Default Re: Being the booker

Sunday Night Heat:

Todd Grisham and Marc Lloyd present the show, from the Fleet Centre, less than sixty minutes from Armageddon. Tonight’s Heat Main Event pit’s the Hurricane against A-Train.

Todd and Marc quickly run down the card, before talking in depth about the Ladder Match for the World Tag team Championships, with Haas and Benjamin challenging Cade and Jindrak.

We see a video package of Cade and Jindraks sixth month run as the tag team champions on Raw, having beaten TWGTT to take the belts ad Bad Blood.

We return after a commercial, with an interview with Victoria. She talks about breaking Trish’ pretty face into pieces, before taking the only thing worth a dime belonging to Trish … The Women’s Title.

Grisham and Lloyd quickly talk about Victoria’s weird interview, before moving on, and talking about Edges return to the ring tonight, as he faces RVD. The camera cuts to the parking lot, and we see Rey Mysterio arrive to a big pop from the growing amount of fans flocking into the arena.

A video package then plays, highlighting the lead up to the I.C Title match between the reigning champion, Mysterio and his challenger Carlito.

Following another commercial, a video package plays, building up the match between Randy Orton and Christian.

After the VP, our hosts discuss the bitter rivalry between John Cena and Shawn Michaels, which comes to a head tonight in a Last Man Standing Match. They make the point that all interference is barred this evening, with the match strictly between Michaels and Cena.

We cut to fans in the main area of the building, waiting to come in, giving their predictions for tonight’s Last Man Standing match, with the fans all backing the home state hero, John Cena to take back the WWE Title.

A video package plays, hyping Smackdowns Fully Loaded event in two weeks time from Dallas, Texas, before heading into a commercial.

As soon as the show returns, we move to the GM Office, with Ric Flair and Batista in deep conversation, although we don’t hear what they are talking about.

A video package plays, hyping the match between Flair and The Undertaker later tonight, before going back to our hosts in the arena.

Back in the arena, Grisham and Lloyd discuss Flair and Batistas involvement tonight, before running down the card one last time, as we go to the final commercial, before the main event.

A-Train defeats The Hurricane @ 6:34 with the Baldo Bomb

As the pre-show ends, a video package plays, hyping the World Championship Match main event.

PYRO

The camera spans around the arena, with fan signs for the home state hero, John Cena out numbering everything else in sight.

Jim Ross:
The Fleet Centre is on it’s feet, in anticipation for tonight’s main event, as the home state of John Cena has turned out in its numbers, to witness John Cena finally challenge Shawn Michaels in a one on one match for the World Championship.

The Coach:
Prepare to be disappointed Boston, because John Cena has become adept in the art of choking, and tonight, Shawn Michaels will finally get Cena out of his life for good.

Jim Ross:
Of course it’s Last Man Standing for the title tonight, but lets not forget, three other championship matches, including a ladder match for the World Tag Team Championships.

The Coach:
What a way for Raw to end it’s Pay Per Views this year J.R. So much at stake tonight in non title matches, featuring the likes of Randy Orton vs. Christian, Ric Flair vs. The Undertaker and Batista vs. Sting.

Jim Ross:
It’ll be a night to remember Coach. The end is isn’t here just yet, but for a lot of men, it is very near.

**I aint the lady to mess with** Victoria enters the arena to a fair amount of heat from the fans for this opening contest.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the WWE Women’s Championship!! Introducing first, the challenger, Victoria!!!

Jim Ross:
And we are kicking things off, by making history!!! For the first time ever, a women’s championship match kicks off a Pay Per View, and Coach, this one has a heck of a lot of history.

The Coach:
Well, the history between Victoria and Trish is well known, and if there was ever two women capable of opening up a Pay Per View event, it would be Trish Stratus and Victoria.

**Time to Rock and Roll** The champions music plays, with the Fleet Centre giving Stratus a terrific ovation.

Lillian Garcia:
And, her opponent, from Toronto, Canada, she is the WWE Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus!!!

Jim Ross:
And here comes Trish. In recent weeks Coach, Trish has found herself on the receiving end of some incredible offence from Victoria, but tonight, she has the chance to gain revenge, by retaining the women’s title.

The Coach:
Remember, Trish had to wait a full year to win the belt from Shaniqua, and I’m sure she has no intentions of losing it just yet.

Women’s Championship;

Trish Stratus vs. Victoria

The two women circle the ring, with neither taking their eyes off the other. They move in closer to tie up, but both then back away. Trish pulls on the ropes to stretch, while Victoria calmly bounces up and down. They then both quickly go in and tie up. Both women struggle in the centre, but then, Victoria uses her enormous power advantage, and shoves Stratus to the corner. The current champion immediately shakes it off, and gets back up, using the ropes, and right away ties up with Victoria again.

Again, they struggle for advantage, but Victoria’s power shines through again, and she shoves The Champion to the ground again, but this time, with even more power. Trish wipes her mouth, almost checking to see if she is cut at the mouth, but she isn’t. Vicky then poses at Trish, taunting the champion, and getting huge heat from the Boston crowd. Victoria doesn’t like the reaction, and pulls at her hair, before she tells the audience to “Shut up”, and then signals to Trish for her to get up.
Stratus slowly reaches her feet, and makes her way to the centre of the ring to tie up with Victoria again. This time, they struggle around the ring for supremacy, but neither getting the advantage. Victoria then backs Trish into the corner, and slowly breaks the tie up, then suddenly goes for a right hand, but Trish moves out of the way just in time, making Vics look stupid.
Victoria is furious, as the crowd laughs. She then roars, and runs at Trish, but Stratus hits an arm drag, then another as Victoria jumps up, and again for a third, then a fourth, and a fifth, with Victoria then rolling out of the ring in a fit of rage. This time its Trish who poses in the ring, lifting her head in the air, and she gets a huge pop, while this only angers Victoria more. She paces around the ringside area, and smacks her hands off the apron, letting off some steam, before starting to walk around the ringside area, trying to get her head clear, but Trish has had enough of waiting, and decides to go after Victoria.
Victoria doesn’t realise Trish coming after her, and Trish takes her by surprise with a right hand. Victoria comes back with a right, and the two begin to go punch for punch, but Victoria has the superior brawling skills and power advantage, and soon, she overpowers the slightly smaller woman, and soon knocks him down. She then rams Trish into the ring apron, then into the barrier, back first. She talks smack with some members in the front row, then approaches Stratus again, but Trish kicks her away, then comes back with right hands, and bounces the challengers head off the steps, then puts her back in the ring.
Immediately though, Victoria regains the advantage on The champion, and clubs the back of Trish, then goes for a whip, but Stratus counters, and hit’s a DDT on Victoria. Trish gets a cover, 1...2...Kick Out from Victoria. Trish then picks up the challenger and brings her over to the corner, and fires off right hands at Victoria, but once again, Vicky turns the tables, and drives a knee into the midsection of the champion, then a thunderous clothesline over the top rope, to the floor. Victoria is restrained for a moment by the referee, but Victoria pushes past him easily, then goes after the grounded champion. She kicks her around the ringside area, with Trish yelling out in pain.
Victoria drags the champion up by the hair, ripping a handful out, whilst laughing, and yells at Trish that she’ll ruin her pretty little face, before hitting a swinging neck breaker onto the hard floor. Victoria has a sadistic smile on her face, as Trish writhes in agony, clutching her neck. Victoria then rolls The champion back into the ring, and stomps on her head. She then picks up Trish, and hoists her up in the air, then delivers a Military Press Slam. She gets a cover on the fallen champion, 1.….2.….Trish kicks out!!! Victoria then drops an elbow on the back of Stratus, and covers again, 1...2...Kick Out.
Victoria then picks up his opponent again, and goes for the Military Press again, but Trish this time rolls through, and rolls up Victoria, 1...2...Kick Out from the challenger. The champion immediately shoots up, and runs at Victoria, but Victoria meets her with a sidewalk slam. She covers, 1.….2.….Kick Out again from Trish!! Victoria gets back up, and points at the fans, yelling something, before she hit’s a standing moonsault. Cover is made, 1...2...Trish kicks out once again. The challenger gets up, and lies in front of Stratus talking some smack talk at her, saying that she wont leave the ring on the power of her own pretty legs. She drops her leg across the throat of Trish, but declines to go for a cover, and instead, picks Trish up, and whips her off the ropes, into a dropkick. Vicky scrambles for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out.
Trish rolls a shoulder, keeping her in the match, and the title still at stake. The fans start to get behind the champion, which frustrates Victoria. The challenger, leans over the ropes, telling the fans to shut up, or she will mash Trish face even more than she needs to. By the time Victoria turns around, Trish is back up, and she blocks a shot from Victoria, coming back with one of her own, rocking the challenger. Victoria comes at Trish again, but Trish does her Matrix move, before hitting a whirlybird head scissors.
Victoria looks to be shaken up from the move, with Trish now starting to build some momentum. Stratus picks up her challenger, and whips Victoria off the ropes, and goes for the Chick Kick, only for Victoria to slide under, then trip the other leg of Trish. Victoria scrambles around, trying to apply an STF, but the champion manages to slide out, just in time. Trish gets up, bounces off the ropes, and runs at Victoria, but Vicky scores with a knee to the gut of Stratus. The Champion drops to one knee, clearly winded, as Victoria bounces off the ropes, and kicks Trish in the head, knocking her down. Vicky then picks her up, and hit’s a delayed vertical suplex, before floating over into a cover, 1...2...Kick Out from Trish.
The challenger pulls Trish up by the hair again, bad mouthing her, then hoists Stratus up in the corner, and drives her shoulder into the sternum, and again, and again, and once more. She watches, as Trish blows hard, trying to catch her breath, then whips Stratus to the opposite corner, but Trish stops herself from hitting, then comes back out, with a reverse elbow to Victoria. Trish then picks up Victoria, looking to capitalise but Victoria recovers too quickly, and puts the champion down again with a clothesline. She picks up the champion, then taunts the crowd, and hit’s a double arm suplex, before once again, she floats into a cover, 1...2...Kick Out from Stratus!!!
Victoria picks her opponent up again, and again drives her into the corner, and hits another four shoulder thrusts, then backs off, smiling, as Trish struggles to breathe and goes for one more, but Trish kicks her away and runs out, but right into a flapjack from Vicky!!! Stratus, despite her best of efforts, doesn’t seem to be able to muster any amount of offence on a focused Victoria at the minute, with the challenger, firmly in the drivers seat.
The challenger hit’s a splash, and hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out. Victoria punches the mat in frustration, yelling at Trish to stay down. She picks up Trish and whips her to the corner, then runs at her, but Trish leapfrogs her, and Victoria runs into the ring post, with Stratus following up immediately, getting a roll up on Victoria,
…

…KICK OUT..!!!!!!
Victoria bounces up, sprints at Trish, but misses with a clothesline, and Stratus gets an inside cradle, 1...2...Kick Out!! Victoria jumps up again, but this time, Trish gets a victory roll…
…
…..1.….

……………
…KICK OUT FROM VICTORIA!!!!…
Again, Trish was a nanosecond to winning there. The champion gets right back up, looking to stay in control, with a kick to Victoria’s gut, goes for a suplex, but the challenger elbows her away, and goes for a clothesline, but Trish ducks, and hits Victoria with a Spinebuster!!!
…..
…..1.….
………2.……..
…
…..
…..KICK OUT!!!…..
Both women are showing a tremendous will to win at this point, Trish grits her teeth, set to dig deep in order to prevail in this hard hitting encounter, as she pulls Victoria up, backing her into the ropes. Trish executes a chop, and a second, before getting the fans to cheer, by licking her hand, before striking the challenger with a third chop. Victoria staggers away, grabbing her chest, as Trish continues to keep the pressure on, whipping Victoria into the ropes, and looks for the Chick Kick again, only for Victoria to hold onto the ropes. Quickly, Victoria takes her chance, and clotheslines Trish to the mat, switching the momentum back again in her favour.
The challenger chokes Stratus, venting her frustration, and eventually releases the grip at the count of four, then chokes again, before she once again breaks at the count of four. Victoria stands on the torso of Trish, putting all of her body weight onto the champion, before stepping off, and walks to the turnbuckle, and climbs to the middle rope. Victoria looks to hit a first drop, or leg drop, but takes far too long, which allows Trish to nip back up, and run to the corner, hitting the stratusphere on the challenger!!!!!
Fleet Centre comes alive, as Trish hits one of her most renowned moves, and looks to switch the momentum once again into her favour. Trish crawls towards the fallen challenger, draping her arm over for the cover …

……KICK OUT……
!!!
Stratus runs her fingers through her hair, looking shell shocked that the challenger kicked out. Trish looks around, trying to feed off the energy from the fans, before pushing herself up, and back onto her feet. She watches as Victoria begs off into the corner, looking worse for wear right now, after the scintillating move moments ago. Trish shakes her head, looking ready to take out some aggression on the challenger, after weeks of feeling the wrath of Victoria. She walks to the corner with a purpose, but Victoria is quick to turn the tide once more, grabbing Trish by the belt, and yanking her into the turnbuckle, face first!!! Stratus staggers back out, holding her jaw, as Victoria gets back up, and hit’s a heel kick, knocking Trish down. Victoria has the title in her sights now, and motions that it’s time for the end. The challenger drags Trish up to her vertical base, and picks her up high in the air, looking for the Widows Peak, only for Stratus to show her tenacity, and struggle free, landing on her feet. Victoria turns around, and straight into the CHICK KICK!!!! Trish hooks the leg …

Winner: And Still WWE Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus @ 09:29

Trish is handed the championship belt, and she celebrates in the ring, looking relieved to have kept the title tonight. Victoria rolls out, and holds her face, looking fit to burst with rage. As she reaches the top of the ramp, Victoria turns back, and looks back to the ring, staring at Trish, before screaming, and storming to the back again.

A green screen then appears, with the writing “The following preview is to advertise the PPV event, WWE WrestleMania XXII. The event advertised is to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 26th 2006”…

***NOTE*** Originally, the part of Chavo Guerrero was to be played by Eddie Guerrero.

The video opens, in a busy, buzzing Casino, with a number of people on the fruit machines, roulette tables, poker tables, craps and more, before we cut to the Blackjack Table.

First, we see Carlito sat down, sweating profusely, with very little chips … next we see Rob Van Dam looking extremely angry, with very little chips too … then, we see CCC, wiping sweat from his brow, with no chips. He panics, and pulls his Rolex watch off, throwing it onto the table to bet with. Finally, the camera moves to Chavo Guerrero, who sits back, relaxing, with a HUGE stack of chips.

The dealer, Linda McMahon, deals out cards to each man again. Carlito shouts out for another card, which he is dealt. Carlito looks at it, and screws up his face.

He gets up, and grabs his apple, taking a bite, and spits it on the table.

Carlito:
I’m bust … again. Das not cool.

Carlito gives up, having no chips left, and leaves the table. RVD nods for another card, which he gets. He nods again, getting another card. Van Dam holds his hand up, signalling his sticks.

Now, we go back to CCC, who is dripping with sweat, and asks for another card, which he gets, and asks to stick.

Both men, and Linda now turn their attention to Chavo.

Linda McMahon:
You want another card??

Chavo looks up, with a little impish grin, before speaking.

Chavo Guerrero:
Nope, I got twenty one.

RVD kicks the table, whilst CCC bangs his head off it, losing everything he has.

Linda McMahon:
You must be a natural. That’s seventeen games in a row you’ve got a twenty one from the first two cards.

Chavo Guerrero:
Yeah, my family have studied this game for years.

RVD pushes the rest of his chips to the middle of the table for the next hand, whilst CCC throws a set of keys into the middle of the table.

John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield:
That’s my house keys. It’s all I’ve got left.

Linda raises her eyebrow, and deals out the cards again. RVD is first to respond, and he signals for another card … and another … then gets to his feet, picks up his glass, and throws it across the Casino.

The camera follows the glass … which sails across the casino, and smashes onto the stage, where Chris Jericho, and Fozzy are set to perform.

Chris Jericho:
HEY!!! We haven’t even started our performance yet!!! Judge us when we finish ass clown!!!

Back to the blackjack table, we see Bill Alfonso arrive on the scene, and tries to calm RVD, leading him away from the table, with Van Dam out of chips.

CCC again wipes his face, with his hair all out of place, fretting over losing everything.

John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield:
Hit me.

Linda deals CCC another card. CCC grins, and lets out a loud laugh.

John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield:
Ha ha. Try and beat that. TWENTY!!!

CCC lets out a sigh of relief, as Chavo smiles, and turns his cards over.

Chavo Guerrero:
Well, well, well. Look at that. Twenty One!!!

CCC’s face drops in shock. He slowly rises up from the table, and we see he isn’t wearing any trousers, and has no shoes. He walks away from the table, in a state of shock.

Chavo grabs a handful of chips, and throws them up in the air, celebrating all his winnings. He then straightens his jacket, and gets up from the table, grabbing a pair of shoes, trousers, the watch, and keys, (all CCCs) before walking towards the position where he can get his chips changed into money. He points to the table he was at, and asks for the cash. The man behind the desk then speaks.

Casino Clerk:
And your name please??

Chavo Guerrero:
My name?? Ummm… John … err … Smith.

Casino Clerk:
John Smith?? Your name is John Smith??

Chavo Guerrero:
That’s me, regular old John Smith.

A bunch of Raw and Smackdown stars then pass by (Booker T, Goldust, Hardcore Holly, Paul London, William Regal, Lance Storm, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) with each one passing by saying ‘Hey Chavo’

Guerrero stands still, frozen from fear as the clerk starts to look suspicious. Chavo tries to cover it up with a laugh, and backs up a little, with a small device falling down his trouser and onto the floor. A security guard notices, and quickly picks it up, recognizing the object right away.

Security Guard:
This guy has been counting cards. He’s been cheating!!!

The camera instantly switches across the casino, with CCC looking up.

John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield:
Cheating!!??

Camera cuts to Carlito, who spits his apple in defiance.

Camera cuts to RVD, who looks ready to blast out an expletive, before we cut back to Chavo.

Chavo Guerrero:
Uh oh.

CCC, RVD, Carlito, and a bunch of extras start to run across the casino, to chase Chavo. Chavo sees them coming, and he quickly pokes the security guard in the eye, before throwing CCCs shoes in their direction to try and slow them down.

He runs towards the front exit, and sees security blocking the door. His eyes widen, before he looks around, then we see a light bulb flash above his head, and he quickly clutches his chest, pretending to faint. CCC, RVD and Carlito all close in on him, but the security fall for his act, and stops CCC etc from getting at him, telling them to give him space.

Chavo sits up, and waves at the three men, before jumping up, and running out the exit, pointing at CCC’s limo driver to look behind him, which he does, allowing Chavo to yank the key out of his hand, and jump into the limo.

