Oh wow. This guy's rambling remind me loads of the sort of writing my friend's schizophrenic brother puts out. Very similar tone, alternating between lucid, paranoid and borderline funny.

That he's roaming around, doing whatever he's up to, is disturbing but the LAPD shooting at anything that possibly resembles, in some minor manner, a potential connection to him is far more troubling to me.

I can't help but find it funny how ONE MAN has the entire LAPD running scared to the point where they open fire on innocent civilians.

Actually, it's not funny. Those cops who fired on the civilians should be put on trial for attempted murder.

Understandable? They shot multiple times at an elderly Asian woman and her daughter selling newspapers in the morning. There's no way to write that off as just a simple misunderstanding or say "my bad".

I think you're underestimating just how corrupt and inept the police are.

Over 15 shots were fired at one of the women. This was a group effort. They collectively screwed up.

I really want a statement from Senator Diane Feinstein on this situation. It is, after all, a fact that this guy could have purchased so called "assault" rifles under her proposed ban being prior military as well as an active law enforcement officer at one point. What is even more relevant is that this is occurring in the state she represents.

Where are all of the jackasses claiming that only right wing extremists commit acts like these that we've had on the forum the past few months? Where are the people that now have no choice but to see how much of a logistical nightmare gun confiscation and banishment would be with one person having an entire department of 10,000 officers run around like chickens with their heads cut off?

I did. But just because some people wanted to politicize gun violence and make a weak link between who someone votes for and whether they'll be a crazy murderer that doesn't mean that those people should be taken seriously. Besides most of those people aiming for gun confiscation were from outside of the US so they didn't really know what they were talking about.

I agree with you in that case. I just want them to show up in the thread and give their thoughts on the ongoing situation all the while justifying their views, no matter how seriously they can be taken.
