Never heard if described as 'doing hookah', but I've smoked from one before yes. I think they are a pain in the ass to use, provide weak hits, and waste supply too much so unless someone else is packing it, I say fuck hookahs. But then again, I never did smoke tobacco outta one, but I'm not really interested in going out of my way to do so. If it was already going somewhere and had some flavored tobacco or something, I might give it a puff or two just for the hell of it.

That shit is like a pack of cigarettes in one session. I have, its called Shisja here or something arabic sounding like word. I just stick to spliffs nowaday.

I used to smoke that, sometimes it made me wanna throw up, and take a shit! and it's more harmful thant cigarettes!
But there are some shishas that have good taste, if it's made with the grape aroma or pineapple for example.
I remember, my friend and i, we used to go to a place where you can smoke shisha and watch some belly dancers dancing on some traditional arab music. Great atmosphere.

Theres a Palestinian and Lebanese restaurant just opened near my house where you can get a hookah for the tables outside, had a few puffs of it once, meh fine I guess, didnt really see the big deal. The food in that place is incredible though, try a Musahub with tabbouleh if you ever get a chance,yom.

Anyway I never tried it and I don't plan to, even though some of my friends claim it's not unhealthy as some people claim to be.