Chavo quickly starts the vehicle, and speeds off, stealing Carlitos limo, and getting away from the furious cheated other players.

The Wrestle Mania 22 logo flashes across the screen again, with the caption “Where Dreams Become Reality” flashing across the screen before we get the very last scene…

Chavo starts singing the old Los Guerreros theme song, as he drives off, singing and whistling, but what he doesn’t see, is that the fuel level is dangerously low, as the camera fades away, ending the video.

*****

Jim Ross:
I gotta admit Coach, the anticipation for Wrestle Mania twenty two, has been bigger than any previous Wrestle Mania that I can recall.

The Coach:
Well partner, The Coach is waiting for his call up to star in one of those previews, from Las Vegas. Sin City baby, and The Coaches second home. Wrestle Mania heading to Las Vegas is sure to be sweet.

Jim Ross:
March 26th. I’ll be there, for my second Mania in Las Vegas, of course my first was there too, and from what I believe, there will be a new preview video for Wrestle Mania next month at the Royal Rumble.

**Mac Militant** Theodore Long and Jazz walk out through the curtain, arms linked, as Long jives around, grinning from finally getting a PPV spot. He lets go of Jazz, as she points to the back, and out comes Mark Henry, leading out Rodney Mack and Orlando Jordan for the upcoming six man tag.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest is a six man tag match, scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, making their way to the ring, being accompanied by Theodore Long and Jazz, the team of Mark Henry, Orlando Jordan and Rodney Mack … The Brotherhood!!!

Jim Ross:
Theodore Long has assembled a group of very frustrated Raw superstars. Believe it or not, this group has actually been together for eighteen months, but up until recently, they’ve been overlooked, until the addition of The Worlds Strongest Man, Mark Henry.

The Coach:
And by, up until recently, I should be more specific, and say it’s since Ric Flair became General Manager of Raw. Mick Foley was plain and simply a racist. Ric Flair though, is about equal opportunities.

**Can You Dig It?? … SUCKA** Booker T & Goldust make their usual entrance to a generous pop from the fans. Neither man enters the ring, but both point to the ring, and share words with The Brotherhood, whilst they wait for their tag team partner.

Lillian Garcia:
And their opponents, first, weighing a combined weight of 512 pounds, the team of Booker T and Goldust.

Jim Ross:
Booker T and Goldust are perhaps the most unique tag team in WWE history, and tonight, they’ll need to rely on all their experience to keep Eugene from losing his cool, if they plan on taking a victory tonight.

The Coach:
Up until a few months ago, I’d agree about this team being the most unique, but nowadays, I’d say Smackdown has that dubious honour, with the AFA over on their show.

**Childs Play** Eugene enters, waving to the fans, pointing to his sticker with his name on it, before having trouble taking his jacket off, and throws it into the crowd. He points to the ring, and nods to his partners for this evening, before the trio storm the ring, forcing The Brotherhood to scarper out.

Jim Ross:
HERE COMES EUGENE!!!

The Coach:
This guys insane. Look at him!!

Tag Team Challenge:

Brotherhood vs. Booker T, Goldust & Eugene

Booker clams Eugene in the ring, and points him to the outside, knowing that he is a little over excited, which could cause a mistake to happen. Goldust takes off his robe, as The Brotherhood talk on the outside. Eventually, Eugene goes to his corner, along with Goldust, allowing Booker to start the match. Rodney Mack cautiously gets in, with Booker pointing at Mark Henry, signifying he wants a piece of the Worlds Strongest Man. Mack then shouts to Booker to concentrate on him, and not Henry. Booker T throws up both of his hands, as if to say, bring it on. Mack rubs his face, and nods at Theodore on the outside, then tries to take down Booker by the leg, but Booker moves away before he can. Rodney tries to take the former WCW champion by surprise, and runs at him, but Booker boots him in the gut, and sees a possible opening for the Book End, but Mack pushes Booker into the ropes, and goes for a kick of his own, but Booker catches the leg, spins Mack around, and knocks him down with a clothesline!!! He then drags Rodney to his teams corner, and tags Goldust in.

Goldy kicks Rodney in the corner, and begins to stomp the opponent, before dragging him up, and nailing a few right hand chops, then whips him into the ropes, taking him down with a reverse elbow. Goldust tries to quickly stomp him, but Mack spins out of the way. Rodney gets back up, and locks up with Goldust, and they struggle around the ring, but it’s The Golden One that eventually wins the battle, taking Mack down with a snap mare. He tries to lock in a sleeper, but Rodney fights free, runs into the ropes, but is met with a right hand from Goldy!!!
Goldust pulls Mack to the corner, and tags in Booker T again, who again, gets a tremendous ovation from the fans. The Book stomps Mack in the corner, before whipping Rodney off the ropes, and scoring with a side kick. He hooks the leg quickly, wasting no time, 1...2...Kick Out from Rodney. Mack sits up, trying to shake the cobwebs loose, but Booker T is firing on all cylinders, and drags Mack up, backing him into the corner, hitting half a dozen chops, all getting a WOOO from the on looking fans. Rodney Mack staggers out of the corner, holding his chest, before flopping to his knees, feeling the sting kick in.
Booker laughs, before tagging in an excited Eugene. Eugene, having enjoyed watching Booker, backs Mack into the corner, and opens up with a number of chops again, just like Booker moments ago, lighting up the chest of Rodney Mack once again. Mack, in desperation, rakes the eyes of Eugene to get away. He takes a moment to regain his composure, before backing Eugene into the corner, and pounds Eugene, but Eugene strikes back with more chops, which Mack stops, with a kick to the gut of Eugene. He whips Eugene off the ropes, but misses with a clothesline, and Eugene comes back off the opposite side, hitting a Triple H like high knee!!! Rodney rolls around the mat, whilst Eugene imitates the Triple H water pose.
After hearing the shouts from Booker, Eugene quickly hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Mack has yet to make a tag, with Booker, Goldust and Eugene dominating proceedings thus far. Eugene lays down beside Rodney, and hits three JYD head butts, before doing his dog act, and pretends to pee on Rodney. Eugene gets back up, jumping up and down, clapping his hands, at imitating one of his heroes, to a generous ovation from the fans.
Eugene pulls Mack closer to his corner, and tags in Goldust. Goldy takes a few seconds to think about what he is going to do to Mack, before stomping on the leg of his opponent. The Golden One drags him to the centre of the ring, and drops three consecutive elbows to the point of the knee, before trying to apply a leg lock, but as he turns, Rodney kicks him away with his free boot, and this time, does the smart thing, and tags in a team mate … Orlando Jordan.
OJ bounds into the ring, coming after Goldust, but is immediately knocked down by Goldy, with a booming clothesline. He tries to get the pinfall, … 1...2...Kick Out!!! He hooks the leg again, 1...2...Kick Out. He covers again, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Goldust drags Jordan up, but Orlando fights back at him, with shots to the ribs, forcing Goldust back. OJ bounces off the ropes, and comes at Goldy again, but Goldust meets him with a kick to the gut, sending Jordan down to one knee. Goldust quickly goes for one of Booker Ts moves, the Book End, but OJ frantically elbows free, then scores with a clothesline.
Jordan drags Goldy to his teams corner, and tags in Mark Henry. Henry gets in, and kicks Goldust in the corner, before whipping him to the opposition corner, where Booker makes a blind tag, which Henry doesn’t spot. He runs in at the corner, and splashes Goldust, before dragging him out, and goes for the pump handle slam, but Booker T takes him down with a side kick to the back of the head.
Henry is knocked down, and falls to the outside, with T in hot pursuit, coming after him. He follows out, and the referee quickly instructs the both teams members to stay in their corners. Booker charges Henry into the steel steps, before managing to pick him up slightly, and dropping him, chest first onto the barricade. Quickly, Booker rolls Mark back into the ring, and covers, 1...2...Kick Out. The 5 Time Champion has a wry smile, and drags Henry up to his vertical base. Booker bounces off the ropes, and runs at Mark, but Henry side steps him, and quickly tags in Rodney Mack, getting out of the ring, as quick as he can, whilst Booker T tags in Goldust.
Goldust and Mack collide in the centre of the ring, trading right hands, back and forth, until Goldust gives Rodney a slap across the face. Mack staggers back a little, whilst Goldy does his usual breathing thing, rubbing his hands on his chest, which freaks out Rodney, and allows Goldust to take control, teeing off right hands, before he whips Mack off the ropes, and hit’s a back body drop, sending Mack sprawling onto the mat. Goldust backs Rodney into the corner, and puts Macks legs onto the middle ropes, and now sets up for the Shattered Dreams on him, but from behind, Mark Henry scores with a hard clothesline to the back of the head, knocking Goldust down.
This sends Booker T into the ring, after seeing enough. The 5 Time Champion enters the ring, and tackles down Henry unloading right hands. Booker is sent out of the ring, as Goldust tags in Eugene, and Mack gets a tag to OJ. Jordan tries to go blow for blow with Eugene, but Eugene is too much for him, and pounds Jordan into the corner, then stomps a mudhole in him, walking it dry, ala Steve Austin, even giving a double bird salute to OJ. Eugene drags Jordan out, and delivers a suplex, following up with a cover, 1...2...Kick Out. Eugene hit’s a front slam on Jordan, then looks around, and starts to cup his ears, signalling for the Hulk Hogan leg drop. He bounces off the ropes, but Theodore Long hooks Eugenes leg, and trips him.
Goldust and Booker T are rightly angered, whilst Orlando crawls a little to his corner, and tags in Rodney Mack. Mack immediately picks Eugene up, but is caught with a chop, and a second, but Mack stops the momentum for Eugene, with a hard knee to the sternum of his opponent. He whips Eugene to the corner, and follows in with a corner splash, which has Eugene stagger out, allowing Mack to hit a pump handle slam. Cover, 1...2...Broken by Booker T. Booker is immediately admonished back to the apron, whilst Rodney takes advantage of the distraction, and chokes Eugene, whilst the referee’s back is turned.
As soon as the referee turns back around, Mack lets go, and pretends as if he’s being playing by the rules. He places Eugene’s head on the middle rope, then riles up the opposing team again, which plays right into his hands, with Goldust trying to get into the ring, but is stopped by the official. Mack once again, takes advantage of the distraction, and chokes Eugene in the ropes with his knee, until the referee turns around. Rodney then bounces off the ropes, and scores with a knee to the back of the head of Eugene. Mack drags the opponent back to his teams corner and tags in Mark Henry.
The Worlds Strongest Man enters, looking ready to unload some pent up aggression. He backs Eugene into the corner, and delivers a flurry of right hands, before whipping Eugene off the ropes, and hitting him with a boot to the face. Mark Henry pushes down on Eugene for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! He instantly drags Eugene back to his feet, and whips him off the ropes, to go for a clothesline, but Eugene ducks, and goes for a sunset flip, but Mark Henry kneels down, putting pressure on Eugene for a cover 1...2...Kick Out. Henry gets back up, and watches Eugene gasping for air, before tagging out to OJ.
Jordan enters the ring and almost with no trouble scoops Eugene up, and hit’s a big hip toss. He makes the cover, 1...2...Eugene kicks out. Orlando then lays into him with repeated right hands in the corner, trash talking along the way. OJ drags an injured Eugene back up, and hit’s a backbreaker, quickly getting a cover, 1...2...Eugene kicks out again!!! Orlando stays in control of his anger, bringing Eugene back up to his vertical base, and whips him off the ropes hitting a dropkick. Again, he covers, 1...2...Kick Out again from Eugene.
On the outside, Long and Jazz pound the apron, telling OJ to finish Eugene off now. Jordan picks Eugene up, and gets him in position for a modified neck breaker, but Eugene fights out, punching himself free, and running off the ropes, only for Orlando to catch him as he comes back with a big right hand, showing his former boxing credentials. OJ jives around the ring, waiting for Eugene to get back up, but as he does, Orlando realises that Eugene is in the zone, almost hulking up.
Eugene makes faces, showing his metamorphosis. Jordan looks a little worried by the whole thing, and tries to box Eugene, but Eugene no sells the punches, eventually doing the Hulk Hogan taunt, pointing into the face of Orlando, who takes a few steps back. He throws another shot, but is blocked by Eugene, who fires back, and sends Orlando down. OJ gets back up, but gets knocked down with a clothesline from Eugene, who continues to run off the ropes, as OJ struggles back up. He gets up, and Eugene knocks him down once again, before getting on his knees, and doing a bad attempt at the spin - a - roonie.
Both men make a tag at the same time, Jordan reaching out, and tagging Rodney Mack and Eugene reaches out to receive a tag from The Book. Booker T and Rodney sprint to the centre of the ring and go blow for blow, Mack gets the early advantage and backs Booker into the ropes, then hit’s a few shots to the mouth, but after three, Booker ducks, bounces off the ropes and hit’s a clothesline to his opponent. He then whips him off the ropes, but Mack reverses and hit’s a drop toe hold on Book, as he comes back. Mack gets Booker T back up, and hit’s a gut wrench suplex, immediately going for the cover, 1...2...Kick Out.
Rodney stays on top, pounding at Booker, before dragging him to his feet, and goes for another whip, only for Booker to turn him inside out, and gets into position for the Book End … AND HITS IT!!! The Book hooks the leg …

Booker T is livid, and comes after Orlando, chasing him out of the ring. This brings Goldust and Eugene into the action too, with them beginning to fight with Mark Henry on the outside, with him going after Booker too. Theodore and Jazz try to will their men on, but the faces are on top, despite the Brotherhood having the bigger man.
Rodney Mack and Booker T get back inside the ring, whilst the brawl continues outside. Booker catches Mack off the ropes with a spine buster, but as he covers, Teddy Long distracts the referee. Booker gets back up, and walks to the ropes, grabbing Teddy by the jacket, and looks to punch him, but Rodney Mack runs up behind, and rolls Booker T up, holding the tights …

Long and Jazz are livid, as is Rodney Mack. He backs Booker into the ropes, and whips him off, then as Booker comes back, Rodney goes for a clothesline, only for Booker T to duck, and he baseball slides Theodore and Jazz, knocking them both down!!! Rodney Mack runs at Booker, but gets caught with a kick to the gut, which winds him. Booker then does the spin -a- roonie, before running off the ropes, and hitting the Scissors Kick!!! He hooks the leg for the certain victory …

………MARK HENRY BREAKS THE COUNT WITH A SPLASH………
!!!!!!!
Mark Henry drags Booker T back up, and backs him into the corner, relentlessly unloading right hands. The referee gives him a count of five to get out of the ring, but the Worlds Strongest Man ignores the referee, which gives him no other choice, but to call for a DQ.

Winners: Via DQ - Booker T, Goldust and Eugene @ 11:34

Henry squats the referee away like a fly, before picking Booker T up, and delivering the devastating Worlds Strongest Slam. Eugene slides into the ring, but before he can even get up, Henry drops his leg across the neck. On the outside, Jazz jumps on Goldusts back, and chokes him, whilst OJ goes to work on the body, with a number of straight right hands, eventually putting Goldy onto his knees.

Theodore Long gathers his troops, whistling for them to leave the ring, having made their point, with Booker grabbing his back, and Eugene holding his neck, whilst Goldust tries to regain his breath. The Brotherhood gather at the bottom of the ramp, and hold all their arms up, linking together, having lost the match, but won the war.

Backstage, we see the arrival of the #1 Contender, John Cena to a major response from his home state fans. We see Cena carrying his custom belt, looking focused, and ready for tonight’s Last Man Standing match.

We cut to Edge, who walks down the hallway, ready for his big return to the ring, in a few moments, as Todd Grisham catches up with him…

Todd Grisham:
Edge, you are moments away from making your return to the ring, against Mr. Monday Night, Rob Van Dam. How are you feeling, heading into such a crucial match in your career??

Edge:
How am I feeling?? I’m feeling like justice is finally being done. I’ve had to watch from the sidelines, with a knee injury for the last three months. Before that, I had to watch as others got their shot. Todd, my shot begins tonight. Rob Van Dam can call himself all the names under the earth, he can be the Whole Damn Show, he can be Mr. Monday Night all he wants, because Sunday night belongs to me. And I’ve got RVDs new nickname ready and waiting for him … tonight, he’s known as Rob Van Dam … EDGES BITCH!!!

Edge storms off, slapping his face, and jogging down the hall.

Jim Ross:
Well, we are moments away from seeing Edge tackle Rob Van Dam, but folks, despite this match only coming together this past week on Raw, both men, have a heck of a story, as to how they got to Armageddon tonight.

The Coach:
That’s an understatement J.R. These two men could write a book each, on this year alone.

Edge vs. Rob Van Dam Video Package:

- RVD’s ‘extreme’ turn in the summer, with four letter out bursts on national television, all due to Bill Alfonso

- Edges hard luck summer, where he claimed to being screwed out of title shots, and claimed he was being overlooked.
- RVD gets a three week suspension in late August due to his uncontrollable behaviour.
- Edge suffers an injury on Raw on September 12th in a #1 Contenders Match.
- RVD announces that if he isn’t allowed to say what he wants on national television, he wont say anything at all, and remains quiet for nearly eight weeks, not muttering even one word, in defiance.
- Edges road to recovery from injury.
- The two men collide last week on Raw with Edges big return, when he manages to get RVD to break his silence, before both men agree to meet at Armageddon…

**Metalingus** Edge enters the arena to an extremely mixed reaction, leaning more on boo’s. He tries to pump up the crowd to no avail, before sprinting to the ring. He goes to each turnbuckle, and points to the fans, trying to get some sort of cheer.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring, from Toronto, Ontario, weighing 251 pounds, EDGE!!!!

Jim Ross:
He has been out for the last three months with a knee injury, but after a confrontation on Raw this past Monday, Edge finds himself back into the deep end, with a major Pay Per View match this evening.

The Coach:
Edge is the man who finally got RVD to utter some words this past Monday in the UK, but tonight, can Edge shut up the offence of RVD???

**ONE OF A KIND** Rob Van Dam enters the arena to a positively mixed reaction from the fans, but there is a slight edge with the boo’s here too, similar to Edge. He is accompanied by the whistle blowing Bill Alfonso as always, who blows the whistle whilst passing fans.

Lillian Garcia:
And his opponent, being accompanied by Bill Alfonso, from Battle Creek Michigan, weighing 235 pounds, Rob Van Dam!!!

Jim Ross:
RVD is a man on the edge, no pun intended. He has been through a whole set of emotions in recent months, but tonight, he has a chance to get back on track, and shoot back up the ranks on Raw.

The Coach:
Love him or hate him, RVD is a top class performer, and I expect a five star performance from Van Dam tonight.

