What's your favourite?

I feel while you can't go wrong with chicken my personal favourite is duck. There's just something about it that makes my balls tingle (I should probably get that checked out, but after I finish this duck..) Pork is up there too especially bacon, can't beat a bacon sandwich.. also can't beat a good steak....ribeye........but but but... overall my favourite has to be Duck.

Also have you had anything that might be considered weird? I've had wild boar & crocodile before & both were nice.

Not picky at all when it comes to meat, but if I had to make like a top 5, it'd go something like this:

1. Rabbit (gamey, lean, incredibly tasty if roasted or fried; back when my grandfather used to go hunting with friends he'd sometimes kill a rabbit or two and we'd always get a fucking fantastic meal out of it)

2. Beef (Can't think of many things in this world I enjoy more than a thick-ass fucking steak just on the verge of rare, I don't cook red meat too often, but it's always the most satisfying meal I have in those two/three weeks time)

3. Chicken (From the legs to the gizzards, I'll maybe eat chicken like twice a week. Sometimes I don't feel like it because I'll be tired of chicken, but one thing I miss like hell are Sunday lunches at my grandma's house, and that's where ROOSTER comes into play; stronger taste, bit tougher than plain old regular chicken, but I fucking loved it. Haven't eaten it in years, since about my grandfather died in 2010, but it was amazing)

4. Lamb (Don't eat it much either because tbh I never cooked lamb, and I never eat it back home either because both my parents don't like it, but back in my town there's this little restaurant that serves some delicious roasted lamb and anytime we go there it's always what I get)

5. Pork (I mean... obviously)

This reminded me I oughta go down to the butcher's and buy me some quail or partridge. Haven't eaten that in years, either, and I fucking love it.

Edit: I honestly feel I'm really missing out on fried chicken the way you Americans make it. Never been to KFC because there aren't that many in my country to begin with and it just never happened, but for something genuine the way you guys have it in local joints in what I guess is pretty much all around the country there's just nothing of the sort here. Sad!

Beef. For me, nothing's better than a rare filet mignon.
