What would it be? It has to be raw food material so you cant choose bread or anything that includes multiple ingridients. Water is already included so you dont have to choose. For me I would choose
Oranges - Plenty of vitamin C, tastes good and you can make juice from it when your tired of eating it.
Broccoli - One of the richest vegetables and it tastes goos.
Potatoes - You can cook it in so many different ways so it wouldnt get old plus its very rich in nutrients.
Salmon - Plenty of healthy fats that you need, rich in protein and tasty.
Eggs - Tastes good ,healthy and just like potato can be cooked in different ways