Challenge Match:

Edge vs. Rob Van Dam

Edge and Van Dam fix each others eyes on each other, before quickly walking across the ring, and tie up. The two men struggle around the ring, showing some tenacity in the lock up, before wrestling into the corner, where the referee steps in, and has to force a break. The two men break up, and look at each other, before taking a couple of steps back, and begin to walk around the ring, before going into another lock up.

Once again, they struggle around the ring, with neither getting a clear advantage on the other. RVD tries to go behind, but Edge breaks the tie up before he can, and shoves RVD. Van Dam quickly looks to hit back, and goes for a spin kick, but Edge ducks. As Edge ducks under, he turns back around, and RVD again goes for a kick, but this time, Edge slides under, just missing Van Dams boot this time. Edge gets up, and bounces off the ropes, but RVD goes for a dropkick, only for Edge to squat him away.
Edge tries to drop an elbow, but RVD spins out, and grabs the ropes. Edge runs his fingers through his hair quickly, and looks a little frustrated that RVD went to the ropes. Van Dam talks briefly with Bill Alfonso, before getting back up, and looking across at Edge, who quickly comes across the ring, and ties up with RVD once again. Immediately, Edge applies a headlock, but RVD counters, dropping down, and scooping Edge for a roll up, 1...2...Kick Out.
Edge rolls out, and quickly back up, with Van Dam meeting him, into another lock up, with the two men jockeying for position once more. RVD is the first to move this time, promptly applying a hammerlock. Now, it is Edge who is quick to counter, and hit’s a snap mare on Van Dam. Again, RVD spins away before Edge can capitalise. Van Dam reaches his feet, and takes a moment to regain his composure, whilst Edge does the same, not taking his eyes off of RVD.
Van Dam moves to the centre, with Edge following in. They look set to tie up again, but RVD pulls away, and gets under Edges skin, doing his R-V-D thumb salute. The fans give a mixed reaction, but Edge responds to the cocky thumb taunt, with a huge slap across the face of his opponent!!! RVD takes a step back, holding his face from the stinging slap, and comes back, throwing a right hand at Edge.
Now, both men start to tear into each other, with right hands flying around, connecting on each other. The referee tries to move in to separate them, but cant, with both men’s fists flying back and forth. Edge eventually gets the best of the fight, and backs RVD into the corner, before repeatedly ramming his shoulder into the mid section of Rob Van Dam. Edge then whips RVD to the opposite corner, running in after him, but Van Dam grabs the ropes, and hoists himself up in the corner, with Edge hitting the turnbuckle, as Van Dam somersaults out of the corner. He then runs at Edge, and goes for a Monkey Flip, but before he can hit it, Edge flips RVD up, and drives him down onto the canvas with a POWER BOMB!!!!! Edge hooks the leg…

RVD sits up, coughing from being winded by the power bomb. Edge is back up, and crouches down in the corner, motioning with his hand for Van Dam to get up, with Edge looking to hit the Spear. Van Dam struggles up, as Bill Alfonso blows his whistle furiously on the outside, trying to warn RVD about the upcoming Spear from Edge. Van Dam rises to his feet, and turns around, with his opponent bounding towards him, looking for the Spear, but RVD leapfrogs Edge!!!! Edge nearly hit’s the opposite corner, but stops himself just in time, then quickly turns back around, with Van Dam looking to hit a kick, but Edge catches the foot, spins RVD around, and clobbers RVD with a clothesline, knocking him to the canvas!!!
Edge unloads his pent up frustration on Van Dam, dropping to his knees, and furiously opening with some right hands on RVD, before being pulled away by the official, and told to watch his punches, indicting Edge was using a closed fist on RVD. Edge brushes past the ref, and begins to strike Van Dam with a number of stiff kicks to the face and chest, then stomps the head, before taking a moment to look at the fans, who aren’t showing a great deal of love for the supposed crowd favourite.
He ignores the lukewarm response, and drags RVD back to his feet, whipping him off the ropes, and knocking RVD down with a clothesline. He hooks the leg for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out. Edge looks to be getting a little agitated by the way things are going so far, and brings Van Dam back up, pushing him into the ropes, before whipping him off, into the ropes, but as he ducks down, Van Dam rolls off his back, comes off the ropes, and dropkicks Edge’s back, sending his opponent out of the ring!!! Van Dam gathers some momentum, and watches as Edge gets up, before sprinting across the ring, and hitting a slingshot hilo onto Edge!!! The fans erupt, with Van Dam taking a high risk, to take down Edge. Both men suffer the consequences, with both on the floor, and the referee beginning a ten count…

…Edge shoves Alfonso, and gets back into the ring, but RVD gets to him as soon as he re-enters, hitting a leg drop, across the bad neck of Edge…
RVD is now in control, and he drags Edge up to his feet, throwing some right and left hands, before whipping Edge off the ropes, and knocking him down with a spinning heel kick, and follows in, hooking the leg, 1...2...Kick Out. Edge rolls his shoulder up, just in time. Van Dam gets up, dragging Edge with him. RVD scoops Edge up, and puts him back down, hitting a simple slam. He takes a look around, and runs off the ropes, hitting Rolling Thunder!!! Van Dam hooks the leg once more, 1...2...Kick Out.
Van Dam doesn’t relent, and keeps on top of Edge, dragging him up once more, and backing him into the corner. RVD lets his fists fly, before striking with mid region kicks, bounces back, runs at Edge, and this time, second time around, is successful hitting a Monkey Flip. Edge bounces up, and grasps his back, whilst his adversary bounces off the ropes again, and hit’s a dropkick to the back of the head. He presses Edges shoulders down for another cover, 1...2...Kick Out from Edge again.
RVD doesn’t seem to be too concerned with Edges refusal to stay down, and instead remains focused on his goal, of beating Edge. RVD stomps the face of his downed opponent, before dragging Edge to his feet, and hooking him into position for a suplex, but Edge punches himself out of trouble, and looks to run off the ropes, but RVD stops him, illegal pulling the hair, which drags Edge back to the canvas. The official warns RVD for the hair pulling, with RVD holding his hands up in innocence. He then goes for a corkscrew leg drop on Edge, but just in time, Edge rolls out of the way, leaving Van Dam to hit the canvas.
Edge gets back up, and kicks the face of RVD, who is seated on the mat, still feeling the pain from the leg drop he attempted moments ago. Edge pulls RVD up, and whips him off the ropes, goes for a clothesline, but RVD ducks, he comes back, and Edge goes for another clothesline, only for RVD to duck again, before coming off the opposite side again, and flying through the air, hitting a lariat, knocking Edge down. Edge tries to shake the cobwebs loose, and immediately wants to get back up, but RVD sees him, and jumps to the top rope, waiting for Edge to get up, and as he does, Edge turns around, with RVD flying off the top rope with a kick to the chest of Edge!!!! Van Dam follows up, hooking the leg …

RVD looks up, holding three fingers up at the referee, who shakes his head, pointing out two to RVD. Van Dam cant believe it, and argues with the official that he isn’t counting quick enough. He hooks both legs, looking to see if that can make a difference, 1...2.- Edge rolls his shoulder up. Rob gets back up, and looks to Bill Alfonso on the outside, who points at his knee, as if to tell Van Dam to take advantage of Edges knee injury he just overcame. RVD nods in agreement, and immediately targets Edges recently recovered joint, putting the boots in on the body part.
Edge shows the agony, as RVD quickly grabs the knee, and looks to drive his elbow down on it, only for Edge to manage to move out of the way. RVD drops his elbow, but straight onto the canvas, with Edge having just moved out of the way. Van Dam shakes off his elbow pain, and drops onto Edge, which stops him from going anywhere. RVD drags Edge back to the centre of the ring again, and once more, looks to go to work on the knee, but this time, Edge kicks RVD away, with Edge being desperate to avoid any injury on his recently recovered knee, after a three month lay off.
RVD though, is relentless in his pursuit to damage the knee, and he comes after it again, but Edge moves out of the way, into the corner, and back up to a vertical base. RVD now keeps his distance, and bounces up and down on the opposite side of the ring, keeping himself on his toes. Edge shakes his leg loose, with RVD nearly causing a great deal of concern for him. Both men tentatively circle the ring, not looking to fall for any traps. They near each other, and RVD tries to take a swipe at the knee, but Edge jumps out of the way of Van Dams kick, just managing to miss it. RVD continues to look for an opening on the knee, and tries to kick at it again, but Edge is wise to it, and moves away from it, then tries to take RVD by surprise, and comes at him, but Van Dam side steps him, and Edge runs off the ropes, but holds onto them, as RVD does the splits onto the canvas, waiting for Edge to come back. Edge takes the opportunity, and lets go, before baseball sliding RVD into the chest.
RVD holds his chest, and rolls along the mat, in pain, as Edge gets back up to his feet. Van Dam reaches his feet, but Edge is quick to get on him, and hit’s a half nelson sit out face buster!!! Edge turns RVD over, and hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Edge looks frustrated from not being able to get the victory on that occasion, whilst Bill Alfonso on the outside looks to be relieved, after a worrying moment there. Edge applies a front face lock, looking to wear down RVD now, but the fans are less than generous with the move, as Edge appears to be slowing the pace of the match down. This seems to bother Edge, who looks to be reaching the end of his tether at this point in time, and actually lets go of the front face lock, to a few cheers from the fans.
Edge yells at Van Dam to get up, and stands over him, slapping the back of Mr. Monday Nights head. RVD starts to get up, and holds onto Edges tights to do so, with Edge looking comfortable in control. Edge though, takes Van Dam too lightly, and as a result, RVD is able to take Edge by surprise, and cradles him, 1...2...KICK OUT!!! Edge bounces up, just about kicking out in time. RVD gets back up, and runs towards Edge, but Edge scores with a clothesline, knocking his opponent right back down. He immediately hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out again from Van Dam!!!
The fans begin to get behind RVD, despite him being a heel, with a ‘R-V-D’ chant ringing through the Fleet Centre. Edge cant hide his disappointment in the fans reaction, as he backs RVD into the corner. Edge goes for a chop, but RVD grabs the hand, and punches Edge away, before going for a clothesline, but Edge ducks, and he turns around, grabbing RVD from behind, and hit’s the Buzz Killer!!! He hooks the far leg …

Edge is getting increasingly frustrated, and decides to try and end the match once and for all now, dragging a fairly weakened RVD to his feet, and gets RVD in position, looking for the Edgecution, but RVD drops to his knees, breaking the grip, and he rolls out of the ring. Van Dam waves the match off, and looks to leave, but Bill Alfonso runs around, and stops him from going. Alfonso tries to reason with Van Dam to stay and fight the match, but RVD doesn’t look to interested in doing so. The two men talk on the outside, getting counted out, but in the ring, Edge climbs to the top rope, not interested in winning via count out in his return to the ring. He waits, and waits, until RVD turns around, and Edge now flies through the air, hitting a cross body onto Van Dam, knocking down Bill too!!! He has the leg hooked, 1...2...Kick Out from Edge!!!
The pace picks up again, with RVD now back to his feet, and in full control, pushing Edge into the corner, and throwing three punches, before Edge comes back, with a couple of right hands himself. RVD takes a few steps back, and this allows Edge to come at him, but Van Dam catches the foot, and steps over, hitting a heel kick, knocking Edge down again. This time though, RVD doesn’t go for a pin, and instead jumps to the top rope, nailing a split legged moonsault!!! He has the cover …

Van Dam is in disbelief. RVD shakes his head as he gets back to his feet, thinking of what else he can do to end this match. Van Dam looks to be in favour of a second attempt at the split legged moonsault, as Edge has yet to move, but as he jumps, we realise Edge was playing possum, and he kicks the ropes, forcing RVD to straddle the turnbuckle!!! Edge quickly takes advantage, and places Van Dam onto his shoulders, before walking backwards a little, and executes the electric chair!!! He rolls over, into a cover, 1...2...RVD KICKS OUT!!!
Edge pulls at his hair again, anxious to end the match. He doesn’t allow RVD any time to recover, and picks him back up, looking to whip RVD off the ropes, but instead, RVD reverses, and whips Edge into the ropes. Edge comes back, and gets met with a kick to the gut. RVD goes for a DDT, but Edge reverses this, sends Van Dam into the corner, and goes for the Edgecution again, but once more, this is blocked by RVD. Van Dam punches free, and runs off the ropes, but as he comes back, EDGE HIT’S THE SPEAR!!!! The impact nearly sends RVD out of the ring, but Edge immediately wastes no time, and hooks the leg …

Edge eventually stops, and gets up, to hear another less than positive reaction from the on looking fans. He shrugs it off, and pulls on RVDs hair, bringing him to his feet. Edge gets Van Dam up for a suplex, but instead of hitting it, he sets RVD onto the top rope.
Edge now climbs the ropes, and sets RVD up for the superplex, but Van Dam, realising the impact of the move, blocks it, and starts to try and punch Edge away from him. Edge lets go, and RVD pushes him from the top rope, to the mat. The fans come to their feet, as RVD gets up, holding the ropes. He looks around, and goes for the 5 Star … BUT EDGE MOVES!!!!! Winner: ROB VAN DAM @ 15:18

RVD quickly rolls out of the ring, not wanting to wait for Edge to come after him. He and Alfonso get up the ramp quickly, whilst in the ring, Edge is literally pulling out his hair. Van Dams music cuts as Edge gets back to his feet. He grabs the referee by the shirt, and pulls his tights, indicating that RVD cheated. The referee pleads with Edge that he didn’t see it.

Edge looks set to explode, and soon notices the fans chanting against him. He takes a quick look at the fans, before turning away again, and back to the referee. Edge asks the referee what he’s going to do, with the referee responding by shrugging his shoulders. Edge shakes his head, then in a flash, he SPEARS THE REFEREE!!!!
Metalingus plays again, with Edge looking down at the referee, before sliding out of the ring, still looking furious with his loss. He once again acknowledges the chants from the fans, but doesn’t respond, as he cut away.

Fanatix Series Commercial - This Month - Greatest Hell in a Cell Matches

Backstage, we see Edge storm through the hallway, ignoring anyone and everyone, still seething from his loss moments ago.

As the camera watches Edge storm off, we see Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak walking the opposite way, looking rather scared about the upcoming ladder match.

Jim Ross:
For six months, The DX Duo have scraped wins, they’ve cheated to keep the titles, they’ve ducked challengers, dived from opponents, and done everything possible to keep the titles. Is tonight the night that the luck, and the bag of tricks runs out??

The Coach:
it’s the first tag team ladder match since March 2004 J.R, at that was a Tables Ladders and Chairs match, between four teams on Raw, which by the way, Cade and Jindrak won. This one has show stealer written all over it. I’m tipping my boys to win this one, after the guidance they’ve surely been given from HBK in recent weeks.

Jim Ross:
We are set to witness another classic tag team ladder match folks, and if you’ve never seen one before, check this out…

Back in the ring, Lillian Garcia is waiting to speak…

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is the LADDER MATCH, for the World Tag Team Championships!!!

**Worlds Greatest** Haas and Benjamin enter the arena to a pleasant ovation from the fans. The two men look at the ladders positioned on the ramp, before they bump knuckles, and sprint toward the ring, sliding in, ready for their biggest match in quite some time.

Lillian Garcia:
Introducing first, the challengers, weighing a combined weight of 487 pounds, the team, of Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas … The Worlds Greatest Tag Team!!!

Jim Ross:
On June 12th, at Bad Blood, this team lost the world tag team titles, to the tandem of Cade and Jindrak, tonight, six months later, they have a chance to win the titles back, by climbing the ladder of success.

The Coach:
Cade and Jindrak have faced some big challenges in the past J.R, but nothing quite as big as this.

**BREAK IT DOWN** The DX Duo enter the arena, with Cade and Jindrak not looking all that confident at their chances in tonight’s Ladder Match. They take their time walking to the ring, rubbing the title belts, sharing glances at each other, knowing the task at hand.

Lillian Garcia:
And, their opponents, representing D-Generation X, weighing a combined weight of 496 pounds, they are the World Tag Team Champions, Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak!!!

Jim Ross:
They want to be known as the great tag team ever, but to do that, this team must overcome one of the most dangerous matches in the WWE today. I have yet to be convinced they can.

The Coach:
Well, I have. HBK has guided these two men perfectly in the last six months, and moulded them into the future of Raw. Major challenge though tonight, but given Michaels history with ladders, I think they have the advantage.

World Tag Team Championships;
Ladder Match:

The DX Duo vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team

The four men all stand in the ring, staring across from each other. The referee hooks the title belts around the hook, before motioning for them to be raised into the air, which they are. The referee looks at all four men, before calling for the bell to start the match. Cade and Jindrak stand at one side of the ring, Benjamin and Haas on the other. Both men reach the centre of the ring, and exchange words, before all four take a look at the belts, high in the air, eventually leading to a brawl.

