I'm usually in bed by midnight, then can either be asleep within the hour or asleep at about 4 like last night.
My girlfriend can sleep as soon as she tries too, man that's something I wish I could do. We could go to bed at midnight, and she's asleep by 5 past and I'm there for 2 hours.
I don't say I have insomnia though. That's what the world is nowadays. People sit all day doing nothing and drinking coffee and sugary drinks and then when they can't sleep say it's insomnia. I worked from the age of 16-21 getting up before 6.30 every morning, so when that job finished after a couple of days I suffered terrible insomnia. I would say that in a week I managed about 10 hours sleep, it was the worst.
Now though, happy to report that when I was to sleep I can generally get 6 or so hours a night.
