Back.

Stomach position does hurt my back a lot

The other gets uncomfortable after a few minutes.

Re: Which position do you sleep in?

I've never been able to fall asleep while laying on my back. Always have to be on my side.

Back 90% of the time

Side whenever I just feel the need for something different. I hate sleeping on the side though as it usually leads to drool on a pillow.

Re: Which position do you sleep in?

Side or stomach, my neck is ruined so I can't lie on my back without being in serious pain.

Re: Which position do you sleep in?

However I'm positioned. Sometimes I fall asleep standing up, which happened a month ago. Seriously.
