If you wanna be built like a tank heres some tips;
1. eat like 7 meals a day.
2. Work out every day for hours on end.
3. Drink protein shakes, eggs etc.
4. WORK OUT!
Sorry, I'm not a robot. I also don't have the time or desire to cook 7 meals a day, nor the insanity to work out 3 hours a day. That sounds more like a guide to making it a full time job.
