Re: Connecticut Town Planning a Video Game-burning rally

Most of us have played video games for years and we've never killed anyone to bits. The arguement is invalid. Stupid and ill-informed people do stupid things.

Re: Connecticut Town Planning a Video Game-burning rally

Not saying video games or movies should be banned, but they DO tend to cause violence in some people. Not everyone is mentally insane, so they won't go to this extreme, but it does have effects on some people.

Not sure if they're pathetically misguided individuals, or just vile people. A community has that happen to them, you're a ten minute drive away and this is how you show your support??

"I know you're still having nightmares little child, so if you ever need help or anyone to talk to... ask someone else, I'm busy burning these copies of COD." :

Re: Connecticut Town Planning a Video Game-burning rally

I've been playing video games for many years and not once have I put on a pair of overalls and stomped on turtles. People need to stop blaming video games and start blaming the people with their fucked up mental problems. Really, has anyone here actually stolen a helicopter, swapped an M4 for an RPG, stepped in certain directions, tapped their shoulders, and achieved infinite health?

Burning items whether it be books, game or even people never solved anything. They're just taking out their rage and ignorance on inanimate objects.
