I was literally in subway today when they lady told me "well technically it's not a footlong; I think it's like 10" or 11." Doesn't really matter, $5 for a 10 or 11 inch sub is pretty good when you get it loaded.

I've eaten there like 3 times already this month, and not once did I pull out a fucking tape measure to measure my sandwich to post how much of a douchebag I am on Facebook. What a fucking idiot. Chipotle Steak and Cheese is $5 however long this month and no fucks are being given any time I gobble down that delicious goodness.

The people and lawyers who brought these suits to court all need to be taken behind sheds and beaten into unconsciousness with stiff rubber hoses. My God do we have nothing else to worry about in this country but the length of our loafs of bread???

I used to work for Subway, and I can tell you that each one starts pretty much the exact same size. The only reason one might not reach a foot in length is because some lazy ass or incompetent employee didn't proof or bake it correctly. Instead of being longer, now it's thicker. It's the same damn amount of bread no matter how it ends up out of the oven!

If this isn't thrown out of court then the judges who allow this crap outght to be beaten themselves with the same aforementioned hoses, and prevented from ever sitting on another legal proceeding again. This stuff really pisses me off.

I wouldn't even go as far as to say they can sue over the quality or taste of the meat. You're paying 5 dollars for a sandwich, you get what you pay for. That's like going to an escort service, paying $100 for the night, and complaining that your escort was missing teeth.
