Go to Manager > Switch User or it might be Options > Switch User. I love smaller teams as you really get a sense of achievement. I got Sutton Utd promoted via the playoffs to BSP and I am in the 3rd round draw after a miraculous draw against Chesterfield where I was 12-1 to win with a 65 yard free kick.
