Re: The Rated-R™ Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment; Untouchable
Before I post the first show I have a question for a few people. It seems that three people think my thread is "bad" since it has been given three 2 star ratings. I'd like to ask these people to send me a PM or even answer in here and tell me why exactly my thread is "bad." What's bad about it? I haven’t even posted a show yet? I'm all for improving and constructive criticism but just rating a thread "bad" doesn’t help me at all. So please, tell me what's bad about it and I'll try to fix it. Of course, I don’t know what your answer could be since I haven’t even done anything in it yet.
Anyways, here is the first show of the thread and if you think it's bad now, fine, but don’t label it as bad when I haven’t even done anything. Anyways, I'd like to apologise about the way I'm doing my shows but as I've said twice already, its easier on me, it helps me get my ideas out before I get bored and it wont be so much for the reader to read (If anyone reads it ).

Making an Impact
After the opening credits and such, the announcers begin talking about WWE’s acquisition of TNA wrestling. It isn’t long before the owner of WWE and now TNA, Vince McMahon comes to the ring. Vince is smiling ear to ear and walking even more powerfully then usual.
Once Vince gets settled into the ring, he begins talking about buying TNA. He says that tonight is the night, the night that TNA and WWE become one. Vince says that several weeks ago at Hell In A Cell, it was announced that WWE had purchased TNA and tonight is the night that TNA’s roster merges with WWE’s three brands. Vince continues to say that surprisingly, a lot of people have been asking him just why he bought TNA. He says that they weren’t competition, he didn’t need to buy them but he says that he did it because simply put, he could. Vince says that he saw an opportunity and he swept it up. Vince says that he likes to be in power and there is no power greater then being the undisputed king of the sports entertainment world.
Someone had heard enough of Vince’s gloating and that man, or men, was Kurt Angle and the Main Event Mafia. Kurt and his group of elite superstars made their way to the ring, looking extremely annoyed with being a part of WWE, something that TNA had been against since it’s beginning. Angle was the one to do the talking for the Mafia and he told Vince that he’s going to need a needle to deflate Vince’s ego. Angle continued to say that he and the Main Event Mafia don’t like being here, they don’t like it one bit. Angle decided it would be a good idea to fill in the crowd on just who the Main Event Mafia is. He told the crowd that they are a group consisting of some of the biggest superstars in professional wrestling history, all of them former world champions, all of them exceptional athletes. Angle continued to state that the Main Event Mafia is about four things, money, power, respect and gold. Kurt said that in TNA, he and the Main Event Mafia ran the show and it’s only a matter of time before they are running Monday night’s too.
Vince had heard enough and butted in, saying that Kurt might have “Run the show” down in TNA, but things are a little different here. Vince says that Kurt was a big fish in a little pond, nothing less, nothing more. Vince continues to say that this is where the big dogs play though and Kurt should know that by now. Kurt seemed to take offence to Vince saying he was a big fish in a little pond. Kurt says that Vince will learn soon enough that that isn’t the case and that when he says that Main Event Mafia will run the show, they will run the show. Vince, seemingly getting tired of this little game, asks Kurt just why he is out there. Kurt says that he is out there because he isn’t the only one that isn’t happy with being a part of WWE, he says that he isn’t happy, The Main Event Mafia isn’t happy and every single man and women that Vince brought in from TNA isn’t happy. Next, Kurt drops a bombshell on Vince, saying that is why, on behalf of the TNA Superstars, he is declaring war on WWE.
Kurt, with lightening fast reflexes shoots Vince to the ground and snaps in the Ankle Lock. Kurt grapevines around Vince’s right leg right away and roars with fury as he twists and torques Vince’s angle. Vince cries out in pain but there is nothing he can do to get the Olympic Gold Medalist off of him. The cavalry arrives as Chavo Guerrero, Evan Bourne, Chris Masters and Carlito sprint to the ring and try to save their boss but Steiner, Nash, Joe and Booker meet them at the pass and quickly dismantle them. Next, a crap load of security come threw the curtain and run to the ring but Steiner, Nash, Joe and Book get out of the ring and stand at the bottom of the ramp, waiting for them, not wanting them to get even close to Angle, who is still twisting Vince’s ankle, trying to snap it in two. Scott, Book, Kevin and Joe destroy the security members with ease. The big dogs come out next as John Cena, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, MVP and Mark Henry attempt to help their boss. After a quick scuffle, the five members of the Raw roster break threw the Main Event Mafia’s barricade and slide into the ring. Angle, realized that he was about to be attacked so he quickly rolled out of the ring, but the damage was done and the message was sent. Angle and the rest of the Main Event Mafia went threw the crowd before Cena, DX, MVP or Henry could do any more damage on them.
