Re: What time do you go to bed?

If I have to get up in the morning then usually around 23:30.

If I don't have to get up then whenever. I'm current on holidays so my sleep pattern is totally fucked, it's 4:45 right now and I'm yet to go to bed.

Re: What time do you go to bed?

Lately it's been around 3:30-4am. I don't know what it's like to fall asleep at a decent hour anymore.

Re: What time do you go to bed?

I generally have trouble sleeping. The fact i've had a hella stressful month and have a lot on my mind right now doesn't help matters.

Should have been in bed 2 hours ago. Ugh.

Re: What time do you go to bed?

Since I've been off work 3 weeks I'm not getting to sleep until 9/10am an sleeping in late.

When I'm back in work I'll be getting my usual time of 2am back. Get up at 6.40 for work.

Even if I only get 2/3 hours sleep, I'll be so tired during my working day but when I get home at night I'm wide awake and my pattern never improves an falling asleep at 2am or later again.

Thankfully I've discovered the magic use of sleeping tablets so I've improved a little bit, don't take them when I'm off work though.

Re: What time do you go to bed?

Around 1:30am when I have classes. I've had a month off and I don't start my last college semester till the 7th. Thus I've been going to bed a 3 or 4 am. I can nap during the day though, its too cold to go outside so I just spend my winter vacation wrapped up in bed, in my pj's.

Re: What time do you go to bed?

I am a freelance writer..... so my sleep is really fucked up.

I work when I get that flash of creativity flowing. Once that lightning strikes, I will work for hours and hours... but that sometimes happens for me between 12am-10am. On those days I'll usually go to bed around 10-11am and sleep until 3-4pm. But then I don't feel tired around midnight or so when I should be going to bed.... it's essentially a trap.

I should be correcting my sleep schedule as we speak while I am still off, yet here I sit.
