Default Medicine for spacey feeling?

For 2 years now I had this spacey/foggy feeling and can't get rid of it I taken true focus pills and vitamin B12 and neither worked. Anyone know what do I take? I also can't go to a doctor yet cause of sorting out healthcare bs.

B12 is for energy production and carb metabolism, required for healthy red blood cells. I wouldn't think that would be a "take me and feel the surge of energy" nutrient.

Vitamin C (from Potassium Ascorbate) 36 mg 60%
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 12 mg 600%
Potassium (from Potassium Ascorbate) 12 mg <1%
L-Tyrosine (Free-Form) 800 mg †
L-Phenylalanine (Free-Form) 300 mg †
Taurine (Free-Form) 100 mg †
Grapeseed (Vitis vinifera) Extract (min. 90% Total Polyphenols) 80 mg †
Potassium Ascorbate 60mg †
DMAE (from Dimethylaminoethanol Bitartrate) 60 mg †
Ginkgo biloba (Leaf) Extract (min. 24% Ginkgoflavonglycosides & min. 6% Terpene Lactones) 40 mg †
CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10)

DMAE is in some ADD medicine. So that's a decent start, but 60 mg is probably not enough considering they recommend starting at 100 mg and working up to 400 mg if necessary.

B vitamins like Thiamine good help your mood. Choline really helps your nervous system, and DMAE stops the production or proper use of Choline. So taking Choline, DMAE, and then Thiamine could help. Phenylalanine (PEA) helps transport chemicals around your body. I've read people take DMAE, Thiamine, and PEA all together to get focus and alertness. I have no personal experience.

Also, check out 'Nirvana' supplement. GNC, amazon, possibly Bodybuilding.com has it. Supposed to be like non-prescription Adderal.

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ALL FROM MY OWN RESEARCH AND I ADMIT I COULD EASILY BE INCORRECT ABOUT SOMETHING. Don't just follow me because you too think cesaro_ROCKS.

Can you at least get your bloodwork done? It doesn't cost much. Otherwise, we'd just be throwing out random ideas when you could have anything from allergies to sleep deprivation to anemia to depression. It could be a blood sugar issue, a hormone issue, an electrolyte imbalance. It could be stress. It could be dehydration. It could be psychosomatic. Seriously, you won't get anywhere just by asking people to throw ideas when there is no way of knowing what the root cause is.

Well I'll try the answer above. And I did get my blood work done twice at home and my time during in Egypt came back normal.

This is gonna be a funny story the doctors were idiots over there they said that 1. it could be masterbating and 2. staying in front of the tv for a long time lmao dumb arabs.

Just exercise daily and maybe pick up some form of meditation.

Also, try and find a really healthy way of living where it comes to food intake etc.

Forget what you have learned and develop what works for you...FUCK doctors and popping pills. That's not the way to go.

Supplements can be super effective though saying that.

When I saw the title I thought you were telling us what medicine to take to give us a spacey feeling. :/