Finally, some members of the medical team got to the ring as Cena, DX, MVP and Henry yelled at The Main Event Mafia to get back in the ring and fight them but they weren’t stupid, they knew they did what they had to do and they knew that it was time to leave the ring. The announcers played up the fact that Vince’s ankle was probably snapped by Kurt as medical staff help him to the back.
Commercial Break
After we return from the break, we are shown a recap of what transpired before the commercials. The announcers play it up some more, stating that Vince has been taken to a local medical facility and they are hearing that Vince has a broken ankle.
Finally, we get to the first contest of the evening which is between the WWE Diva’s Champion, Melina and the women she defeated for the Butterfly belt, Jillian Hall in a non-title match. This is a typical diva’s match with a few botches and all around, not the most exciting action in the world. Jillian puts up a good effort, trying to defeat the champ and possibly earn herself a title match at a later date. Melina is too good though and after about seven minutes of in ring action, Melina scores the pinfall with a devastating Primal Scream.
The Diva’s action doesn’t stop there though. After the match has ended, Melina begins to celebrate on each turnbuckle, getting the crowd pumped up but some unfamiliar music begins to play. Melina stares curiously at the entrance ramp, waiting for whoever it is to come out and she is shocked when the behemoth, Awesome Kong erupts threw the curtain. Kong makes her way to the ring and Melina, not one to back down from a fight, stands he ground and waits for the gargantuan woman to enter the ring. Once Kong gets in the ring, Melina starts to throw some fists at her but Kong is just too strong and quickly gains the upper hand. Kong then delivers a huge Implant Buster to Melina and leaves her battered and broken in the ring.
We then go backstage to Mick Foley’s office. Foley is just getting into his office and is setting some personal pictures on his desk. Foley is mumbling to himself that this is a nice office. He goes over to his chair and runs his hand across the top of it and mutters to himself that this is a nice chair. Foley plops down into his seat and examines his desk. Someone enters the room and the camera turns to reveal, the new United States Champion, The Miz! Miz is standing there with the US Title over his shoulder and a cocky look on his face. The look of cockiness soon turns to a look of disgust. Miz yells out “What is that smell!?” Miz sniffs around the room for a second and then tells Mick that it must be his sweater. Miz asks Mick if he’s ever washed that thing and if he knows what a shower is, because it doesn’t look like he‘s ever used one. Mick looks kind of offended. Miz tells Mick that its time to get down to business though because at Hell In A Cell, he won the United States Championship and he proved to everyone that he is AWESOME! Miz soaks in his own awesomeness and doesn’t notice that big Super Mex, Hernandez has walked into the room. Mick asks Miz if he’s done because if he’s up to it, he can try to prove it again when he faces this man, Hernandez, one-on-one in a non-title match…tonight. Miz says “Really?” and then he looks over Hernandez. He asks Mick if he knows who he is, the united states champion. Miz says that he doesn’t even think Hernandez is legal. Hernandez slaps Miz across the face and walks away.
Commercial Break
When we return to Monday Night Raw, its time for the second bout of the night and it will be between the former US Champion, Kofi Kingston and one of the TNA acquisitions, Christopher Daniels. This match was mind blowing with fast paced action and crazy spots. There wasn’t a single down moment in this match between these two very athletic superstars. This match was designed to show the crowd just what Daniels was capable of and that’s exactly what it did. After about 10 minutes of total non-stop action ( ) Daniels picked up the victory after taking Kofi down with a devastating enzuguri and then getting the pinfall with the best moonsault ever. After the match, Chris actually got a few pops as he celebrated with the crowd.
