The campaign trails probably never got as rough as this.
President Barack Obama will trek through the Alaskan wilderness with survival expert Bear Grylls for a special edition of NBC’s “Running Wild with Bear Grylls,” it was announced Monday by NBC and producer Electus.
The episode, which will be taped and air later this year, is meant to call attention to the effects of climate change on that area.
Grylls recently shared a tweet from Obama that quoted from one of the Commander in Chief’s weekly addresses that said, “As long as I’m president, America will lead the world to meet the threat of climate change.”
Obama is too busy renaming Mount McKinley and trekking in Alaska to bother to call and offer condolences to the family of the Deputy Sheriff who was assassinated in Texas.
Doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in watching :shrug Anyways I thought the POTUS would have more important things to be doing with his time than this.
You know what's scary? Trump and his craziness actually sounds better than Obama and his placating to everyone. It's sad when a guy like Trump would prolly be a better President than Obama but then again if you look at Obama's past it wasn't hard to figure out he'd be George Bush III. In fact someone should do a stepbrothers parody movie with Bush Jr and Obama.
In the end I blame all of this nonsense on H. Ross Perot. If he had not pussied out of the election in 1992 (or got forced out depending on your views of the influence of Bilderberg and etc) things would definitely not be what they are today. Maybe we would have an entirely different mess, abut at least it would not be this particular sensationalist bullshit.
