my homework,job and housework don't allow me have free time so much.So I just can listen to music,internet(only 30 minutes/a day) and play with my young brother.

A lot of the things listed here I'm doing when I'm not bored, as they are entertainment. If you're only listening to music when you're bored, you're doing it wrong.

Generally though, on those rare occasions I am bored (Such as Tuesday morning when me and my gf were both off work and it was pissing down, and I didn't want to stay in but had to or would have got drenched,) I spent the 10 minutes of boredom inventing songs where the only words were 'Bored' and 'bored', and then I went and found something to do.

Again, if you're actually bored, you're doing something wrong and/or lazy.
