im not even going to bother arguing with everything else you said there, go watch fox news and pretend to know the facts.
What is it about politics that brings out the absolute worst in people? There's no reason we can't discuss the divergent ideals behind both parties without all the venom.

Now, nobody call Dems Bleeding Heart Commie Bastards & please refrain from calling Republicans Bible Thumping Corporate Shills.

one difference; George Bush was popular/well known, romney is not

if obama loses, it's definitely down to luck

lmao you don't know me at all mate. I HIGHLY dislike fox news, cnn, msnbc and all those main stream assholes. I think a video interview with someone from the main stream media stating they will ignore ron paul is pretty obvious. But I guess it's just an illusion that it was said. Ron paul wants to give us our rights back that obama has been taking from us..he wants to give us back our constitution.

Here is the clip, I watched the full one through RT but to save you the time, here is a quick 2minute clip of that interview of chris wallace clearly saying "If ron paul wins iowa, it simply will not count." The video is, sadly through fox news, but it gets the point across that the main stream media does NOT want ron paul.

Why isn't Vernon Supreme on this poll?

I'm sick and damn tired of the Republicans just throwing out someone just because they want to beat Obama. Granted, I want Obama out of office as much as the next conservative, but not at the risk of the soul of the GOP and conservatives everywhere. When we go out of our way to bring a moderate up to represent conservatives, he loses.

I want a candidate who starts putting the needs of America and our protection above all else. I want someone that will make the hard decisions our economy needs right now, and that is to start seriously cutting out the fat and reduce our federal deficit. Then, I want that person to make the tough decisions about defending our borders, which includes the deportation of all illegal immigrants and secure our borders so that they stay out. Most importantly, I want someone who will not apologize for America and the good we do, and also want them to defend our nation at home and abroad.

Neither Obama nor Romney strike me as that person.

Democrats will win the next 21 years due to Bush psychologically and financially burying everyone. Look for a landslide (for today) Obama. 350-178

As a liberal, I respectively disagree but only with your beliefs. I think you argue respectfully though unlike the above two, you deserve credit for being informed. Thank you for representing your party with class.

We do both agree the country is a poor example of America though. Here's to the future!

Appreciate the respect, although truth be told I'm not a Republican really. I'm very conservative, probably lean a bit more libertarian.

I have no problem with compromise, etc...don't get me wrong. Problem is that compromises lately don't really solve the major problems our economy has, etc. Saving only $38 million on a nearly $6 trillion deficit? Might as well have done nothing. And one can compromise on things as long as they don't have to compromise their beliefs.
