Re: Question to Vegatarians.

We're cool with killing plants because we can actually eat them. There's a valid purpose, nourishment.

Short of being a cannibal, the argument doesn't apply to killing babies.

Yep you're right it does cost more. I wasn't 100% clear admittedly.

I meant it doesn't cost too much, it just cuts into corporation's profits. They can still make a profit doing it the hard way, but they make less of a profit. They don't stop and think of the harm this profit causes in the long run.

I just can't bring myself to eating something that once had amongst other things, a heart, a brain, teeth and a digestive system.

What about like , shrimp? Is that even too far to vegans because I always wondered since shrimp seem more like a bug (even vegans step on bugs) right?

That's a pescatarian (someone that will only consume seafood but no other meat).

You're confusing vegans with vegetarians and pescatarians and you're also lumping vegans and vegetarians into true hugging, crazy animal lovers.

Vegans do not consume any animal products at all. A vegetarian can (if they want to) eat cheese or drink milk but they will not eat any type of meat.

No they are not like bugs. Being a vegan does not always equate to being an animal rights activist nor does it mean that you will not swat a fly or not step on an insect. Some decide to become vegan or vegetarian for health reasons, religious reasons, ethics or they just cannot stomach meat.

I don't understand why is caused debate, the question was just too stupid for me to take seriously that I wonder why anyone actually did.

Re: Question to Vegatarians.

Food storage of a plant is essentially the vegetarian meal but I suppose, plants die in the process too (although they shouldn't). As for babies, I've never eaten a baby and I don't know how it tastes but if it was legal and tasty, I'd probably try it (no joke). But I'm not a vegetarian either so I don't know.
