Yeah I've done this from time to time. Good stuff at times but the last thing you wanna do is get hooked on it. Is pretty much like smoking a large pack of cigarettes one after the other.

I own a hookah and it's a great. I enjoy doing smoke tricks and it's awesome to do with a bunch of friends when you have nothing better to do. I don't use tobacco, I use this herbal shisha stuff which has no nicotine in it so it's not as bad.
I like to put some weed into the bowl too - you get a great head rush.
But smoking shisha is not something I do everyday because the shisha itself is pricey.

I was a regular clove smoker until the ban, so every now and again I'll go for a strong pot of tea and some kind of spiced shisha with friends. It's good times, but I do feel a touch wheezy the morning after.

My girlfriend does it a few times a month. I usually join her.
It's alright.
After reading the health effects related to it, I'm going to stop. It's not that great, and not worth the health risks.
