Never tried to meet anyone from forums, but to make it easier for it to happen there would probably need to be city/state/regional specific sections and threads where only posters from that area are encouraged to post.

Other Wrestling section has met once for the Noah UK show in 2008. Otherwise a few of us have seen each other at ROH shows but that was years ago when ROH was worth giving a shit about.
