Alright, so I've finally got myself in the right frame of mind to actually give this bulking thing a go.

I've used up all the protein powder I had, and reading through this thread from the beginning, learnt that 'real' food is the best way to go. So, what does that include? If I went out to buy a fuck load of chicken breast, would that help the cause? Obviously I can't just eat chicken because thats crazy.
