A 10/10 rating should be reserved for the classics (akin to five-star ratings for wrestling matches). None of those come close to a 10/10 rating.
10/10 ratings should be for albums like The Dark Side of the Moon, The White Album, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, etc.
