Do you suffer from Migraines?
If you do, how bad does it make you feel and what's the longest ammount of time you've had one.
I will about 4-5 times a year, and when they hit they're awful.
The worst time I had it was when
First my vision went a bit fuzzy for about a minute or two, and then if I moved my eyes too far in one direction it would hurt.
Then a constant thumping in my head which gradually increased in the ammount of pain it pulsated with as the day went on.
I suffer really bad nausea but never any vomiting.
I really didn't feel like moving because the moment I did, it would pulsate violently for a while after I moved. Managed to sleep with a wet towel on my head and woke up with the migraine again the next morning until the next day, so two days.

Re: Do you suffer from Migraines?
I used to be on tablets on them for about two years but they didn't work, usually triggered by bright lights such as the Sun or when I used to play football and being a defender I had to header the ball far too often. They used to happen about once a month, now about once every two months. First you get a bad head, then you lose your vision, then your head feels like it's gonna' explode. It's best to try and get to sleep before it gets to part three because the only other way for them to go is to be sick about five to ten times over about a three hour period as it's almost impossible to get to sleep with a migrane. They can last about a day depending on how fast I can get to sleep and usually after waking up they're alot better.

Re: Do you suffer from Migraines?
I get them quite a few times a year, and have done since I was a kid. Awful pain, and I pretty much always throw up a few times. I just have to go to bed and make sure its as dark as possible and that I have some cold water. Usually takes me a full night to get rid of it.
I also get them when I eat eggs. When I was young I could eat eggs just fine, till one day I had one and got a migraine and was really sick. I didn't think it had anything to do with the egg, so a few weeks later I had another (different eggs from a different shop), and I was the exact same. Suck that I can't eat eggs now, cos I used to love eating them lol.

Re: Do you suffer from Migraines?
I used to get them at about the same rate you do. Mine were caused by high blood pressure that was the result of kidney problems.
The slightest bit of light or movement would just kill. Had one that was so bad I puked. Strangely enough, that made the migraine better. Kinda like how you suddenly feel 10X better when you vomit when drinking.

Re: Do you suffer from Migraines?
My wife suffers them pretty badly, she gets really bad nausea with them as well, sometimes has to vomit even. She takes one or two Advil Migraine pills and that usually takes care of the problem for her.
