Hong Kong (CNN) -- North Korea said Tuesday that it had conducted a new, more powerful underground nuclear test using more sophisticated technology, jolting the already fragile security situation in Northeast Asia and drawing condemnation from around the globe.

North Korea is a sovereign nation, deserves the right to test nukes, and not face crippling sanctions from The US. I agree with CP.

Also, your move, South Korea. Goddamn tough talkers in that country were saying they were considering striking NK if they went through with the test.

Problems with countries like Iran and NK are manufactured by the west's foreign policies towards them. The world (and America) would be a better place if America minded it's own business.