Benjamin pairs off with Cade, whilst Jindrak brawls with Charlie Haas. Cade gets the better of Shelton, and backs him into the ropes, but Benjamin starts to fight back, eventually throwing Cade over the top rope to the floor. Mark Jindrak looks to get back at Benjamin, but Shelton low bridges the ropes, and Jindrak falls over the top rope, onto the floor. Haas and Benjamin nod to each other, and The DX Duo help each other up on the outside. TWGTT bounce off the ropes, and sprint across the ring, before leaping through the air, diving over the ropes with a double senton onto the tag team champions!!!
The fans come alive instantly, with TWGTT upping the pace, almost from the very beginning of this crucial title match. Benjamin and Haas are the first ones to reach their feet, whilst DX try to pick themselves up off the mat. Haas picks up Cade, whilst Shelton goes after Jindrak. Haas goes for a whip into the steel steps, but Cade counters, and whips Haas instead!!! On the ramp way, Jindrak counters a suplex from Shelton Benjamin, and hip tosses him onto the ramp, turning the tables around, back in favour of the champions. Jindrak folds up the ladder which is set by the ring, and slides it inside. He steps inside the ring, whilst Cade chokes Charlie Haas on the outside. Jindrak sets the ladder up, directly underneath the belts, and begins to climb, but gets only half way up, before Shelton Benjamin comes back in, and pulls him off the ladder. Jindrak throws a punch, but Benjamin blocks, and grips MJ, scooping him up, and hitting a power slam.
Shelton now takes a look at the ladder, and begins to climb, but Garrison Cade spots him, and quickly gets back inside, pulling Benjamin off it, and quickly, before Benjamin can do anything, Cade hit’s a Full Nelson Slam. Now, its Cades turns to climb the ladder, and he, like Benjamin and Jindrak before him, makes it halfway, before he is caught, this time by Charlie Haas. Haas catches him, pulls him back down the ladder, and ducks a punch, before hitting a snap mare, following with a dropkick to the back of the head.
On the outside, Mark Jindrak regains his composure, and takes a second ladder, quickly sliding it into the ring, as he sees Charlie Haas beginning to climb. He forgets about the ladder he just brought in, and looks to climb the opposite side, to stop Haas. He darts up the ladder, and throws right hands at Haas, but Haas shrugs them off, grabbing Jindrak by the hair, and ramming his head against the steel, forcing Jindrak to fall off the ladder. As Jindrak falls, Garrison Cade sets up the second ladder. He begins to climb, and catches up with Haas, who is on the other ladder. Cade clubs the back, before putting one foot on a rung of the ladder Haas is on, grabs him from behind, and HIT’S A RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP OFF THE LADDER!!!!!
The Fleet Centre comes alive, with Cade and Haas rolling around, both feeling the effects of the Russian Leg sweep. Meanwhile, Mark Jindrak tries to take advantage, and he begins to go for the ladder, climbing slowly, feeling the effects from his head crashing against the ladder earlier. He reaches half way, and looks to be building up some steam, until Shelton Benjamin climbs the other ladder, and much quicker than Jindrak had too. Benjamin climbs, and catches up with Jindrak, throwing a few kicks in the champions direction, before leaping off his ladder, and contacting with the neck of Jindrak, hitting a NECK BREAKER OFF THE LADDER!!!!!
Quickly though, and much sooner than expected, Shelton Benjamin is getting back to his feet. He sets the ladder back up straight, after it tipped from the force of Jindrak falling off. Benjamin starts to climb, but Garrison Cade gets back inside the ring, and he follows Benjamin up the ladder, clubbing his back, stopping Shelton from going any further. Garrison slides his head under his opponents arm, and after some struggling, Cade jumps off, bringing Benjamin with him, AND DELIVERS AN ATOMIC DROP!!!
Both men fall over, with Benjamin rolling around the mat in agony from the super atomic drop, holding his groin area. Mark Jindrak is now back up, and he helps his partner up, before they discuss what to do next. Jindrak gets one of the ladders, whilst Cade gets the other. They hold both ladders up, and takes a side of the ring each, as Shelton Benjamin slowly gets back up, before he is given a ladder sandwich, courtesy of DX!!!!
Cade and Jindrak drop the ladders, celebrating taking out Benjamin, before they pick the ladders back up, and set them up, under the belts. Cade and Jindrak begin to climb the ladders, but before they can reach near the top, Charlie Haas is back in the ring, and he climbs the opposite side of Jindraks ladder, whilst Shelton Benjamin tries to climb up the opposite side of Cades ladder, with TWGTT looking to keep their title hopes alive.
Haas and Jindrak reach the top of their ladder, going punch for punch, whilst on the second ladder, Cade and Shelton reach the top of their ladder, also fighting for supremacy. Haas knocks Jindrak off, and MJ hit’s the ropes, bouncing back, into the ladder, which rocks, and Haas tips over, knocking into the second ladder, just as he falls off. The second ladder tips over, with Benjamin and Cade crashing and burning!!!
Charlie Haas has fallen to the outside, whilst somehow, Garrison managed to fall into the corner, and stay on his feet. Benjamin is tied up on the middle rope, and Mark Jindrak staggers around the ring, trying to get his head together, before he tries to set the ladder up again. He looks set to start climbing, but from nowhere, we see Shelton Benjamin come back, and he comes at Jindrak, throwing a plethora of right hands, which rock the champion. Benjamin goes for a kick, but Jindrak catches the foot. Shelton hops on one leg, whilst Garrison Cade takes the opportunity to climb the ladder, with Haas not able to stop him. Benjamin spots this, and with his quick thinking, he nails the Dragon Whip, sending Jindrak crashing into the ladder, which tips over, sending Cade flying into the ropes, eventually, to the outside of the ring!!!!!!
Jindrak staggers around, and gets heel kicked in the face by Benjamin, knocking him over again, as Charlie Haas gets back inside. Benjamin sets Jindrak on a ladder, and nods to Charlie Haas, who knows what Benjamin is thinking off. Haas rests the ladder on the ropes, with Jindrak on it, before hoisting it up, and waiting, as Benjamin climbs the second, upright ladder, before leaping off, hitting their renowned assisted leapfrog body guillotine on Jindrak!!!! Boston is on its’ feet for the two challengers, who are bringing it to the champions in a big way right now. They both put their thumbs up to climb the ladder, which they begin to do, once they fix the ladder to be directly under the belts. TWGTT take a side of the ladder each, and scale towards the top…
…
…FIVE RUNGS TO GO…
…
…FOUR RUNGS TO GO…
…
…THREE RUNGS TO GO…
…
Garrison Cade is back in the ring!!! He wastes no time in making his move, and immediately tips the ladder, with both Benjamin and Haas flying through the air, and falling onto the ropes, and bouncing back, into the ring. Cade helps Mark Jindrak back to his feet, and signals for them to eliminate Haas and Benjamin for good, before getting the belts. Jindrak, dazed, agrees, and gets to his feet. The champions whip Shelton first, with him hitting the turnbuckle, sternum first, before bouncing out, and falling onto his back. They then whips Haas off the ropes, and duck down, waiting for him to come back, but he slides between their legs instead, gets up, and bounces off the opposite ropes, hitting a double bulldog, taking the champions down!!!
Jindrak staggers back up, but Haas sprints at him, sending MJ over the top rope with a vicious clothesline!!! Haas fires up, and gets the fans back into the match, stamping his feet, getting them worked up. He helps up Shelton, before they spot Cade seated in the corner. TWGTT nod at each other, before grabbing one of the ladders, and together, they slide it across the ring, COLLIDING WITH THE MID SECTION OF GARRISON CADE!!!!!
Cades eyes go WIDE open. Garrison doesn’t move from the spot, with a ladder lodged between his tender spot, whilst Haas and Benjamin take a side of the ladder each, and on the count of three, open the ladder up, causing MORE PAIN for Garrison Cade!!!!!
Benjamin signals for Haas to climb the ladder now, and he steps through the ropes to go outside and take care of Jindrak, but as he drops down, the challenger is met with a dropkick from a now recovered Mark Jindrak!!! In the ring, Charlie Haas is oblivious to this, and he climbs the ladder, looking to take the belts for TWGTT.
…
…FIVE RUNGS TO GO…
…
…FOUR RUNGS TO GO…
…
Jindrak stops him. MJ climbs behind Haas, clubbing the back three times, before quickly, without regard for his own body, EXECUTES A SIDE SUPLEX OFF THE LADDER!!!!! The Fleet Centre erupts again, as these four men continue to put their bodies through this punishment. Garrison Cade is gingerly moving around now, still agonising from the ladder to crotch incident. He sets one of the ladders upright, and stares up at the title belts, as Mark Jindrak also reaches his feet. The DX Duo hug, prematurely celebrating a victory. Cade helps Jindrak set up the ladder, and the two men, together climb a ladder each.
They both smile and all in all seem rather jovial, reaching about halfway, until suddenly, SHELTON BENJAMIN SPRINGBOARDS ONTO THE ROPES, AND FLIES THROUGH THE AIR, HITTING A DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE, KNOCKING THE DX DUO OFF THE LADDERS!!!!!
‘Holy Shit’ chants break out around the Fleet Centre, with Shelton thus far stealing the show, with some incredible spots. Garrison Cade rolls to the outside, whilst Shelton Benjamin is down in the corner, looking quite sore, possibly landing badly after the clothesline. Jindrak is flat on his back, whilst Charlie Haas is now the only man standing!!! Haas looks up at the ultimate goal, before taking a look at the carnage. He stumbles towards the ladder, and finally begins to climb towards the prize!!! No one looks like stopping Haas as he slowly, but surely climbs rung by rung…

THE LADDER IS TIPPED OVER … BY MARK JINDRAK!!!!

Haas goes with the ladder … over the top, landing on Garrison Cade, taking the champion back down!!!! Jindrak watches from inside, and spots Benjamin still struggling in the corner. The ladder Haas was climbing, tips back over, and after some adjusting from MJ, sits against the second ladder like a stairway. Jindrak climbs the opposite side, with no one to stop him from ending the match…

SHELTON SPRINTS UP THE TILTED LADDER, AND KNOCKS JINDRAK OFF THE TOP OF THE SECOND LADDER!!!!

Once more, the fans go nuts, this time giving out a ‘This is awesome’ chant for the incredible effort being put into this contest. Once again though, by saving the match, Benjamin has hurt himself, as he lays on the canvas, beside a dazed Mark Jindrak. Both Benjamin and Jindrak barely move, whilst we see Garrison Cade crawl back inside the ring. Cade looks to be on dream street, after taking a surreal amount of punishment. He uses the ropes to help get himself up, before falling into the ladder. Meanwhile, Charlie Haas follows slightly behind, with both men eventually climbing the same ladder.
At almost an identical pace, Cade and Haas scale the ladder, both looking fatigued, and surely battling through the pain barrier. Both men continue to climb, trying to take swipes at one another around the ladder, but both continually miss the other. After an eternity, the two men reach the top of the ladder, and meet each other with right and left hands. Haas and Cade go punch for punch, at the top of the ladder, but Charlie looks to be getting the best, with Cade beginning to teeter at the top. Haas now, has the fans come to their feet, as he steps to the top of the ladder, but doesn’t go for the belts, instead … HE FLIPS OVER, HITTING A SUNSET POWERBOMB OFF THE LADDER ON GARRISON CADE!!!!!
One more time, The Fleet Centre erupts into a ‘Holy Shit’ chant. Cade is folded up like an accordion, and Charlie Haas doesn’t look much better. The fans begin a duelling ‘Lets go Charlie’ and ‘Lets go Shelton’ chant, getting behind the challengers. Shelton Benjamin now begins to move, and crawls along the canvas, eventually pulling himself up on the ropes. Benjamin struggles up, eventually placing the ladder back to being under the belts. Shelton begins to slowly climb the ladder, with a free run surely, and taking the belts.

BENJAMIN IS TOUCHING THE BELTS … BUT MARK JINDRAK STARTS TO WOBBLE THE LADDER!!! Benjamin holds on to the ladder, and drops down a couple of rungs in order to keep his balance. Mark Jindrak now climbs behind him, but Benjamin is successful is kicking the champion away. MJ though, isn’t set to give in just yet. He punches at the thighs of Shelton, which forces him to drop down another two rungs of the ladder. Jindrak now backs into the ladder, and grabs the legs of Benjamin, turning around, and taking Benjamin off the ladder, before delivering a POWER BOMB!!!!
Mark Jindrak is now the only man standing. He takes the second ladder, and sets it up in the corner, taking a look around, seeing Charlie Haas beginning to stir from the canvas. MJ walks over to him, and drops an elbow onto the back, leaving Haas back on the mat. Jindrak gives his partner a slap on the back, trying to bring him back to his senses. Cade begins to stir, but whilst he does, Mark Jindrak once again decides to take care of Shelton Benjamin. He grabs a lifeless Benjamin by the legs, and begins to drag him across the ring, before setting him near the ladder in the corner, and hit’s a catapult, sending Shelton Benjamin face first into the ladder!!!!
Benjamin staggers out, and falls onto his face, whilst Garrison Cade is back up, holding onto the ropes in order to stay on his feet. Cade eventually comes to his senses, but holds the small of his back, feeling the effects of the sunset power bomb a minute or so ago. Garrison scoops a defenceless Shelton Benjamin up off the mat, before running the challenger across the ring, lawn darting Shelton into the ladder!!!! The fans ‘EEEW’ and ‘AHHH’ from the sight of Benjamin eating ladder. The DX Duo nod at each other as if to say they’ve done enough now, and they begin to set the ladders back up, under the title belts. Jindrak begins to climb one of the ladders, and Cade, the other. The end looks to be near in this match as Cade and Jindrak climb the rungs, step by step.

Charlie Haas is up!!! Haas spots The champions reaching towards the top of the ladder, and digs deep to quickly catch up with them. Charlie climbs up behind Jindrak, and begins to club his opponents back, looking to have Jindrak fall off the ladder. Garrison Cade spots what’s going on, and tries to climb onto the second ladder, in order to help his partner, but begins to lose his footing, and he eventually is forced to drop onto the canvas. Cade limps, after landing badly on his ankle, whilst Haas grips behind Jindrak, AND EXECUTES A GERMAN SUPLEX OFF THE LADDER!!!!!!!!!
For the umpteenth time, the fans come alive with a ‘Holy Shit’ chant. Cade stands mid ring, his eyes popping from his head, after witnessing the unreal spot performed by Haas. He quickly gets the image from his head, and looks to end the match. Cade climbs the ladder with a purpose, having no one to stop him, until Shelton Benjamin begins to climb the ladder, but much slower than the champion is. Cade nears the top…

Cade looks down at Benjamin who is four rungs away. Cade reaches for the belts, but again, is distracted by the presence of Shelton Benjamin. He looks down again, and now looks to be deciding to wait for Shelton to catch up, and try to knock him off. Benjamin reaches the top of the ladder, but is ready for any offence coming from Garrison Cade, and blocks a punch, before firing one of his own. He throws another, then a third, before hooking Cade up, looking for the T-Bone, but Cade fights it, breaking free. Garrison looks to throw a punch at his opponent, but Benjamin now ducks his punch again, and this time, quickly gets the champion into position, AND FLIES OFF THE LADDER WITH A T-BONE FROM THE TOP!!!!
Cade rolls to the outside, as does Benjamin upon impact from the unbelievable move. In the ring, Charlie Haas and Mark Jindrak have yet to move from the German Suplex. After a few seconds, Charlie Haas begins to move, inching towards the set up ladder. He looks to crawl onto it, to begin his ascent, but just as he looks to push on, Mark Jindrak grabs his leg, stopping him from moving on any further. Charlie Haas tries to kick him away, but Jindrak holds on to the leg for dear life.
Haas swings his free leg, kicking the face of Jindrak, which forces him to let go, and allows Charlie to crawl towards the ladder. The fans come to their feet, as we watch Shelton Benjamin crawling back inside the ring!!!! Just a minute or so after hitting a T-Bone off a ladder, Shelton Benjamin is right back in the ring, although he looks much worse for wear from the move. Charlie Haas begins to slowly, very slowly, climb the ladder, looking to reach the top. Shelton Benjamin tries to summon the energy to get back into the mat, but has to rest up against the ropes.
Mark Jindrak, in desperation to keep the match going, leaps to grabs Charlie Haas, who is about 1/3rd of the way up the ladder at this point. Jindrak grabs onto the singlet, and pulls Haas, with Charlie falling off the ladder, and hitting the mat. Shelton Benjamin now, sees an opening, and he starts to move towards the ladder, and stumbles into it. Benjamin rests his head against the ladder, before beginning to step up, looking high into the air, before beginning his journey up the ladder. This journey doesn’t last long though, and as Benjamin begins to climb, Mark Jindrak is back up, and he immediately clubs the back of the challenger, dragging Benjamin off. Benjamin goes for a clothesline on MJ, but Jindrak ducks, and kicks Shelton in the gut, before hip tossing him onto the ladder!!!!
On the outside, we see Garrison Cade reaching his feet, and dragging two tables from under the ring. In the ring, Mark Jindrak looks to climb the ladder now, but instead, Charlie Haas catches him, and drags Jindrak off, before whipping him to the outside!!! Haas now, looks to have found another source of energy, and takes a long lasting look at the title belts, before beginning to climb the ladder. Cade finishes setting up the tables, and looks inside the ring, spotting one of the challengers climbing the ladder. Cade slides back in, and immediately throws a shot to the ribs, with Haas immediately falling off the ladder, showing his ribs could be seriously injured. Mark Jindrak climbs back into the ring, and gives a thumbs up to Cade, before the two men begin to climb a ladder, taking one side of it each. Charlie Haas is still holding his ribs on the mat, but we see Shelton Benjamin getting up, and spotting The DX Duo climbing towards the belts. Immediately, Benjamin has to act, and he gets the second ladder, quickly setting it beside the other ladder. It might be too late, as Cade and Jindrak near the top…

Benjamin has to dig deep to stop the champions from retaining, and he does. Shelton scales the ladder quickly, feeling an adrenaline rush, knowing the match is on the brink. Shelton gets up beside Mark Jindrak, and grabs MJ by the hair, slamming the champions head off one of the rungs. He gives Jindrak a shove, and he falls from the ladder … CROTCHING THE TOP ROPE!!!! Benjamin now takes the opportunity, and steps onto the ladder, with Garrison Cade trying to knock him off right away, but Benjamin fights back, giving everything he is getting in return. Both men struggle at the top of the ladder, with both putting everything they have behind each punch.
Charlie Haas struggles back to his feet, and watches, as Benjamin and Cade trade blows on the ladder. Benjamin spots Haas, then takes a look to the outside, before looking at Jindrak, who has now falling to the outside too. He then yells to his partner “Push the ladder”. Haas looks shocked by the call from Shelton, with Benjamin willing to sacrifice himself, in order for them to win the belts. Charlie thinks about it for a second, with Benjamin yelling at him again. Haas shakes his head, but does as Benjamin asks … AND PUSHES THE LADDER … WITH BENJAMIN AND CADE FALLING TO THE OUTSIDE, THROUGH THE SET UP TABLES!!!!!
Charlie Haas leans over the ropes, yelling at Shelton asking if he is okay. There is no response from Benjamin, as the fans stop their ‘Holy Shit’ chant, and begin to yell at Haas to climb the ladder. Charlie looks around, and nods, before setting the ladder back upright, and takes a look around again, before climbing the steps, rung by rung.

Winner: And NEW World Tag Team Champions, CHARLIE HAAS AND SHELTON BENJAMIN @ 19:57

NEW CHAMPIONS!!!!! The six month title reign of The DX Duo has been ended by the team it began against!!! Charlie Haas climbs back down the ladder, immediately getting out of the ring to help Shelton Benjamin.

EMTs run down the ramp, to immediately take care of the wounded. Haas helps Benjamin up, whilst Garrison Cade is quickly helped onto a stretcher. Haas helps carry Benjamin up the ramp, who doesn’t look like a winner at this point in time.

Jim Ross:
We have witnessed incredible carnage in this career shortening ladder match. Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin have finally defeated the long standing champions, Garrison Cade and Mark Jindrak!!!! Shelton Benjamin sacrificed himself, in order for Charlie Haas to climb the ladder and win the titles.

The Coach:
Have to give it up for these four men J.R. An absolutely scintillating performance from four incredible athletes. I was pulling for the DX Duo, but in the end, Haas and Benjamin were better on this night.

Haas and Benjamin reach the top of the ramp, before turning around, and raising the titles in the air, to a wonderful reception from the fans. Meanwhile, Cade is stretchered out of the arena, with Mark Jindrak staggering behind, following him out by the side of the ramp.

A video plays, hyping the Smackdown PPV in two weeks time, from Dallas, Texas, Fully Loaded.

