Re: Admit that you have a problem

Procrastination is my biggest problem. As a reporter, my news deadline is Tuesdays at noon, but a lot of times I'll be up late Monday nights writing my front page story, even though I'll have had the interview on record or my notes on file for days already.

Another is just a lack of drive when it comes to a personal project I've been wanting to tackle for two years. It's a short film adaptation of a Stephen King story, something I've had written permission from King's office to do since August 2010. And the script has been written for two years. I chalk a lot of it up to the fact that my job tends to eat up quite a bit of my spare time, but I'm also just being lazy about it. I've told myself that if I don't get around to shooting it either in the spring or summer, then just forget about it altogether.

I'm a Brock Lesnar Guy.

I'm quite anti-social and I have a bit of a drinking problem.

Re: Admit that you have a problem

I know for a fact that I'm selfish. I have recently lost my job and I have just realized that my girlfriend gets the bus to work, works, comes home and cooks and then pretty much cleans my mess up whilst I don't do anything. It's shameful. I am ashamed of myself for it.

I'm also quick to snap at stupid things and I'm so much like my Father who will snap at stupid things but big things don't trouble them.

I think I'm also an internet addict as at least a few times a day I am sitting on here flipping through websites I've checked less than a minute ago looking for something new.

I'm also lazy and patronizing. I'm a dickhead really who is trying to make himself better by stopping doing all of this stuff.

Re: Admit that you have a problem

I cry at the drop of a hat. Commercials. News articles. Novels. Old songs with stories in them. Wrestling angles. Give me a reason to cry, and I will boo hoo. It feels good, though.

Ainsi sera, groigne qui groigne.

This! I find it really hard to keep money. Doesn't matter how much I have, I find always a quick way to spend it. Not to long ago earned about 400 euros from heritage and thought it was the right time to start saving some money since it came out of nowhere, but nope. Spent it all in about one week or two.

I'm crap at socializing. And I spend money like there's no tomorrow, I just can't save it. >_<

Re: Admit that you have a problem

Compulsive lying.

Say I'm gonna study for exams in two weeks? Reddit for hours on end.
Claim that I'll get out on a sunny weekend? Sit on my ass all day.
Say that I've handed in some homework? Trying to intercept any letters that may have been sent home.

Just constantly like this. Not that it's hurting others or my academics (yet), yet there's that sense of guilt that eats away at me with each move. So much for karma...

Oh, and unsurprisingly,can't socialize either.

Same here! Every time I get paid, I feel the need to spend the whole pay check.
