yea also wear contacts. i want lasik surgery though.
Any side effects of that kind of surgery? I'm thinking I might have that in that future, but as much as I remember these kind of surgeries have a relatively short history therefore we do not know what happens to the patient after 15-20 years, maybe you go blind.
Has anyone of you ever tried those laser surgeries? I know few people whose vision got like 70% better, or stuff like that. It's expensive though...
Yeah they are expensive and from what I've heard not really worth it unless you get it done at a very young age. and even then you have to take of of your eyes pretty well otherwise you'll need glasses again within a few years anyway. If you get it done at an older age your eyes are naturally gonna deteriorate soon anyway thus making it worthless. Doesn't seem worth the money in my opinion but each to their own.
I've been prescribed glasses since I was 11 years old, but I didn't start wearing them until I was 13 and that was the time period when all I'd do was sit on the computer and play games all day, thus it worsened my eyesight. .
Sounds pretty much exactly like mean only difference being that I should have gone to the opticians at 12 but decided to when I was 13 after fucking up my eyes that little bit more.