Backstage, Cade is being wheeled through the backstage area, with Jindrak lagging behind, as they pass Luther Reigns and Shawn Michaels.

Luther Reigns:
Is he gonna be okay?? Hey, Shawn, you coming to see how he’s doing??

Shawn Michaels:
Are you serious?? None of you are any use to me tonight. DX banned from ringside, remember??

Luther Reigns:
Garrisons hurt Shawn. I’m gonna go see how he is.

Shawn Michaels:
Good, I’ll come by and see him later, once I get the job done.

Luther takes a look at Michaels, before walking off, whilst HBK gulps hard, looking worried about his match later tonight.

Back in the ring, officials clear the ringside area, in preparation for the upcoming match.

**Mister Kennedy** Ken Kennedy’s music hits to a startled reaction from all in attendance, with Kennedy not scheduled for a match tonight.

Jim Ross:
Folks, I have absolutely no idea what this idiot is doing. Ken Kennedy doesn’t have a match here tonight. He isn’t scheduled at all.

The Coach:
You left out the second Kennedy, J.R.

Kennedy struts down the aisle, with a smile across his face. He steps into the ring, and ushers Lillian Garcia out, before getting on his knees, and looking up to the sky. The lights go out, and a spotlight shines down on Kennedy, before we see a microphone come down from the rafters. Kennedy grabs the mic, and begins to speak.

Ken Kennedy:
Ladies and Gentlemen … THIS is a Kennedy brand MICROPHONEEEEEE!!! And tonight, you all have to PLEASURE to listen to my voice, introduce myself.

Some heat from the fans

Ken Kennedy:
The following, is a public service announcement, paid for by the sponsors of MISSSSSSTER KENNEDY … KENNNNNNNEDYYYYY. And it is made public for all in Boston, as well as in the rest of the United States, and across the entire PLANET … essssspecially, my home town of GREEEEEN BAY, Wissssconsin.

More Heat from the fans.

Ken Kennedy:
This announcement has been written by, practiced by, and produced by MEEE … MISSSSTER KENNEDYYYYYY … Kennedy. And this announcement is a statement of intent, MY intent. Being the ONLY UNNNNNNNDEFEATED suuuuperstar on Raw, I believe I should be performing on Pay Per View, I believe I should be main eventing on Pay Per View.

Fans give Kennedy more heat.

Ken Kennedy:
And to do that, I will take matters … INTO MY OWN BARE HANDS
(Kennedy looks at his hands) And I will be part of the Thirty Man, Royal Rumble. In fact, NOT ONLYYYYY will I be a part of the Royal Rumble … I, will WIN The Royal Rumble.

Fans start an ‘Asshole’ chant

Ken Kennedy:
End announcement. This announcement was paid for by the sponsors of MISSSSSTER KENNEDY!!!!

**Mister Kennedy** Kennedy walks out of the ring, and up the ramp, still smiling.

Jim Ross:
That was ... different.

The Coach:
That J.R, was the future of Raw, and the main event of Wrestle Mania.

Jim Ross:
I found it quite strange that that man was able to know he’ll be in the Royal Rumble, because the rumours I’ve been hearing is that all places in the thirty man Royal Rumble will be earned through qualifying matches. But that, is next month, in the Big Apple, but tonight, and coming up now, is Sting vs. Batista. It’s the biggest match of The Animals career, but it’s a crucial match for Sting too, as he attempts to reach back onto the top of the mountain.

**Seek and Destroy** Sting comes down from the rafters to a great pop for a legendary figure. Both Lillian and the official in the ring, jump out, as Sting lowers down, clearing the ring.

Jim Ross:
The Fleet Centre is on its feet for the legend. Sting tonight takes on The Animal, Batista, in what has to be Batistas biggest match of his career.

The Coach:
This is Batistas night J.R. It’s time to take out the trash, and it’s time for The Animal to be unleashed.

**Unleashed Rage** Batista enters alone, with Ric Flair in action tonight already, later on. He lets off his usual pre match pyro, before sauntering to the ring, confident of his chances in this match.

Jim Ross:
If this man is nervous, he sure as hell doesn’t look it Coach. The Animal, Batista is ready for the challenge.

The Coach:
Remember this night J.R. Mark my words, Batista arrives tonight.

Past vs. Future:

Sting vs. Batista

As soon as the bell rings, Sting goes for Batista, but The Animal moves through the ropes, forcing Sting to step back. Sting asks the referee to tell Batista to get on with it. The referee then yells at Batista to get on with the match. Batista argues with the referee, telling him he does what he wants. Sting then takes advantage of the distraction, and clubs Batista in the back, sending him to his knees on the canvas.

Sting drops an elbow on him, then stomps the back. He picks up Batista, and whips him off the ropes, but Batista ducks a clothesline, then comes back off the opposite side of the ring, and knocks down The Stinger with a clothesline knocking The Stinger down. Batista then smiles, and flexes his muscles, which gives him heat from the crowd.
He boots Sting in the face, then kicks him to the outside, and follows. Batista picks up his mentors former friend, and whips him into the steel steps, shoulder first, and we hear Sting groan in agony. Batista then boots him in the face again, and Sting’s face bounces off the steps. The referee then shouts at Batista to get the match back inside, but Batista ignores him, picks up Sting, and whips him into the ringpost, shoulder first again.
The Stinger walks around the ringside area, clutching his right shoulder. He tries loosening it up, but gets little rest, as Batista continues the punishment, with a big right hand to the shoulder. Batista grabs the arm, and smashes it off the announce table, then he applies a wristlock, before whipping the arm off the ringpost again, with Sting yelling out again.
Batista then rolls Sting back into the ring, and makes an audacious cover, 1...Kick Out from Sting. Batista smiles again, and begins to trash talk the former WCW Champion, whilst stomping at the injured shoulder. Batista picks up Sting again, and applies an arm lock, then steps through the ropes alone, with Sting in the ring. Batista then jumps off the apron, and Sting’s arm gets stretched against the ropes. Sting bounces back, and falls to the mat, still clutching his arm.
Batista steps back into the ring, and stomps the arm and shoulder of Sting some more, increasing the pain running through The Stingers body. Batista then begins to pound at him, with straight right hands, before being forced off by the referee. Batista then throws his hands up in the air in an early celebration, getting more heat from the fans.
He kicks Sting in the chest, then covers again, 1...2...Kick Out. He nods, then slowly picks The Stinger off the mat, before knocking him down once again with a big right hand. Batista then signals for the end, signalling for the Batista Bomb. He leans against the ropes, awaiting Sting to reach his feet. Eventually, the broken down Sting gets up, and right away, Batista kicks him in the gut, and goes for the Bomb, but Sting backdrops out of it!!! Batista gets back up, and runs at Sting, but The Stinger connects with a dropkick. Sting goes for a cover,

………KICK OUT………
The tide looks set to turn in this match, but Sting is unable to capitalize on the move, as he is too busy trying to shake his arm out. This gives Batista time to recover, and he reaches his feet. Sting then goes for a clothesline on Batista, but Batista catches Sting with a kick to the gut, then Batista picks him up, and runs him across the ring, hitting a running power slam!!! Batista then covers again, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Batista shouts out in frustration “God Damn it”. He chokes, but breaks before the count of five. Batista then drags his opponent to his feet, and kicks him in the stomach, then bounces off the ropes, and goes for the Clothesline, but Sting ducks, then kicks Batista in the gut, and goes for a Scorpion Death drop on Batista, but Batista desperately fights out of it, and the two men begin to slug it out in the centre of the ring. Sting throws a right, Batista throws one back, Sting throws another, The Animal does the same. Sting then hits three successive right hands, but The Animal then blocks the fourth, and throws one back of his own. Batista then goes for another, but Sting ducks, then clotheslines Batista to the canvas. Sting then bounces off the ropes, and goes to drop an elbow, but Batista moves out of the way, and Sting eats the canvas.
The Animal then goes for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out. Batista doesn’t let up, and continues to stomp his opponent. Batista then picks up Sting again, then begins to go back to work on the shoulder again, with twelve successive right hands to the body part, followed by half a dozen boots. Batista then lets go, bounces off the ropes, and delivers a knee drop to the shoulder, sending Sting down, grabbing his arm in agony. Batista refuses to let up, and pushes the referee away, as he continues the punishment, and trash talks whilst doing it. Batista then locks in an arm bar, which has Sting in an awful lot of pain. Sting struggles in the hold, and tries to reach the ropes. He is forced to use his feet to move across the ring, and after what seems an eternity, he finally gets his feet on the ropes, and forces Batista to break the hold.
Batista then kicks Sting to the outside, and follows him to the outside himself. He picks him up, then goes for a whip into the steps again, but this time, Sting counters, and sends The Animal into the steps. Batista sprawls along the ground, screaming out in pain, with the roles now reversed between the two men in the match. Sting is still suffering his own shoulder injury, but fights on, and drags Batista to his feet. He rolls him back into the ring, then drops an elbow onto his enemy. He covers, 1...2...Kick Out. Sting then drags Batista up again, and whips him off the ropes, he goes for a shoulder block, but Batista holds onto the ropes, stopping himself from bouncing back. He then runs at Sting, but Sting catches him with a right, which staggers Batista. Batista turns around and is met by a big clothesline.
The Animal staggers back to his feet, into the corner, which gives Sting the green light to attack, and he ‘WOOOS’ to the fans, before sprinting across the ring, and delivering the Stinger Splash!!! Batista staggers out, and Sting looks to go in for the kill, chop blocking Batista to the mat. He grabs the legs, and attempts to lock in his Scorpion Death lock, but Batista fights it, and uses his leg strength to kick Sting away, sending him into the turnbuckle, shoulder first!!! Sting yells out from the pain his shoulder is going through, and eventually, he staggers out, as Batista quickly rises to his feet, and Batista meets the legend in the middle of the ring, picking him up, and delivering the spine buster!!!!! The Animal hooks the leg…

Batista looks angered by the kick out. He looks down at a weakened Sting, shaking his head, as if to say, you shouldn’t have done that. He gets back up, and lifts Sting up with him, into a double handed choke. Batista hoists Sting up in the air, before literally throwing Sting across the ring!!!!! Sting lands in the corner, again, favouring his shoulder. Batista smiles, and stalks Sting into the corner, choking the legend with his boot. Sting tries to push him away, but Batista is far too strong for him. The only thing which does break the count, is the count from the referee, who forces the break.
The Animal steps back, and goads Sting, who gasps for air, by taunting with the ‘Bring it On’ taunt. Sting pulls himself up on the ropes, and takes a deep breath, before running at Batista, but Batista catches him, and scoops Sting into the air, for a Military Press … but Sting counters, and drops down, behind Batista … and hit’s the SCORPION DEATHDROP!!!!! He hooks the leg…

!!!!
Somehow, someway, Batista just kicked out of the Death drop!!! The fans look rather shocked, as does Sting, who once again touches his shoulder, feeling the pain of the body part, after absorbing a lot of punishment. Sting waits as Batista crawls to the corner to get himself back up. Batista eventually does, but looks to be worse for wear at this point. Sting follows in, hitting a second Stinger Splash!!! He drops down, and opens up on Batista with a chop, and a second, and a third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh in quick succession, before resting up against Batista, and yelling out a huge ‘WOOOO’, then whips Batista across to the opposite corner. Sting runs across again for a Splash, but this time, The Animal bursts out of the corner, and NAILS Sting with a car wreck of a clothesline!!!!!! Batista leans up against the ropes, taking a few breaths, before reaching down, and dragging up Sting. He places Sting in between his legs, and takes a quick look around, before shaking his head, and raising Sting into the air … AND DELIVERS THE BATISTA BOMB!!!! The cover at this point is elementary…

Video Package, hyping the Royal Rumble, next month in Madison Square Garden, on January 22nd.

Jim Ross:
Indeed, as we touched on earlier, The Royal Rumble will be headed back to Madison Square Garden for the second time, and we will find out the main event of Wrestle Mania, as the winner of the Royal Rumble books himself a place in the biggest spectacle of the year.

The Coach:
This is the beginning of my favourite time of year J.R. You know that baby boy!!!

Jim Ross:
And coming up now, in just a few moments, Carlito attempts to end the seven month reign of Rey Mysterio as Intercontinental Champion. Will he succeed, where others such as Batista, Rob Van Dam, Rhyno, A-Train and Edge have failed before him. Marc Lloyd is backstage, with the challenger.

Marc Lloyd:
The time has come for you Carlito. You entered the WWE, just weeks before Rey Mysterio won the coveted Intercontinental Title. You now have the opportunity to end his glittering streak, here at Armageddon.

Carlito:
Carlito, Inter-continental champion?? That?? Sounds cool. That?? Is what the future holds for Rey Mysterio. No doubt, that little freak has had a great seven months with the title, but all good things come to an end … but not for Carlito. For Carlito, all good things, just get better.

Carlito tosses his apple up, and catches it, before taking a bite, and chewing. Lloyd screws his face, expecting to get spat on, but Carlito swallows it instead.

Carlito:
Just because I didn’t spit in your face, doesn’t mean you’re cool. Tonight, you just got lucky Todd … but Rey Mysterio?? His luck, just ran out.

Carlito takes Stacey’s hand, and the pair walk off, as the camera pans back to the arena.

**Spit in the Face** Carlito enters the arena with Stacy Kiebler, and takes a look around, smiling, and pointing at certain people. He and Stacey then begin to walk down the ramp, with CCC gesturing around his waist that the Intercontinental Title is set to be his.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the WWE Intercontinental Championship!! Introducing first, the challenger, from the Caribbean, being accompanied by Stacey Kiebler, weighing 232 pounds … CARRRRRLITO!!!

Jim Ross:
Is Carlito the man to end Rey Mysterio titanic reign as the Intercontinental Champion?? Or is Carlito yet another challenge that Mysterio will overcome??

The Coach:
I’ve sat here many a time, and said that it would be the end of Mysterios title reign, but every time, I’ve been wrong. Surely though, if Rey beats Carlito tonight, he’s just delaying the inevitable.

**619** Rey Mysterio blasts out to a huge ovation from the hot crowd. Rey salutes the fans, before focusing his attention on the ring, and focuses his attention on Carlito, before raising his title belt high in the air, then walks to the ring.

Lillian Garcia:
And, from San Diego, California, he is the Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio!!!!

Jim Ross:
Listen to that ovation!!! They love Mysterio here in Boston, Coach!!!

The Coach:
Obviously. This city is renowned for supporting losers…

Intercontinental Championship Match:

Rey Mysterio vs. Carlito

The bell rings and the fans root for the Intercontinental Champion. Mysterio throws his hand up in the air, to even more cheers, and both men, slowly move to the centre of the ring. CCC looks over at Mysterio, laughing. He starts to look around the ring, and dismisses Mysterio already. He shoves Rey across the ring by the face, which gets a tremendous amount of heat from the fans. Mysterio looks furious, whilst CCC grins broadly. Rey gets back up, and walks straight to Carlito, stamping on his feet!!!

Carlito is in a fit of rage, and goes for a right hand at Mysterio, but Rey ducks, and runs circles around Carlito around the ring, which infuriates CCC further, but makes the crowd laugh. Carlito goes for a clothesline, but Mysterio ducks again, and as CCC turns around, Mysterio hurricanrana’s the Challenger out of the ring to a huge pop!!!
The I.C Champion then runs around the ring, playing to the crowd. On the outside, CCC is livid, and gets into an argument with the fans, before entering back into the ring. He points at Rey, telling him that wasn’t cool. Mysterio comes at CCC, but slides through his legs, and to the outside, where he yanks CCC down, by the legs, before pulling Carlito into the ring post, nuts first!!!! The crowd eats this action up, with Mysterio clearly on top form. The referee warns Rey over his actions, but doesn’t want to DQ him.
Mysterio gets back into the ring, and tries to get CCC up, but Carlito pushes him away. Mysterio bounces off the ropes, and again, is too fast for CCC, then comes off the ropes for a cross body, but is caught by Carlito, who nails Mysterio with a DROPKICK!!!!! CCC, underestimating Rey, thinks that will be enough, and makes the cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Carlito looks a little shocked by the kick out, but gets on with it anyway.
Carlito picks his opponent up by the hair, and backs him into the corner. He chokes at Rey, taking the life from the champion, before letting go at four. He backs up, before coming back in again, and choking Rey once more, again, letting go at the count of four. Carlito drags Rey out of the corner, and hoists him in the air, getting Mysterio in position for a suplex, eventually dropping down, and floating over for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out. This doesn’t please Carlito, who looks a little annoyed already.
CCC clubs the back of Rey, with perspiration flying off the back of the human highlight reel. Carlito picks him up, and fires him across the ring off the ropes, but CCC ducks down, waiting for Mysterio to come back, which gives Rey a chance to comeback. He leapfrogs over the Challenger, and bounces off the other ropes, before dropkicking CCC’s knee, knocking the Challenger down!!! Rey runs, leaping to the ropes, and coming off with a seated senton to Carlito, but Carlito catches him in mid air, and hit’s a devastating Alley Oop!!!!! Carlito, once again, underestimates Mysterio, and covers him with one foot, 1...2...Kick Out!!!
Mysterio refuses to lay down, and infuriates CCC by doing so. As punishment, Carlito starts to viciously club the back of The Intercontinental Champion again, before shoving him into the corner. Carlito chops Rey right across the chest, with the anguish, clear to see on Mysterio’s face. Carlito slaps him across the face a few times, before dragging Mysterio out of the corner, and hooking him up for a second suplex. CCC lets Mysterio hang in the air, allowing the blood to flow to Rey’s head, before finally executing the move, only this time, dropping the champion across the ropes, winding him. CCC is set to go for the cover again, but this time, opts not to, instead, he smiles cockily, before scooping Mysterio up off the mat, and hooking him up again, dangling Mysterio in the air, and eventually, for the second time, he drops Mysterio sternum first onto the ropes!!!!!
Rey screams out in pain, as Carlito bounces off the ropes, and comes back with a boot to the face, knocking Mysterio off the apron, and he lands head first onto the barrier!!! His head bounces back, and Mysterio lands on the floor, on the outside. In the ring, CCC holds his hands high in the air, to a huge amount of heat. Meanwhile, on the outside, Rey tries to pick himself up, but looks battered, even at this early stage of the match. CCC and Stacey Kiebler share a few words quickly, before Carlito begins to divert the referee’s attention, allowing Kiebler to attack Mysterio. Stacey chokes Rey with her long legs, whilst the referee is still distracted. Once she lets go, Carlito saunters to the outside, hitting an axe handle from the apron, onto Rey.
Carlito looks down at Rey, who is left down on the floor. Carlito gets into a brief argument with a member of the audience, before he stomps on the head of Mysterio, and throws in a few disingenuous slaps for by, which serve as nothing more than disrespect to the smaller man. CCC picks Mysterio up by the mask again, but puts him right back down with a lethal right hand. Mysterio tries to get himself up, but Carlito just kicks him back down, and adds insult to injury by telling Mysterio to ‘Get up’, even as he kicks him around ringside.
Carlito picks Rey up again, onto his shoulders, and hit’s the Snake Eyes, onto the barrier, with Mysterio’s head snapping back, and him falling to the floor again, in a heap. The Challenger drags Mysterio around ringside, and slams Rey’s head off the steps, before placing the I.C Title holder back into the ring. CCC takes his time following in, knowing he has Rey in a bad way at this point in time.
Carlito stands over Mysterio, who tries to pull himself up on the Challenger, with CCC laughing all the way. He motions to the fans, as if to say, ‘This is the Intercontinental Champion?’. He boots Mysterio back to the mat, and drops an elbow. He hooks the far leg, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Carlito nods, and looks rather pleased the match is continuing at this point.
The Challenger, once again drags Mysterio up, and motions for the Apple Core, (the modified STO), but as he goes for it, Rey elbows free. He tries to come back, swinging right hands, but Carlito stops the comeback, with a rake of the eyes, stopping Rey again. Carlito runs off the ropes, but as he returns back, he is met by a spinning heel kick from Rey Mysterio!!! Rey fires up, bouncing off the ropes, and tackling CCC down with a head scissors, before beginning to pound at the head of Carlito!!! Mysterio looks to be stepping it up a level, with some furious shots to the head of Carlito!!!
Mysterio gets to his feet after pounding on CCC, with the Boston faithful going nuts for Rey. He shows his respect to the fans, then knocks down The challenger with a roaring elbow. He gets a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!! Mysterio then continues to gather some momentum, and hit’s a headlock takedown, and goes for a sleeper, but CCC fights it, and pushes Mysterio into the ropes, then shoulder blocks him down. CCC gets a cover now, 1...2...Kick Out!! Carlito doesn’t look pleased, and picks up his adversary. He goes for a whip, but Mysterio blocks it. Carlito then throws a right, but Mysterio throws one right back. CCC throws one, but Rey again strikes back, somehow managing to go toe to toe despite all of Carlitos advantages over him. This doesn’t last long though, and CCC, being the much bigger man, dominates Mysterio in the end, striking with some heavy blows to the back and face.
CCC attempts an Irish whip but Mysterio reverses. The Intercontinental Champion tries a clothesline but CCC ducks. He comes back off the ropes with a shoulder, but Mysterio rolls out of the way and hits a quick dropkick to Carlito’s back. Rey jumps to his feet and bounces off the ropes, with CCC getting to his feet, and faces Mysterio running at him for a cross body, but Carlito low bridges the ropes, and Mysterio goes flying over the top rope, crashing on the floor!!! CCC quickly instructs Kiebler to get Mysterio back in the ring, and Stacey quickly does her job, rolling the Intercontinental Champion back inside.
Carlito laughs at the knocked out Mysterio, and gets into an argument with the crowd. He tells them it’s over now. Kiebler on the outside acts innocent, with the referee warning her to keep his hands off Mysterio. Rey Mysterio looks to be totally out of it right now, and Carlito gets a quick, lazy cover.

