Nothing that can be done about it short of launching a ground war. And why in the name of anything would any European country or least of which the United States want to launch a ground war of Syria? Besides being allied with Russia and China, being the enemy of the Turks, and having no earthly idea who should or would be on the target list, you'd also likely start the third world war.

There really are two answers to this question, an easy one and a comlpex one, will go with the simple one considerign the audience on the forum.
