Depends. Some History lessons I get in school are boring as hell. My favorite subject is anything pre-historic or medieval, I love hearing stories about nomads and stuff like that, thus why I am a huge Man vs. Wild fan
Post XXI-XXVII century stuff doesn't attract me at all, especially the Lenine/Staline/Hitler mambo-jambo, ugh that was some fuckery.

It's interesting. Have more of a desire to study English/Science as far as "school topics" go. I take a dip in the pool of History every so often. Mostly when it deals with Ancient Rome and that era.

Loved that class. I was an unmotivated guy in high school (admittedly a mistake on my part. oh well.) but I always got a kick out of that class when I took it my Junior year.
I'd say I was more partial towards Biology as my overall favorite Science class.

easily my favouite subject. did a year long history class in year 12 and had the history director as my teacher. french/russian revolutions were done, i still have 3 folders full of information on all the stuff we did. great class.

Being from England, history is very Euro-centric in schools which turned me off European history. For me, generally French Revolution onwards for Europe, anything before that is boring. Middle east/Asian history is my favourite.

Math. My mortal enemy. As far having any interest in it. I could never find any appeal in it. Which was bad when you had a class on it. My ADD + lack of interest. It wasn't a good combo. Didn't have to expand past Geometry and I never did. Woo. Bare minimum.
I'd much rather stick with all other subjects in any capacity.

This is mostly why I made this thread,I watched this movie years back when I was a kid and didn't care about it but I just rewatched again recently and I fucking loved it.Man I love history especially the ancient world in places like India or Greece or Egypt.