Carlito tries to keep calm. He picks up the I.C Champion and tries to go for a modified swinging neckbreaker, but Mysterio spins around, and gets s sunset flip on CCC, 1...2...KICK OUT!! Carlito gets back up immediately, but Mysterio then goes for a backslide, 1.…2.…ANOTHER KICK OUT!!! Again, CCC jumps up, but the opponent rolls him up, 1.…2.…KICK OUT AGAIN FROM CCC!!! Carlito gets to his feet, and this time, walks into a cradle, 1...2...KICK OUT!!! Both men jump up, but Mysterio leaps on CCC’s shoulders, before taking him down for a crucifix pin, 1...2...Kick Out!!!!!
Carlito then gets up, but grabs a rope, meaning Rey cant attack. This infuriates the on fire champion and the crowd, but Carlito doesn’t care, once again using a delaying tactic, knowing the momentum had begun to swing in his opponents favour in the last few moments.
He rolls out of the ring for a few seconds, and talks with Kiebler, while Mysterio is held back inside, being stopped from going after him. The referee leans out of the ring to instruct CCC to re-enter, but as he does, Mysterio bounces off the ropes, and uses the referee as a springboard to hit an Asai Moonsault, taking down CCC and Kiebler!!!!
The fans eat this up, with a major ’619’ chant filling the arena for Mysterio right now. The referee begins a ten count, with both men down on the outside …

Mysterio quickly gets up again, and bounces off the ropes, but as he comes back, he is flattened by a reverse elbow from the challenger!! CCC drags Mysterio to the corner, and drives a hard knee to the midsection, before opening up on Rey with a number of right hands. Mysterio staggers out of the corner, with CCC following up with a double knee backbreaker!!! Carlito hooks the leg…

CCC shoots up, but Mysterio ducks his boot, and takes him down with a bull dog!! CCC retreats to the corner, but that doesn’t stop Rey, who follows in with the Bronco Buster!!! The fans go nuts for Mysterio, as once again, he fights back into the match.
Mysterio salutes the fans, then sees Stacey Kiebler on the apron. Mysterio bounces off the ropes, and baseball slides through Kiebler’s legs, before pulling her down by the legs, with Kiebler’s head crashing off the apron. CCC tries to stretch out to waken his Stacey, but doesn’t realise that Rey Mysterio is back in the ring, and has a chance for the 619!!! Mysterio bounces off the ropes, and catches the Challenger with the 619!!!!!!!!!
Carlito falls back into the ring, whilst Mysterio signals for the West Coast Pop on the apron. He leaps to the top rope, but before he dives off, Stacey Kiebler grabs his leg, and Mysterio gets caught on the top rope. He has an ugly landing into the ring, as the referee tries to think about what happened. CCC begins to recover, but before he is able to cover, Mysterio shows a little life. Both men make it to their feet, but Mysterio is too dazed to see CCC coming, and gets caught, with the challenger hitting the Apple Core!!!!
Carlito smiles, looking relieved, and falls onto the valiant Mysterio for a cover, and almost certainly a new Intercontinental Champion…

Winner: And NEW Intercontinental Champion, CARLITO @ 12:31

NEW CHAMPION!!!!! Carlito sits up in the ring, a smile etched across his face, looking jubilant, having ended Rey Mysterios seven months as the Intercontinental Champion. Stacey grabs the belt, and brings it into the ring for Carlito, as he drops back to his knees, taking the title belt.

Carlito and Stacey rolls out of the ring, with Carlito hugging the belt like a child with a teddy bear. In the ring, Rey Mysterio gets up, and holds his neck, watching CCC swan off with the title belt. Mysterio shakes his head in anger, and looks around the arena at the fans, who show their support for the former champion, giving him a big round of applause for and awesome reign as the champion.

Backstage, we see Ric Flair walking through the hallway, and passes a jovial Batista.

Batista:
Don’t worry about a thing Ric. Tonight is our night. Trust me.

Ric Flair:
I trust ya Big man. Just don’t leave it too late, if you know what I mean.

Batista nods, as Flair begins to walk on.

Further backstage, we see a number of superstars offer commiserations to Rey Mysterio, after his bitter loss. Christian walks past, shaking his head laughing a little, along with Tyson Tomko, walking towards the dressing room.

Christian:
That’s what separates me from those guys Tyson. They’re congratulating Mysterio for losing his belt. If that was me, I’d be telling the guy what a pathetic loser he is.

Tyson Tomko:
Why don’t you??

Christian:
Because I’ve got other things on my mind, like the so called Legend Killer, Randy Orton. I’m gonna show the entire world why I am now dubbed, the Myth Murderer.

Tyson Tomko:
No one dubbed you the Myth Murderer. You called yourself that last week, as a pun on Orton.

Christian:
Hey Colombo, go solve some problems, rather than correct me at every turn. Tonight, the entire world will refer to me as the Myth Murderer, when I go two for two over Orton, just like I went four for four on The Undertaker, because…

Tomko sighs

Tyson Tomko:
That’s how you roll…

**Space Odyssey 3000** Ric Flair enters the arena to a huge amount of ‘WOOOO’ chants from the Boston crowd. He struts down the aisle, looking very confident, with nerves not showing, knowing he has the rules in his favour.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is scheduled for one fall, and for Ric Flair, he cannot be disqualified or counted out, and he can pin The Undertaker anywhere in the arena. Making his way to the ring, the General Manager of Raw, The Nature Boy, Ric Flair.

Jim Ross:
The deck has been stacked in the General Managers favour this evening, he cant get disqualified, cant get counted out, and he can fin Taker wherever he wants, but The Undertaker, must play by all the rules.

The Coach:
And I like it.

**GONG…GONG…GONG** The Undertaker’s music plays, and the Deadman makes his way to the ring, slowly, as always.

Lillian Garcia:
And, from Death Valley, he weighs 305 pounds, The Undertaker!!!

Jim Ross:
The Deadman has faced the odds on many occasions in 15 years, but tonight, the odds are really against him, possibly more than ever, with Ric Flair in position of power, to change the rules whenever he wishes.

The Coach:
And that’s the way it should be. Taker needs to learn the hard way that you do not mess with the General Manager of Raw. Time for a lesson is respect.

Legend vs. Legend:

Ric Flair vs. Undertaker

(Flair cannot be disqualified, or counted out, and falls count anywhere)

The Undertaker walks up the steps, with the lights still out, with the graveyard symphony still playing. As he starts to bring the lights back on, Ric Flair runs around ringside, with a chair he picked up during Takers entrance, and blasts Taker from behind with the weapon. Taker stumbles on the steps, and staggers through the ropes, into the ring, falling over.

Ric Flair doesn’t strut into the ring, instead quickly following behind, looking like a man on a mission. He blasts Taker with the chair again, and Taker drops to his knees. Flair swings back, and hits Taker a third time, with Taker hitting flat onto the mat. Ric Flair smiles, and begins to strut around the ring. He spins around, and lets out a weak ‘WOOO’, but as he says it, UNDERTAKER SITS UP!!!
The General Manager nearly falls over from the shock, as Taker gets back to his feet. Flair grabs the chair again, and swings at Taker, but The Deadman moves, then comes back, knocking Ric Flair down with a big boot to the face!!! The force of the boot has Flair roll out of the ring, which works for him, as he cannot be counted out, due to the rules of this contest. Flair though, doesn’t expect the phenom to follow him, but Taker does.
The Phenom gets out of the ring, and slowly comes towards Flair, who backs off around the time keepers table, but in actual fact is playing possum, as he reaches, and grabs the ring bell. He waits as Taker moves in closer, and NAILS TAKER WITH THE RING BELL!!! Flair drops the bell, and looks down at Taker, making sure he wont sit up again, before dropping down, and hooking the near leg…

Ric Flair meets Taker as he gets in, backing The Deadman into the corner, and unleashing three classic Flair chops. Each garnering a healthy WOOO from the fans. Ric Flair pulls Taker out of the corner, and whips Taker off the ropes, ducks down, and waits for The Phenom to come back, which he does, but The Undertaker comes back, and hit’s a devastating DDT!!! The Undertaker hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out.
Finally, The Undertaker is able to mount some offence. Taker gets up, picking the GM by the hair, and applying a hammerlock, before climbing the ropes, with the fans acknowledging whats coming next, with a big shout of ‘Old School’ ringing through the Fleet Centre. Taker reaches the top rope, and walks along, before dropping his weight onto Ric Flair. Taker gets the lateral press, for a count, 1...2...Kick Out!!!
Undertaker shows no emotion, and picks Flair up again, picking the Nature Boy onto his shoulders, and runs across the ring, dropping Flair onto the top turnbuckle, nailing the Snake Eyes. Flair staggers, as Taker runs off the ropes, and comes back, scoring with a flying clothesline!!! The Deadman is quick to get up, and raises his hand, signalling for the Chokeslam. Ric Flair, struggles back to his feet, and turns around, into the path of The Undertaker, who goozles Flair for the move, but The General Manager, once again, takes advantage of the rules of the match, kicking Taker south of the border, breaking his grip. Taker falls down, and Flair doesn’t allow himself to take a break, keeping the pressure on the Deadman, and yanks the leg, before looking to apply the Figure Four. Flair turns over, and turns around, but The Phenom kicks Flair away, into the turnbuckle, with Flair hitting hard, and falling onto his back.
Meanwhile, The Undertaker gets back to his feet, still reeling though from the low blow moments ago. He moves towards Flair who is crouched down in the corner, and grabs him by the hair, dragging Flair up, but The Nature Boy strikes again, this time with a Brass Knucks, not even needing to conceal them, with Flair unable to get disqualified. This explains why Flair was crouched down, as he pulled the weapon from his trunks. Flair hooks the leg of The Undertaker, who surely cant kick out of that…

!!!
Ric Flairs eyes widen, in absolute shock that Taker kicked out from Brass Knucks. The General Manager gets back up to his feet, and takes a quick look at the top rope, then a look at The Undertaker, before deciding to climb the ropes, which gets a buzz going around the Fleet Centre. Flair reaches the top, but as he does, The Undertaker is back up, which gets a huge pop from the fans, as he catches Flair up top, and throws him back onto the canvas!!! Flair bounces off the canvas, grasping his back. He backs into the corner, with The Undertaker methodically following in, and he opens up on the General Manager, with a barrage of rights and lefts, to the body, and face, going to work on Flair, eventually stopping, which results in him backing away, and Flair staggers out of the corner, and flops onto the mat, face first, getting a pop from the fans.
Still, The Undertaker shows no emotions, and stands over Flair, who struggles to reach his feet. Flair pulls himself up on the ropes, and turns around, into the path of Taker again, this time with Taker goozling Flair once more … and delivers THE CHOKESLAM!!!! Taker drops down, and gets a lateral press on his opponent again, for a sure three count …

…TAKER IS PULLED OUT OF THE RING…
!!!
ITS BATISTA!!! The Animal has come to the aide of Ric Flair, and the referee can do nothing about it!!! Flair is oblivious to the run in, still out cold from the Chokeslam, but outside, Batista dominates Undertaker, and whips him into the steel steps!!! Inside the ring, the referee has to begin counting the Deadman out once again, with Batista standing by to make sure he cant get in.

…Taker breaks the count, just in time…
Undertaker gets back up, but as he begins to move after Flair, The Animal grabs his foot, causing a distraction, whilst Flair grabs the chair again, and doesn’t waste any time, cracking the weapon over the back of The Deadman. Taker crumbles to the mat, and Flair takes his leg, yanking at it a couple of times, before applying the Figure Four!!!
The submission is applied, and Flair looks to have Undertaker caught, dead centre of the ring!!! The fans start an ‘Un-der-taker’ chant, wanting the Phenom to pull through. Batista is on the outside, willing on Flair to get the job done, whilst The Undertaker remains defiant, and refuses to quit. He lays down, with his shoulders on the mat, meaning the referee has to count him out, 1...2... TAKER KICKS OUT!! The Deadman now sits up, and Flair sits up too, in shock, with Undertaker grabbing Flair by the throat. Naitch breaks the submission, but rakes the eyes of The Phenom!!!
Flair gets back up, and motions for Batista to get in too, and help him. Dave answers the call, and steps in the ring, with the official unable to step in, and order him out. Batista runs of the ropes, clubbing Taker down with a clothesline, with Flair immediately going for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! The Undertaker shoots his shoulder up, just in time, but immediately, Batista is back after him, putting the boots to The Deadman. Batista grabs Taker by the hair, and drags him up, putting him into position for a Batista Bomb, but Taker stops him, and runs Batista into the corner, three times, before walking back out, only to get chop blocked by Ric Flair!!! The Nature Boy backs into the ropes, and bounces back out, expertly placing his knee into the face of Taker, with a knee drop. Flair hooks the leg, looking to score a victory again, 1...2...KICK OUT ONCE AGAIN FROM TAKER!!!
Ric Flair looks to be at the end of his tether, with Taker showing no signs of staying down. Flair calls for Batista, who is in the corner, holding his back, after hitting the turnbuckle. Batista puts his hand up to say he’s okay, then runs across, and drives his knee into the side of Takers face. Flair again goes for the cover, 1...2...Kick Out. Batista steps in, and drags Taker up, whipping The Deadman into the corner. Flair follows in, unleashing a chop, striking the chest of Taker, lighting him up again.
Flair and Batista now team together, and hit a double whip to the opposite corner, with Taker impacting the turnbuckle, and bouncing right back out, from the velocity, but he blocks a shot from Flair, and knocks him down, only to have the rug pulled from under him again, as Batista spears Taker from behind!!! He drags Flair onto Taker again, draping his arm over for a cover, 1...2...KICK OUT AGAIN!!!
Now, Batista is furious. He grabs Taker by the throat, and drags him up, before ramming Taker into the corner, scoring with shoulders to the mid section. Dave whips Taker off the ropes, and in the blink of an eye, SCORES WITH A SPINE BUSTER!!!! Flair quickly hooks BOTH LEGS for the cover…

Flair is in disbelief. He looks up at a furious Batista, who cannot believe it either, after a tremendous amount of offence thrown at The Undertaker. Flair gets back up, and stamps the mat, letting out his frustration. Batista has an idea, and motions to Flair that he’ll hit Taker with a chair, if he holds him up. Ric develops a wry grin, liking the idea. He nods, and taps Batistas chest, as if to tell him ‘good work’. Batista grabs Taker, and holds The Deadman up, whilst Flair waits in prey, holding the chair. Batista has Taker up, and Flair takes one last look at the chair, before swinging, BUT TAKER DUCKS … FLAIR HITS BATISTA!!!!!
Batista falls into the ropes, whilst Flair stands frozen in shock. Meanwhile, as this goes on, Taker runs off the ropes, and comes back, knocking Flair down with a big right hand. Flair goes sprawling onto the mat, whilst Taker takes a moment to recover from the sustained beat down from Batista and Flair. He waits, as both Batista and Flair get back up, and as they do, he sprints off the ropes, and knocks both men down with a double clothesline!!!
Undertaker backs Batista into the corner, whilst Flair staggers into the opposite corner. Taker then unloads his barrage of left and right hands, before taking a look across at Flair, and sprints across, nailing Flair, runs back across, nailing Batista, back again, nailing Flair, back again, nailing Batista, and once more across, hitting Flair!!! Flair staggers out, doing one of his legendary flops, whilst Taker whips Batista across, into the opposite corner, before booting The Animal to the canvas!!!!
The Phenom bends down, and picks up the steel chair once more. He looks at the chair, and then Ric Flair, perhaps set to get himself disqualified?? He looks at the chair again, and thinks about hitting Flair, then, he turns around, and instead, blasts Batista with the chair, sending The Animal through the ropes and out of the ring!!!! Meanwhile, Ric Flair staggers back up, and as Taker drops the chair, he turns around, and grabs Flair, scooping him up, and gets The Nature Boy into position, AND HIT’S THE TOMBSTONE!!!!! Taker puts Flairs arms across his torso, with the darkness pin…

- Orton beats Tyson Tomko, despite interference from Christian.

