Black Powder
I was talking to someone about energy drinks and he recommended this one, Its fairly expensive but apparantly its really good for pre-workout. I'm just wondering has anyone used it before, I've tried getting opinions on a few forums but no-one else has heard of it. Also does anyone know where I might be able to buy it in the UK, thanks.

Re: Black Powder
I always thought the term 'energy drink' was just another marketing label.
Sticking to water seems to be the best choice imo .

No, its real, believe me. Just pick one and drink it without much on your stomach, and if you don't get a pretty good kick, you are immune to caffeine.
Problem is that they are addictive. I hold myself to one per day in the mornings. If I don't drink one, I will get a headache (caffeine headache) around lunch and it won't go away until I drink one. I used to drink between 2 and 4 per day... that was way too much.
BTW, I also drink water... minimum 1 gal per day... if I didn't drink water, I can't imagine how bad the energy drinks would have hurt me over the years.

Re: Black Powder
Energy drink never really did anything for me. I'm not saying they don't work or anything, they just don't do much for me in particular.
I remember we used to pop those energy pills you can buy in the stores like yellow jackets or black beauty's... Once I took too many of those and I got sick with cold sweats lol. It was kinda scary.

the pills are alot more hardcore (and dangerous) than the drinks... if you took alot of them before, then energy drinks shouldn't have any effect on you.

Re: Black Powder
Yes I have tried Black Powder.
It's not an energy drink. It's a supplement, meaning you couldn't go to your local gas station and get it.
It did work very well, infact I just ordered some more the other day. It is a supplement that I would suggest you try.
You can get it at GNC or you can get it at Bodybuilding.com when your in the store page just type black powder on the search bar and it will bring you to a link for the item. It's only 27.99 on the bodybuilding.com site, so I think that's a pretty good deal since when I got Black Powder for the first time a couple months ago at GNC, I paid 50 bucks.
