on an exam
This joke/mock test has done the rounds forever in various forms.
What I'd advise you to do is try and think of any class in the World where this would seriously be the test.
And whilst I'm breaking hearts and crushing dreams... Santa isn't real.

Re: How a student got a zero on an exam
I once came criminally unprepared for a midterm exam in Biology, ended up putting "Intelligent Design" for all the questions.
Yeah, not a wise move.

Re: How a student got a zero on an exam
I actually got a zero on a history exam in middle school. No joke. A 0%.
I would have felt really bad and embarrassed about it BUT the teacher, who was a first year teacher, was completely incompetent. How can I prove that? I wasn't the only kid in the class that got a 0. Actually about 10 kids in a class of about 25 got that same score AND the highest grade in the class was a 75.
Was it really that hard of a test? Probably not. It was pretty straightforward in most respects. Had I known the material, it probably would have been an easy A or B. The problem though that was this teacher was so lazy and gave us so many "free days" in class to do whatever we wanted (and whatever he wanted. Seriously, he played solitaire more than he taught class) that by the time the test rolled around, most of us didn't even know what chapter was being covered for the test and an even greater portion of the class didn't even know there was a test that day at all.
It was so bad that the Principal even had a talk with us about our poor performance and when we tried to explain to her what happened, she said it was our responsibility to study and not cause a ruckus in class (the fuck?). After the whole fiasco, the test was dropped entirely and the teacher in question gave us take home tests for the rest of the year. Needless to say, grades skyrocketed from there. Oh and uh, he didn't come back the next year. shocker.

No where I know, but it's a good joke to give a little more humor to this board.

It's not a good joke though. If you decide you need to post garbage that's been floating around since the days of "forward this to 20 people" in AOL mail, at least pick something better.

Re: How a student got a zero on an exam
I got a -3 on an assignment before. It took me like 3 weeks to do. I would've gotten more points for not handing it in.

At least these people are laughing it off at the end of the day, while I used to struggle and grieve in my early college days.