Backstage, Todd Grisham catches up with Rob Van Dam and Bill Alfonso, as they leave the arena…

Todd Grisham:
Guys, GUYS!! Rob, now that you have broken your silence, I was wondering if I could get some comments.

Rob Van Dam:
And what exactly do you want my comments on?? Your tie?? Your pretty like side shade?? Or my tremendous victory tonight, at Armageddon!!!

Alfonso blows the whistle.

Todd Grisham:
That woul-

Rob Van Dam:
No, on second thoughts, how about you stand there, don’t speak, and I just talk. Todd, RVD is making a statement here and now. I watched Smackdown on Thursday night … albeit a little ‘under the influence’ if you know what I mean … well, you wouldn’t, but I watched the Highlight Reel, and heard that a Raw superstar would be appearing at Fully Loaded in two weeks time, to take part in a Gauntlet. Well, Todd. Rob Van Dam … Mr. Monday Night, Mr. PPV, The Whole DAMN show, is putting his name in the hat. That’s all I have to say, and that’s all I’m gonna say.

RVD and Alfonso walk off, leaving Todd looking a little daft.

**Burn in my light** Randy Orton enters to a booming cheer from the Fleet Centre. The Legend Killer looks ready for a war, knowing the hell he went through with Christian last month at Survivor Series, before letting off his pyro, posing all the while.

Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing 245 pounds, he is the Legend Killer, Randy Orton!!!

Jim Ross:
Just four weeks ago, Randy Orton wrestled inside the demonic war games for nearly sixty minutes, before he was finally defeated, by none other than Captain Charisma, Christian. Tonight, Orton attempts to avenge that loss, and perhaps thrust himself into position to be the number one contender to face the World Champion.

The Coach:
It’s no secret that the internet, and the dirt sheets have all rumoured that the winner of this one goes on to meet HBK or John Cena next, but after some big wins for RVD and Batista tonight, I wouldn’t be so sure.

**Just Close Your Eyes** Christian enters the arena, along with Tyson Tomko, who pats his back, hyping up Christian. Captain Charisma doesn’t look too worried as he walks to the ring rather confident, posing to the fans, ahead of one of his biggest matches to date.

Lillian Garcia:
And his opponent, being accompanied by Tyson Tomko, weighing 246 pounds, CHRISTIAN!!!

Jim Ross:
Captain Charisma, the break out star of 2005 in my opinion, love him or hate him, I gotta believe its true. Four wins in four months over The Undertaker, and the sole survivor last month at Survivor Series, which led to Mick Foley being ousted as General Manager of Raw.

The Coach:
I’ve been looking forward to this one for weeks J.R. This is a potential show stealer my friend.

One on One:

Randy Orton vs. Christian

Christian looks set to get into the ring, but Randy Orton tries to come after him, only for Christian to jump off the apron, whilst the referee holds Randy Orton back. Christian walks around ringside, pointing to the ring, and Orton, telling the referee he wants Orton to keep his distance. Meanwhile, Tyson Tomko gets onto the apron, trying to distract Orton, only for The Legend Killer to quickly knock him off with a right hand.

As Ortons attention is diverted, Christian slides in, and looks to attack from behind, but Orton turns around too early for Christian, and Captain Charisma freezes, not expecting Orton to turn around. Randy strikes Christian, and knocks him down. Christian rolls out of the ring, and waves Orton off, deciding to take a few moments to clear his head. Orton is forced to stay in the ring, as the referee begins to count Captain Charisma out. Christian talks with Tomko, who holds his mouth, feeling the sting from Ortons punch. Christian takes off his sparkly track suit, and tentatively re-enters the ring at five.
Now, the fans come alive, as Orton and Christian stare across the ring at one another. They circle the ring, not changing their focus, before tying up. Both men struggle for supremacy, but it is Orton who gets the best of this tussle, shoving Christian into the corner. Christian looks taken aback, and pushes himself out of the corner, and dusts himself off, before locking up with Orton again, only this time, The legend killer shoves Christian onto the canvas!!! This time, Christian tries to take Orton by surprise by getting right back up, but Orton is quick to respond, hitting a headlock takedown, and applies a headlock, once again, out manoeuvring Captain Charisma.
Christian spins out of the headlock, and back up, runs at Orton, but gets knocked down with a forearm. He gets up again, and ducks a clothesline, then comes off the ropes, but Orton catches him with an arm drag!!!! Now, Christian rolls out of the ring, pissed off with the way the match has started. Tyson Tomko tries to calm him, and tries to give him a shoulder rub, with Christian pulling away, asking Tomko what he is doing. Orton senses Christian has taken his mind off him, and decides to follow out, coming after Christian, but Christian sees him in time, and goes to hide behind The Problem Solver, pushing Tomko into the path of Orton, with Orton knocking Tyson down with a clothesline!!! Now, Christian tries to create distance between himself and Orton, and runs away, with Randy in pursuit, but Christian wisely rolls back in, and attacks Orton, as he slides back into the ring too.
Christian walks over to Orton and hits an elbow to the sternum. He hooks the far leg, …1...2...KICK OUT. Orton kicks out. Christian measures Orton up as Orton rises to his feet. Christian kicks Orton in the gut and hooks Randy up, hoisting him high in the air, before delivering a vertical suplex. Orton screams and touches his back. Christian follows up with a cover, …1...2...Kick Out again from The Legend Killer.
Orton kicks out drawing some cheers from the crowd. Christian gets back up, and stands a small distance from Orton, waiting for him to rise again, as Christian looks to have a plan. He gets behind The Legend Killer, and lifts him in the air, hitting a side suplex. He leans back for a cover, 1...2...Kick Out again from Orton. Christian doesn’t let the kick out faze him, and he picks Orton up and whips him against the ropes. Orton rebounds off the ropes, and looks to hit a clothesline, but Captain Charisma ducks, and Orton bounces off the opposite ropes with Christian meeting him on the way back, hitting a back body drop, with Orton thudding on the mat.
Despite this, Orton is up rather quickly, but Christian remains in control, and hits a clothesline. Christian follows up, and attempts to drain more life from Orton, and applies a chin lock. Orton puts his hand on the mat and spins around to escape out of the submission and applies a side headlock of his own to Christian. Christian though isn’t going to let the hold set in, and fights it immediately, pushing his frame up off the mat, and elbowing Orton away, before hitting a knee to the gut. Christian now sets up for THE UNPRETTIER … BUT ORTON QUICKLY COUNTERS … and he hooks his arm around Captain Charismas back and hits a side Russian leg sweep as a counter to the deadly finisher of Christian. Orton covers, with a hook of the leg,

Christian kicks out. Orton slowly gets to his feet and he pulls Christian up with him. He nails a punch to Christian. Christian takes a few steps backward, feeling a little groggy, but comes back and punches Orton in the face. Orton nails a left and a right to Christian. Christian takes a wild swing and Orton ducks under the right hand, taking full advantage, looking to hit his modified back breaker/ neck breaker, but Christian elbows free, and backs into the corner, looking to regain his composure, but Orton sprints at him, only for Christian to turn the tide, and hit’s a drop toe hold, with Orton colliding with the turnbuckle!!!
The Legend Killer looks uneasy on his feet, struggling after the drop toe hold, with Christian sensing an opening now. He moves in for the kill, and kicks his enemy in the gut, before hitting a Northern Lights Suplex, bridging his legs, with the shoulders of Orton down for the count, 1...2...KICK OUT!!! Christian slaps the mat, venting his anger. He takes a look at Orton, and thinks about what to do next.
Christian slows the pace down a little, backing Randy against the ropes, hitting three chops, before pushing The Legend Killer into the corner. He kicks at him, knocking Orton down into the corner, and Captain Charisma begins to stomp the chest, before choking him, forcing the referee to step in, and break it up. Christian protests his innocence, and picks Randy up again, before whipping him off the ropes, but Captain Charisma gets the unexpected, with Randy Orton bursting out, from the ropes, and knocks down Christian with a shoulder block. Christian gets back up, but Randy puts him right back down with a simple front slam. Randy Orton then pumps up the crowd, getting them involved in the match, before he bounces off the ropes, knocking Captain Charisma down with a clothesline. He bounces off again, knocking Captain Charisma down again with the clothesline. He wait’s a second, before bouncing off the ropes, again, and AGAIN hit’s a running clothesline!!! Christian bounces into the ropes, hanging through the middle, trying to get his breath, but instead leaves himself open for Randy, who bounces off the ropes, and hit’s a knee to the back of Christian, with Captain Charisma choking on the ropes.
Randy Orton pulls Christian out from the ropes, and gets him up, hitting a neck breaker, with a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Randy stomps on Christian, telling Captain Charisma to get up. Christian gets to his feet, but Randy whips him off the ropes, hitting a dropkick upon his return. He hooks the leg for another count, 1...2...Kick Out. Randy Orton continues to show his aggression, with stiff shots to Christian face, and whips him off the ropes once more, but this time, we get a glimpse of the real Captain Charisma, as he holds onto the ropes, and tries to get out of the ring, only for Orton to catch him. Orton pulls him back in, but CC hit’s a swinging neck breaker!!! Christian hooks the leg, 1...2...Kick Out from Orton!!!
Christian spits his gum out at the fans, then runs at Randy, but The Legend Killer shows his awareness, with a back body drop to Christian sending him to the floor. Randy steps out through the ropes, and dives onto Christian, knocking him down with an elbow!!! Randy Orton slaps hands with some fans, before picking Christian up, and whipping him, HARD into the steel steps. Randy shouts out to the crowd, who cheer back, as he picks Christian up by the hair again, before whipping him into the barricade, with Christian falling into the crowd!!! The Legend Killer is given a few stern words from the official, which gives Christian time to get back in the ring.
Randy eventually follows him in, but Christian meets Randy with a basement dropkick, swinging the advantage back in Christians favour. Christian hit’s a snap suplex, floating into a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Christian waits for Randy to get up, and rolls him up, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Randy jumps up, inside cradle from Christian, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Randy jumps up again, but this time, Christian hooks in a sleeper, tripping Orton, onto his knees.
Randy Orton doesn’t let him get it synched in though, and breaks free with a back suplex, following up with a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!! Both men get to their feet, with The Legend Killer running at Captain Charisma, but Christian low bridges the ropes, and Randy falls to the outside!!! The referee leans out to check on Randy after a horrible landing, which gives Christian the green light to mess with the turnbuckles. He undoes the padding from the top rope, which takes him a lot longer than he would’ve liked. Randy Orton by this time, has gotten back on the apron, but Christian dropkicks him back off with Randy colliding with the Spanish announce table!!!
Christian wipes his hands, as if the job is done, before he non-chalantly steps out, and down off the apron. He attempts to whip Orton into the steps, but Randy counters, and sends Christian into the steps instead!!!! Orton doesn’t rest, and quickly rolls Christian back inside, before hooking the leg, 1...2...Kick Out. Orton appears to be picking up the pace now, and quickly picks Christian up, pushing him against the ropes, and whips him off the opposite side, then runs at his opponent to meet him, but Tyson Tomko trips him!!! Orton turns around, and reaches down to take a swipe at The Problem Solver, but from behind, Christian attacks Orton, clubbing the back. He drags Orton back in, and eventually, after some struggling from Orton, Christian hit’s a reverse DDT, immediately going for a cover…

Christian pounds the mat twice, venting his anger, before getting back up, and adjusting his tights, whilst Orton struggles to his feet. Christian looks to the outside, shaking his head in annoyance, with Tomko shouting something to him, to try and calm Christian down. Captain Charisma throws Orton through the middle rope, to the floor, then diverts the attention of the official, which allows his Problem Solver to carry out some dirty work.
Tomko picks Orton up, onto his shoulders, and lawn darts the Legend Killer, straight into the ring post. Christian continues to distract the referee, whilst outside, Tyson Tomko continues to punish Randy Orton, and hit’s a Pump handle slam, onto the mats. Christian makes a motion with his hand, directed at Tomko, and Tyson rolls Orton back in, with Christian going for the cover …

The kick out immediately results in a classic temper tantrum from Christian, who is getting more agitated with each kick out. Slowly, he drags Orton up, but Orton takes him by surprise, and gets an inside cradle on an unsuspecting Christian …

Immediately, Christian bounces up, and retakes control, hitting a clothesline to his unsteady opponent. Christian looks around, and pounds on his chest, getting a fairly mixed reaction from the fans. He stomps the head of Orton once more, before waiting until Randy pushes himself up slightly, then slapping the legend killer around the head, bad mouthing, and telling him to stop delaying the inevitable. Orton struggles up, with Christian chopping him into the ropes, then whips him across the ring, putting Orton back down with a high dropkick, quickly getting a lateral press, 1...2...Kick Out.
Once again, Christian is furious. He gets up, and slides out of the ring, pushing away Lillian Garcia and the time keeper, before picking up, and folding a steel chair. Captain Charisma gets back in the ring, and looks set to get himself intentionally disqualified, after being infuriated by Orton in this match. He swings back, and looks set to explode, but the official grabs the chair, and pulls it away from Christian!!! Captain Charisma turns around, and yells at the referee, saying ‘What the hell are you doing??’ He pushes the referee, but to his surprise, the official pushes back. Christian staggers backwards a little, and Orton rolls him up…

Even still, Christian is first up, with Orton having suffered the majority of a beat down thus far. Christian drives his knee into the chest of Orton, before taking out more frustrations, by choking the Legend Killer, breaking at the referees count of four. He gets up, and continues his argument he conducted with the official moments ago, with the referee telling Christian he had to take the chair from him, or would’ve been forced to call a DQ. Christian again stomps Ortons head, before picking him back up, pushing Orton into the corner. Christian slaps the face of the Legend Killer, then chops Orton a couple more times, before taking a few steps back. He sizes Randy up, looking to drive his shoulder into Ortons ribs, but as he charges towards him, Orton uses the ropes to leap into the air, with Christians shoulder hitting the ring post instead. Christian staggers out, holding his shoulder, whilst Orton hoists himself up, onto the top rope, where he crouches down, and waits, as Christian turns around, with Orton flying through the air, and connecting with a scintillating cross body, taking Christian down, resulting in a count…

……CHRISTIAN ROLLS HIS SHOULDER OUT……

Orton now looks to be building up some steam, as Christian takes his time to get up from the cross body. Orton kneels down behind a seated Christian, before beginning to nail forearms to the chest region, unrelenting, with the fans cheering along to each shot, as Christians chest turns a beet red. Eventually, Orton relents, with the fans giving a huge ovation, as Christian comically rolls around the mat, holding his chest. He tries to crawl out of the ring, but Orton develops a devilish grin, and reaches for Christian, grabbing his leg, and dragging him back in, resulting in a carpet burn type friction for Captain Charisma!!!
The fans eat this up, as Tomkos face grimaces on the outside. In the ring, Orton drops an elbow to the back of Christian, before rolling Christian over, and getting a cover, 1...2...Kick Out!!! Orton quickly gets back up, dragging Christian with him. Orton whips Christian off the ropes, and knocks him back down with a reverse elbow, following with a cover, 1...2...Kick Out. Christian survives a little longer. Randy Orton though isn’t fazed, and he drags Christian up again, but this time, Christian fights back, striking Orton in the mid section, creating some distance between himself and The Legend Killer. Christian gets back up, and backs Randy into the ropes, taking a few deep breaths, before attempting to whip him into the corner, but Orton counters, and sends his opponent in instead. Christian hit’s the corner, and Orton runs in after him, and scores with a splash!!! Christian staggers out, and Orton follows up, hitting a neck breaker. Orton hooks the leg… 1...2...TOMKO PUTS CHRISTIANS BOOT ON THE ROPES!!!!!
Orton sees what happened, and looks rightly furious. The Legend Killer slowly gets up, mouthing something at Tomko, before getting out of the ring, and begins to chase Tomko, the whole way around the ring, twice, until Tyson slides back in, and runs past Christian, then as Orton gets in, he is clobbered by Christian, who hit’s a thunderous clothesline!!! Captain Charisma kneels down, and covers … also putting his feet on the ropes for leverage!!!!

Captain Charisma looks around, and begins to pull at his short hair, obviously seething that Orton wont stay down. Once again, Ortons will to fight on infuriates Captain Charisma. Christian once again slaps the canvas, losing his temper one more time. He looks at the referee, and asks him if he’s an Orton fan, with the referee looking puzzled. Christian then slaps his hands three times, indicating he needs to count to three for him, instead of stopping at two. He drags Orton up, and drives a knee to the gut, before going for a whip, but Orton counters, sending Christian into the ropes, and scores with a dropkick!!! Christian immediately gets back up, but into the path of Orton, who hit’s a simple scoop slam. Orton waits, as Christian slowly rises back up, and gets Christian into position for a DDT, but Christian fights out, breaking the grip, and goes for a clothesline, but Orton ducks, and GOES FOR THE RKO … BUT CHRISTIAN PUSHES HIM AWAY!!! Orton runs into the ropes, and comes back, but ducks a clothesline again from Christian, then kicks him in the gut, and lands with a DDT!!!!! Orton hooks the leg…

Orton nods as the official holds up two fingers to him, indicating the near fall that just took place. Randy continues to nod as he gets back up, and looks around, yelling ‘RKO’. He claps his hand, then crouches down as he lays in wait for Christian to get up. Captain Charisma starts to get up, but, with Tomko realising that Christian is in deep trouble, he jumps on the apron, and starts waving his arms, which distracts Orton. The Legend Killer walks over, and slaps Tomko across the face, with Tomko then trying to get inside the ring. The referee stops him, and makes Orton back up, but the distraction is enough time for Christian to recover, and he sneaks up behind Randy, hitting a LOW BLOW!!!!! Orton drops to a knee, whilst Christian builds on the opening, by hooking Orton up, and with no resistance, Christian delivers THE UNPRETTIER!!!!! Lillian Garcia:
The following contest, is the Last Man Standing Match, and it is for the World Heavyweight Championship.

**BREAK IT DOWN** HBK hops out, into the arena, trying to look as relaxed as possible, carrying the World Title for what could well be the final time. He lets off his pyro as always, before taking off his leather slacks on his way down the aisle.

Lillian Garcia:
Introducing first, from San Antonio, Texas, representing D-Generation X, weighing 230 pounds, he is the World Heavyweight Champion, The Heart Break Kid, Shawn Michaels!!!

