Re: People who moan about the new facebook

The funny thing is that people moan about it get used to it then it changes again and its the same cycle the reason they keep on changing it is to keep it from getting stale but the only tweak it here and there otherwise if they change it too much it could suffer the same fate as Myspace

Re: People who moan about the new facebook

Apparently facebook made changes or something but I always just clip "skip" when all the pops up for what's new show up so I honestly have no clue what's different because I haven't noticed any differences myself.

Re: People who moan about the new facebook

I log on 1-2 times a day. Check my inbox and everything else, read a few statuses, and log off. I'm usually done in 5 minutes if I'm not conversing with anyone.

People take it way too seriously especially the younger generation. Facebook is life to the younger kids. To them, having hundreds of friends on Facebook and not seeing any of them in person for days is more important than having a tight knit group of 5-7 friends who you hang out with all the time.

It's sad really, but it's the age we live in when everyone 8 years old or older has a smartphone.

Sad.

I was trying to say that there are more important things in the real world to worry about than fucking 'stories' on facebook.
People can be pretty vehement/scathing on the interwebs. I don't know you, so I took what you said at face value. Move on.

And even if there are more important things, why can't people bitch about it? Yeah, everything is perspective. If your car breaks down and you get hit by a car on the same day, obviously one is worse than the other. It doesn't mean the other didn't suck though.

I have like ~160 friends on facebook, and that's too many IMO. A lot of them are people I only see a few times a year at conventions and the like though, so I keep them on facebook.

I guess it's just the new address book. Back in the day if you knew people you kept all their names, numbers and addresses/whatever in an address book. Now you just have facebook.

I like how you told me to 'move on' yet you continued to discuss it.

Where in the fuck did I say that people couldn't bitch about it? I don't give a shit if some joe blow wants to waste his time whining about a facebook change, I just prefer to worry about more important things in life myself than what some stupid social networking site changed.

I wasn't telling you to move on from the discussion itself, I was telling you to move on from the earlier confusion. Chill the fuck out.

Do I have to put a smiley face after everything I post?

My god, having people think I am not 'chilled out' is such old news.

NO U BRO

You remember the post before, where I said the confusion was about not knowing you or your posting style? I wasn't aware you cursed fifteen times a post. Usually curses are indicators of anger, displeasure or the like. Some people just curse like sailors though (most of them sailors).