Backstage, the former WWE Champion, John Cena is walking threw the hall when he is jumped from behind by now one, not two, not even three but actually five men, the Main Event Mafia to be more exact. They attack him from behind and put the boot to him. Cena cant defend himself, the odds are too great and all he can stand to do is cover up and hope its over soon. After several seconds, a few security members try to help Cena but the Main Event Mafia fight them off and continue the brutal mugging. They keep kicking him, over and over again and after a few seconds they let up, leaving him motionless on the ground. They walk away, looking pleased with what they did. Booker T is yelling at Cena “What now golden boy!? What Now!?” More security members show up to make sure that the Main Event Mafia doesn’t start the attack again. Some medical staff show up and start to check and make sure that Cena is ok.
The announcers state the fact that the Main Event Mafia is out of control, taking out John Cena and Vince McMahon on their first night alone. The announcers ask themselves just who can stop this group and then remind the audience that D-Generation X has a chance to take down two out of five of them tonight. The announcers then tell the audience that it is now time for the Miz versus Hernandez. They point out the fact that earlier tonight, The Miz disrespected Hernandez and although they don’t know much about Hernandez, he doesn’t look like the kind of man that you make a remark like that about.
During this match, The Miz did two things, he tried to stay away from the pissed of Super Mexican and he taunted him, trying to piss him off even more and force him to make a mistake. Hernandez on the other hand is viciously going after Miz, never letting up once he gets his hands on him. Hernandez puts on a display of pure power as he tosses Miz around the ring like a rag doll. Hernandez has mercy and finally decides to put Miz out of his misery as he drops him with a brutal Border Toss for the one, two, three. The announcers play up the fact that Hernandez just beat the United States Champion on his first night and that should put him up the ladder for a US Title shot later on. The announcers also play up the fact that the new additions to the roster, curiously of TNA have made huge Impacts here tonight.
We then go backstage to Mick Foley’s office again. Mick is sitting in his chair, spinning around and looking pretty bored. Mick’s entrance music starts to play from his cell phone, he has a call. Mick picks it up and says hello to Mister McMahon. Vince can be heard yelling at him threw the phone. Mick repeats what Mr. McMahon said, “Your sitting in a hospital bed?” and Vince can be heard screaming at him again. Mick pulls the phone away from his ear and mumbles “I feel like I’m on commentary again.” Mick then puts the phone back to his ear and tells Vince that he will definitely do something about the Main Event Mafia. Mick asks how Scott Steiner and Booker T versus Triple H and Shawn Michaels in the main event sounds. Vince isn’t screaming anymore and Mick asks him if he likes that. Vince starts screaming again though and the question of “What about the rest of them” can be heard. Mick tells Vince that he’s had a lot of experience dealing with the Main Event Mafia and he knows, that you cant just rush into a battle with them, you have to take your time. Mick say’s that he’ll take care of the rest of them in due time. Mick says goodbye to Vince and hangs up his phone. Mick breaths a loud sigh of relief as we go to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
When we come back from the commercial break, Voices by Rev Theory comes across the speakers and for the first time tonight, we see the WWE Champion, Randy Orton, along side his Legacy stable mates, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. The three of them slowly make their way to the ring. Once in the ring, Randy grabs a microphone and waits for the crowd to stop booing him. Randy says that at Hell In A Cell a few weeks ago, he and John Cena went threw hell and back but at the end of the night, he was still the WWE Champion, just like he said he would be. Randy says that time and time again, he proves that he is the best there is today and the WWE Title hanging over his shoulder proves. Randy continues to say that per the stipulations of the match, John Cena will not be receiving another WWE Title shot but Randy says that after everything that happened tonight, Cena probably has other things to worry about anyways. All of a sudden, the arena goes black and some music that the WWE universe has never heard before starts playing but a few people recognize the first sentence of the entrance…”Get ready to fly,” AJ Styles busts threw the curtain to a small ovation.
