Yeah, I shy away from the conspiratorial angles concerning the NBA, too, but occasionally it feels like the Association "plans a loss" for at team. Fifth game in eight days, a second game of a back-to-back after playing Utah at home in the Bay Area, and it seemed like Steve Kerr thought, "Okay, I'll go along with it." Boogie Cousins won't play back-to-backs with the Warriors, which makes sense, but Kerr kept the "old men" Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala off the table, they didn't fly up to Portland. Which is cool, but I think Kerr was more than sanguine about a loss to the Trailblazers. Then the team, especially sparked by the four All-Stars playing--particularly Draymond Green and Kevin Durant, who were playing terrifically for a long period of time--seemed to really want to take the "W" and Kerr let them go for it, since they'd have plenty of rest with the break.
