it might have been a bit more old fashioned though, it was basically what he did to make ends meet when he went to night school

My moms dad was in a gang in Philly and he was shot dead before she turned five.

My paternal grandfather on the left, maternal on the right. Here they can be seen goofing around together at a family get together, they worked together as children's entertainers

Re: What did your Grandfather do for a living?

My mother's father worked in the coal mines, which was the thing to do in West Virginia.

My father's father was in the army and to my understanding, did a little boxing. Or it might have been the Marines, not sure.

Sad thing is my mother's father passed away before I was born. Fucked up story but he ended up having to get his leg amputated and it just to happened they cut off the wrong leg.

My father's father passed away while I was a baby so I have no recollection of meeting him. All I have is stories to go by. Actually, I don't have any grandparents left.

Re: What did your Grandfather do for a living?

My grandfather was a carpenter and he designed buildings that still stand today, hospitals and visitors centres. Not a day goes by that I dont miss him. He raised me.