Styles makes his way to the ring high fiving fans along the way. Styles gets in the ring and grabs a mic. AJ cuts right to the point and says that he doesn’t think Randy is the best and AJ says that he doesn’t even think that Randy is THE Champion. AJ says that even though WWE took the TNA world title away from him, he still sees himself as the TNA World Champion and all the TNA fans around the world still see him as the TNA World Champion, belt or no belt. AJ continues to say that he never lost the TNA world title but Orton cuts him off before he can continue. Randy says that AJ was nothing more then a champion in a second rate promotion that no one had ever heard of before WWE bought them. Randy continues to say that the TNA World Title wasn’t a world title, it was a belt for misfits and castaways. AJ cuts Randy off though and informs Orton that he won the TNA World Title from Kurt Angle, someone who has beaten Randy on a few occasions back in the day.
Orton seems to take offence to that and rather then continuing with the petty insults, he asks AJ just why he’s out here anyways. AJ tells Randy that he wants to prove himself. He says that Randy was right about one thing, TNA wasn’t that big of a promotion and that is just another reason why he has to go all out every single night here on Monday Night Raw, to show everyone what he’s all about and to show everyone what TNA was all about. Randy takes a second to think and then tells AJ that he’s feeling generous tonight so he’ll give AJ a chance to prove himself, right here, right now against Cody Rhodes. AJ accepts and the match is underway.
AJ looked great in this match, cutting Cody off at every pass and getting in a lot of offence, really showing the crowd what he’s capable of. Cody didn’t get completed jobbed out though, he did get in a fair share of offence. On a few occasions though, Ted DiBiase got involved in the match. Randy on the other hand, just stood there and studied AJ, not bothering to get involved in the match. The finish came after nearly ten minutes when AJ planted Cody to the mat with a huge Styles Clash. After the match, Ted tried to get in AJ’s face but AJ slapped Teddy across his. Ted didn’t take too kindly to that and he smoked AJ in the face. AJ turned away from Ted and got caught with a big RKO. Randy, Ted and eventually Cody started to put the boot to AJ but AJ’s buddies from TNA, Christopher Daniels, Amazing Red and Hernandez ran to the ring and Legacy got out of there before things got out of hand.
Next up, we got backstage to D-Generation X’s locker room. Shawn and Hunter are getting ready for their main event match which is coming up next. MVP and Mark Henry come in and DX get to their feet as they are a little on edge. MVP tells them that it’s just them. MVP then tells them that they saw when the Main Event Mafia did to Cena earlier tonight and they cant let it happen to anyone else. Mark tells Shawn and Hunter that if things get a little bit crazy out there tonight, they’ve got their backs. Shawn and Hunter don’t say anything, but nothing needs to be said, they are grateful for the help. The four of them leave together and head towards the ring.
Commercial Break
When we come back from the break, the Main Event Mafia’s music hits and the five members of the elite group come threw the curtain. It’s only their first night there but after everything they did tonight, they get a fair amount of heat. Book and Scott are obviously dressed to compete but Angle, Kevin and Joe are not. Next up, DX’s music hits. Shawn and Hunter wasted no time getting to the fight as they sprinted to the ring, slid in and right away started to brawl with Scott and Book. Most of the match was just that, a brawl. Both teams looked pretty good in this match with neither team keeping the upper hand for too long. There was a period of the match though where Scott and Book isolated Triple H, cutting the ring in half and not allowing him to tag out but after about three minutes of working on him, he finally got a second wind, fought back and made the got tag to HBK, Shawn Michaels. Shawn lit the ring up, fighting both Scott and Book. Shawn put Book out of the ring and started to tune up the band, looking to hit the Sweet Chin Music on Scotty Steiner but once Shawn lifted his leg, Scott went down low and dropped Shawn with a low blow. The match was instantly awarded to DX but Scott and Book didn’t care.
The remaining three members of The Main Event Mafia got in the ring and attempted to beat down Shawn and Hunter but MVP and Henry intercepted them and a huge nine man brawl broke out inside the ring with Henry brawling with Nash, Angle fighting Hunter, Shawn going up against Joe and MVP getting attacked by both Booker and Scott Steiner. The show went off the air with this image of all hell breaking loose.
