Day 1:
Back Squat (up to max 1, 2, 3 + back off sets)
Day 2:
Back Squat (up to max 5 + back off sets)
Day 3:
Front Squat (max)
Front Squat (max + volume)
Day 4:

That's what I did when I wasn't working this labor intensive job and was actually borderline strong. Now, it's more like 3-4 days a week. Sunday was typically my rest day where I would do some light squatting.


*Zero sex-drive crew*
*More interested in power tools than females crew*
*Buys power tools for single use then keeps them in garage unused for decades crew*
*Pretends to be a handyman at home, takes 8 years to insulate a wall crew*
*Doesn't like music, movies, or TV crew*
*After some self reflection, realizes that he really doesn't like anything crew*
