WWE News and Notes

RAW Rating
The last edition of Monday Night RAW pulled in a 4.2 rating which is a pretty good number. The highest rated segment on the show was the Main Event tag team match featuring D-Generation X which pulled in a 4.5 rating. Vince McMahon hopes to get the RAW rating up in between he 4.4 and 5.0 range on a consistent basis before Monday Night Football starts up again.

Megastar returning?
WWE has been in talks with Stone Cold Steve Austin about a possible return to the ring. Austin has stated that he is in the best shape of his career and that his neck feels fine. If Austin was to return he would return on a full-time basis. He wouldn’t wrestle every night but he would be used as a top tier superstar. McMahon is really high on the potential of a Austin-John Cena feud, which would see Cena make his long anticipated heel turn. McMahon has also stated that he wanted to bring back The Rock but that is looking far less likely, due to Rock's busy Hollywood schedule.

Note: SmackDown! Should be posted sometime tomorrow.

for the week of September 28th

Cash has harsh words for Pope Francis, his believers, and his bandwagon followers, while Mac still hates Russell Wilson.