Jim Ross:
Despite the history between Cena and Michaels through the second half of this year, this is only their second one on one meeting, but they have crossed paths a number of times.

The Coach:
It’s been brewing for months J.R. It’s been bubbling under the surface for months, and tonight, it reaches boiling point. It’s all or nothing for both men. No rematches after tonight.

**MY TIME IS NOW** John Cena enters the arena to a MASSIVE home town response. The Dr. of Thuganomics plays to the home town crowd for a few moments, posing with his own custom belt, before pointing at the ring, and pointing back at himself, letting HBK know it is just them now.

Lillian Garcia:
And his opponent, from West Newberry, MASSACHUSETTS, weighing 248 pounds, the challenger, JOHN CENA!!!!

Jim Ross:
As you said, it’s all or nothing for both men tonight. Will John Cenas home state be the deciding factor tonight in helping Cena recapture the title for the second time, or will Michaels rise above the challenger, and retain the title???

The Coach:
Time for talk is over. It’s time for both Cena and Michaels to put up or shut up.

World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Last Man Standing Match:

Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena

John Cena enters the ring, and plays to the fans, whilst Shawn Michaels gets out, wisely, before Cena can get at him to kick start the match. Cena goes to each turnbuckle, getting a rousing ovation from the fans, before he spots HBK on the outside, and decides he has waited long enough. Cena drops down off the top rope, and climbs out through the ropes, before dropping onto the floor, and comes after an unaware HBK.

Michaels hears the fans screams, and looks around, just in time for him to see Cena knock him over with a clothesline!!! HBK bumps around the mats, as Cena closes in, and puts the boots to HBK, as the referee calls for the bell to officially start the match.
Michaels rolls around, trying to get some distance between him and Cena, but the challenger is like a rabid dog, thirsty for blood, and he shows no signs of giving Michaels any time to get up. Cena stomps Michaels incessantly, with HBK eventually falling under the bottom rope, and onto the floor below. Cena though, still doesn’t rest, and follows Michaels out.
Shawn gets up, but as Cena right on him again, with Michaels this time blocking, and raking the eyes in desperation. He then climbs over the barrier, trying to escape the Doctor of Thuganomics. Cena follows, jumping the barrier, as he and the champion take the fight into the crowd!!!!
HBK tries to run away, but trips over a cable, and the Dr of Thuganomics begins to close in on HBK, but the Showstopper in a desperate attempt, grabs a carton of popcorn, and chucks it at Cena, then a cup of beer, whilst fans take a swipe at HBK. Michaels gets to his feet, and begins to run through the crowd, looking back continuously as Cena continues to come after him. HBK grabs a chair, and throws it at the challenger, then grabs another, and throws it, and another and another. John Cena though, squats the chairs away like flies.
Michaels then finds himself back at the entrance way, and grabs a chair again, this time though, he doesn’t throw it, but instead waits for Cena. He attempts to level the challenger, but Cena ducks, and takes the chair from Michaels. The Challenger drops the chair, and comes after HBK, but Shawn manages to take down Cena with a drop toe hold. Cena gets to his feet, while HBK is still arguing with fans, then as Michaels turns around, he is met with a running clothesline from the doctor of thuganomics, and goes right back down.
The Dr. Of Thuganomcis then picks HBK by the hair, and rams him into the entrance way super structure, and knocks him down with another big right hand. John Cena then kicks him all the way back down the ramp, towards the ring. The Challenger picks up the Heartbreak Kid and rams him into the ring apron again, then smashes him with an elbow. Cena takes Michaels towards the announce tables, but Shawn Michaels elbows free, before quickly getting back into the ring.
Cena then follows, and doesn’t give Michaels a chance to gain the momentum, running into him, ramming him into the corner. Cena backs up, then runs at Michaels, but HBK sticks his foot up, catching The Champion right in the kisser. Cena backs away, holding his jaw, with Michaels now going on the offence, hitting an inverted atomic drop. Cena backs away again, and again, Michaels takes his opportunity, hitting a second inverted atomic drop. Cena shows the strain from the move, whilst Michaels continues to try and put down Cena, taking him down this time with a swinging neck breaker. Michaels points at Cena, as if to ask the official to count.

…
…Cena breaks the count…
Michaels slows the pace down a little, backing Cena against the ropes, hitting three chops, before pushing The Challenger into the corner. He kicks at him, knocking Cena down into the corner, and HBK begins to stomp the chest, before choking him, forcing the referee to step in, and break it up. Michaels protests his innocence, telling the referee he cant stop him, and picks Cena up again, before whipping him off the ropes, but HBK gets the unexpected, with John Cena bursting out, from the ropes, and knocks down Michaels with a shoulder block!!!!!!!
Michaels gets back up, but Cena puts him right back down with a front slam. John Cena then pumps up the crowd, getting them involved in the match, before he bounces off the ropes, knocking Shawn down with a clothesline. He bounces off again, knocking HBK down again with the clothesline. He wait’s a second, before bouncing off the ropes, again, and AGAIN hit’s a running clothesline, turning Michaels inside out!!! John Cena pulls Michaels out from the ropes, and gets him up, hitting his side suplex into a powerbomb move, with a cover … No count. Cena then remembers the Last Man Standing rule, before getting up, and allowing the count…

…HBK breaks the count…
…
He struggles to his feet, but as soon as he does, Cena pounces at him, and sends the champion flying over the top rope, and to the floor with a clothesline. Cena runs around the ring, getting the fans going wild once again. Eventually, the challenger steps out of the ring, and back onto the floor, coming after HBK again, with Michaels looking dazed at this point.
Cena drags him up, and slams Michaels head off the steel steps, and again, and a third time, with Michaels reeling away, and flopping face first onto the cold hard floor. Cena yells to the fans ‘That’s what I’m talking about’, before going after HBK yet again. Cena picks Michaels up by the arm, and goes for a whip into the ringpost, but Michaels drops down before Cena can, and executes a low blow to the challenger!!!!!
John Cena slowly drops down, holding onto his crown jewels, unable to protect himself from that low blow. Michaels runs his fingers through his hair, and takes a few deep breaths before deciding to take control. He gets up, and walks around the ringside area, picking up a steel chair from the time keepers table. He walks back around, and takes a look to see John Cena, and does, with Cena on his knees, still trying to recover from the low blow. Michaels makes his way around, and slams the chair against the back of the challenger, knocking Cena onto his front. Michaels smiles, and nods, motioning that the title will stay with him after this night. HBK slides the chair into the ring, then rolls Cena in too.
The Showstopper follows in, and stomps on his challenger, bad mouthing him at the same time. Cena holds his back, and reaches for the ropes, looking to get back up. Eventually he does, but before he can even turn around, Michaels zeros in on him, and strikes Cena with the steel chair, wrapping the weapon around his knee!!!!
The Challenger falls like a tonne of bricks, instantly grabbing his knee. Michaels shows no compassion, and immediately strikes the knee again, bashing the chair against the joint, and a third time, fourth, and a fifth!!! John Cena yells in agony, unable to take the pain from the chair shots to the injured body part. Still though, Michaels doesn’t relent, and slams the chair off the knee once again, before dropping the chair, and sliding back out of the ring, and gets another chair!!! The Heart Break Kid slides back in, and stomps the face of a decapitated challenger, before placing one of the chairs under Cenas knee, and takes the other, before hitting a conchairto to the bad knee of the Doctor of Thuganomics, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!!! Michaels slams the chair against the mat in defiance, and tells the referee to get on with it, as Cena writhes along the mat, clutching his knee…
… … 1 … … 2 … … 3 … Cena tries to pull himself up on the ropes … 4 … … 5 … … Cena reaches a vertical base, breaking the count, but struggles on just one leg. The Challenger hobbles across to Michaels, but Shawn swats him away, before dropping down, and kicking the back of the leg away on Cena, bringing him down once again. Michaels doesn’t want the count just yet, and drags Cena back up, and delivers a dragon screw, further wrenching the knee of the challenger. John Cena looks to be lifeless, as Mike Chioda is left with no choice but to make the ten count…

Shawn has broken the count, but he appears to be spaghetti legged from the punch into the chair. He falls into the corner, with Cena following him in … and strikes with a right hand. The Challenger shows how weary he is, falling onto Michaels after hitting the shot, with his knee giving out. He pushes himself away, before leaning back, and nailing a second right hand. Cena whips Michaels to the opposite corner, and summons the energy to follow in, hitting a corner based clothesline, despite limping in. Michaels staggers out of the corner, with The Challenger bouncing off the ropes, knocking Shawn down with a clothesline, signalling another count from Chioda.
… … 1 … … 2 … … 3 … Michaels tries to pull himself up on the ropes … 4 … … 5 … … Shawn is nearly up to his feet, with Cena stomping in the corner, trying to fight the pain barrier of his knee, as he realises Shawn will break the count. … 6 … 7 … Michaels is back up. Cena comes after him, going for a clothesline … BUT Michaels DUCKS … clothesline from Michaels to Cena!!!
Both men go down, Cena from the impact of the clothesline, and Michaels from the velocity of hitting the clothesline. The referee is left with no option but to begin a ten count. The fans are solidly behind John Cena, with a loud and clear ’Lets go Cena’ chant ringing throughout the sold out Fleet Centre.
… 1 … … 2 … … Michaels is first to move, slowly sitting up, shaking his head loose, trying to getting his scrambled head together … 3 … still no movement from The Challenger … 4 … … Michaels starts to make it onto his knees, reaching for the top rope … … 5 … Michaels is up … but Cena is only beginning to stir now … 6 … the chants of ’Cena’ grows louder, willing Cena to get up to his feet … 7 … The Challenger begins to climb up onto the ropes, nearly getting to his feet … Michaels stops the count himself, dumping The Challenger over the top rope, onto the floor.
Mike Chioda tries to give Michaels a talking to, but Shawn ignores the official, instead rolling out of the ring, coming after the Challenger. Michaels strikes Cena with a right hand, with The Challenger falling onto the announce table (at ringside for this event), draping over it, his blood dripping onto the table. Michaels clubs the back, before grabbing The Challenger by the arm, and whips Cena, KNEE first into the steel steps!!! Cena lays on his front at ringside, still not having moved from the spot. Michaels shouts to Chioda to start counting him out.
… 1 … Michaels shouts at the referee to count faster … 2 … … 3 … … 4 … Cena lifts his head up, looking around his area, with a far away look in his eyes … 5 … … 6 … The Challenger starts to pull himself up on the steel steps … 7 … Michaels breaks the count once more, pounding the back of Cena.
Michaels pulls Cena up, and whips him, front first, into the announce table, with Cena sliding across the table, colliding with The Coach, as he falls onto the cold hard concrete. Again, HBK instructs Chioda to count Cena out.
The cameraman manages to get a shot of Cena, who is laid out, side by side, with the Coach, after inadvertently colliding with him. Mike Chioda begins his ten count, having to get outside the ring in order to see The Challenger. … 1 … … 2 … … Michaels trash talks Cena, who has yet to move … … 3 … The Challenger rolls over, onto his side, and puts his hands onto Coachman’s empty seat, in order to pull himself up … 4 … … 5 … Cena reaches his knees, and now holds onto the barricade, to pull him up fully … 6 … … 7 … Cena breaks the count … but as soon as he gets up, Michaels clubs him from behind, sending Cena back down, as a crumpled mess on the floor.
… 1 … … 2 … … Cena crawls toward the time keepers position, pulling on his trousers, to help himself up … … 3 … Michaels gets into an argument with a fan, taking his eye off The Challenger … 4 … … 5 … Cena breaks the count, pulling himself up on the time keepers table. Michaels sees this, and walks back towards his opponent, who is draped over the time keepers table. Shawn reaches Cena, and turns him around, only to get clobbered by The Challenger with a devastating ring bell shot!!!!
Michaels immediately falls, with Cena staggering around ringside, just staying on his feet. Mike Chioda begins to count, with Shawn Michaels in a world of trouble at this point …

Michaels slides the table into the ring, before coming after a defenceless John Cena, throwing a right hand, and rolls The Challenger back inside. Michaels pulls Cena back up, and whips him off the ropes, turning The Challenger inside out upon his return, with a simple knee to the mid section. Michaels kneels down, and pounds at the blood wound of Cena, opening him up further, and marking his own hands with the challengers blood. HBK gets back up, and drags Cena up too, before backing Cena into the corner. Michaels slowly delivers a knife edge chop, before leaning back, looking to strike again, but seemingly out of thin air, Cena comes back, and rams Michaels right across the ring, ramming him into the opposite corner, and pounds The Champion in the corner with a succession of right hands, beating relentlessly at the face of his opponent. Cena looks to be hitting his second wind, and whips The Showstopper as hard as he can across the ring, with HBK hitting the ropes so hard, he flips onto the top in his trademark fashion, before falling off backwards, crumpling on the mat. John Cena though, isn’t interested in allowing Nick Patrick to issue the count, and quickly scoops Cena off the mat, gripping him from behind, and connects surprisingly, with a German Suplex!!! John Cena takes a moment to get back up, and wipes his forehead, clearing his eyes of blood, whilst Chioda begins his ten count

HBK is up, but not at 100%, with both men now busted open of course. HBK looks across at John Cena, who is breathing heavily, but not taking his eyes off of the champion. Michaels motions for Cena to come and get him, and Cena nods, making his way at Michaels. The two meet in the centre of the ring, and start swinging for the fences, dishing out as much as they possibly can. Cena begins to get the best of the brawl, out numbering Michaels blows, and starts to make HBK back into the corner, but HBK then gouges the eyes, once again, with the challenger staggering away. Michaels follows up, and hit’s a dropkick to the back of the head, knocking Cena down, for another count…

The Challenger drops back to his knees. Michaels smirks, and bends down, pulling Cena up by the head, and backs the lifeless Doctor of Thuganomics into the corner. Michaels sizes him up, before precisely striking with a right hand. Cena is on dream street at this point, on borrowed time.
Michaels once again, holds Cena up, before picking his spot, and strikes with another stinging right hand. Michaels starts to take liberties now with the battered Cena, and slaps him across the face, with The Challenger reeling, staggering around the ropes, into the next corner. Michaels follows and slaps The Challenger again, this time, with Cena falling onto the torso of Michaels. Michaels shoves The Challenger back into the corner, and goes for one more right hand … BUT Cena BLOCKS IT!!!!! The Challenger comes back, with a vicious right hand to Michaels, and a second, and a third, firing up, fighting from the corner.
The Boston Fleet Centre comes alive for the home state hero, with The Challenger digging down deep, taking the fight to Michaels once again, with one last surge!!! Michaels starts to back away, with the right hands shaking HBK. Michaels tries to stop the momentum, going for a clothesline, but The Challenger ducks, and scoops Shawn up, slamming him down to the canvas. Michaels sits up, and tries to reach his feet immediately, with The Challenger getting the fans fired up, trying to get them to will him on.
Shawn Michaels gets up, but is nailed with a big right hand from the inspired challenger, and a second, followed by a right hand, second right hand, third right hand, backing Michaels against the ropes. Cena whips Shawn off the ropes, and knocks him down with a reverse elbow. Right away, Michaels rolls to the ropes, to pull himself back up. As he does this, Cena starts to pick up more adrenaline, and whips Michaels across the ring, but HBK counters, and tries to whip Cena, but Cena counters this, and sends Michaels over the top rope … BUT MICHAELS HOLDS ONTO THE ROPES!!!
Shawn Michaels hangs on for dear life, as Cena reaches over the ropes. The Champion tries to skin the cat, and take Cena down with a head scissors by doing so, but Cena catches his foot, and pulls him off the ropes, getting HBK into position … AND DELIVERS THE FU!!!!!

Meanwhile, Shawn Michaels has set up the table, which was slid into the ring, but never used. The Champion sees Cena is up, and makes his way over to Cena, backing him into the corner, throwing consecutive right hands. Both men look spent, after such a long, gruelling match, with little rest bite for either man. Michaels whips Cena to the opposite corner, and follows in with an elbow directly to the face. John Cena is staggered from the elbow, and slumps down in the corner, whilst The Champion goes back to the table, setting it up.
Eventually, he gets the table set up, and looks towards a bloody John Cena, then makes his way towards him, dragging the challenger up, and looks to place him onto the table. Cena tries fighting it, but now, he looks to be fading, and this time, HBK seems to get the better of him rather easily, before placing Cena onto the table. Michaels now climbs the ropes, and reaches the top, before taking a look around, and breathing hard, then turns around, and instead of the expected flying elbow … HBK GOES FOR A MOONSAULT … BUT CENA MOVES … AND MICHAELS CRASHES AND BURNS!!!!!
The Fleet Centre ERUPTS with a ‘Holy Shit’ chant. Not one ass is on a seat after that spot, with HBK laying in a crumpled mess which was the table just a few seconds ago. The fans roar with a mixed reaction, half cheering Michaels that he got up, despite him being the heel, whilst half boo, wanting Cena to win the title back for the second time. John Cena shakes his head in disbelief, whilst a battered, and possibly concussed Michaels staggers around the ring. Cena comes at HBK, and slams him down to the mat, before bending down, pumping up his shoes, before leaning into the ropes, and coming back out, wiping off his shoulder, and delivering the emphatic 5 Knuckle Shuffle!!! Michaels doesn’t spot the referees count stopped, and still celebrates, whilst Cena stands behind him, on the canvas, his face snarling. Michaels still jigs on the ropes, holding up both belts, until Cena clubs his back, and gets HBK in position, walking out of the corner with Michaels on his shoulders, and looks to be going for an electric chair, but he staggers back a little, and HBK grabs onto the top rope, with him pulling on Cena, and BOTH MEN STUMBLE OVER THE TOP ROPE … THUDDING ONTO THE FLOOR!!! Both Cena and Michaels are laid out on the mats, the claret still flowing freely.

John Cena staggers towards Michaels, but HBK scores with a chop, then knocks the challenger down with a straight right hand. Michaels waves it off, yelling ‘this is it’. HBK pushes past Coach and J.R, before taking the monitors off the table, and basically clearing it to put Cena through it. Michaels walks back around, and grabs Cena by the hair, bouncing his head off the steps, before placing Cena onto the announce table.
Michaels steps onto the table, and drags Cena up too, clubbing on his back the entire time. He kicks Cena in the gut, and slowly sets the challenger up for a DDT through the table, but suddenly, CENA HOISTS MICHAELS UP, INTO POSITION FOR THE FU … AND HITS IT FROM THE RAW ANNOUNCE TABLE, OVER TO THE SPANISH ANNOUNCE TABLE!!!! FU THROUGH THE TABLE!!!! The table collapses from the force of the move, with HBK literally old cold. Cena stands on the Raw announce table, whilst the referee begins to count…
