Re: Innocence of Muslims
Tafsir and translation are different thing. Any one person can know what they mean in english, but not anyone knows what exactly the verses mean. When was it revealed? In what context? Do you know the 40 ahadith narrated by imam nawawi?
Redead, Muhammad wasn't killed by anybody.

Re: Innocence of Muslims
You don't know? Oh, that helps your credibility. Still, you didn't answer. Which tafsir did you read, if any?
Oh, you know the hadith? Who narrated it? I want you to tell me the entire hadith, and type it on here.

Sahih Bukhari / Volume 9, Book 84
Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"
And I my dear,Happen to be an atheist ex muslim.Do you think its ok to kill me?

Re: Innocence of Muslims
You just illustrated your blatant lack and unwillingess to understand the deen. Muhammad SAW ordered the killing of murtad because at the time, there were many munafiqeen amongst the muslims, where they were at war with the kuffar. Thus, the muslims were at risk at any time of being sabotaged and killed by these murtad. So, in self defense, our Prophet commanded the killing of murtad, however even so it is not permissible to do so without warning. There is a three day respite period.
Also, would you happen to know the ayat after Ayatul Kursi? Try not to look it up.

You think that justifies killing non muslim apostates? You have no right to kill people who leave islam let alone punish them.Thats why your cult is disgusting,Thats why people insult islam everyday. You want a religion of peace? Try Zoroastrianism.

Re: Innocence of Muslims
I would argue that if someone was threatening my family and was probably going to kill them, I would kill them before they got to me. If you feel differently, so be it. That particular hadith applied to that time period, not necessarily in circumstances where the muslim ummah was not in danger. You are hotheaded and eager to be ignorant, which is probably why you left Islam in the first place. You may have done the rituals, but I doubt you tried to live every aspect of your life as a Muslim. There is a lot more to Islam than you think, and there is much you don't know. Just because you know arabic doesn;t make you a knowledgeable Muslim.
Also, because you didn't know it, the ayah says "There is no compulsion in religion."
