No the video is too long so I didn't bother, I just read the article which said Obama only wants high ranking military officials who can shoot American citizens.

What is the conspiracy theory here? The nobel peace prize nominee being interviewed claims that a high-ranking military officer friend of his knew someone who received a litmus test from the president about their willingness to fire on American Citizens if necessary. That is not a conspiracy theory. It either happened or it didn't, but there's no grand conspiracy being suggested there.

ITT: People are think the United States government would NEVER resort to drastic measures.

I don't believe this either. I just find it funny though how so many people trust the United States government to do right by them. They send young men and women to go die in foreign countries to fight the "War on Terror", all the while we fund our alleged "enemy" in Syria. They spy on you through laws such as the PATRIOT Act and put a clause BACK into the NDAA that allows them to detain you without trial, even after an amendment was passed to outlaw that.
