Showing one's underwear/boxer doesn't phase me, they're essentially like a pair of shorts. This however is the first I've ever heard about 'genital outlines' which would be in poor taste, but I can't say I've ever seen it myself...or maybe I just don't spend a lot of time looking at dudes' crotches.

My understanding of 'indecent exposure' pretty much equates to nudity. But I am pretty liberal about such things.

I like the subliminal shot at "looking at dudes crotches", but you admitted that you're a liberal on such things, so your automatic personal retort gets dismissed as blatant ignorance. Don't worry, it's not your fault. Rather, I blame your lack of intellectual upbringing to conduct yourself without such sophomoric banter, but I digress. People "sag" with the much tighter boxer brief all the time.

Further, I don't know of any for-every day-wear shorts that have an unprotected "fly" that covers the genital area.
