Ric Flair decided he still wanted to be involved with wrestling some how, but Vince McMahon would only hire him if he would come back wrestling full time, which Flair just couldn't do. He Talked to jeff Jarrett, about working with TNA part time just working backstage, but Jeff had nothing for Flair, then Flair got it.... Hes going to start his own company with some of the money he has saved up, of course he cant start off to big in case it fails so he dosent go bankrupt so he is going to only sign 15 superstars, between free agents and some who have recently been released. For now Flair has bought a one hour time slot every monday night on CW network at 11 pm (central) (also not when i post the shows) As of right now there are no PPVs until the company makes it bigger
