COMING TO YOU FROM THE UK!!!

THREE’S A CROWD FOR THE CHAMP

Randy Orton certainly found out last week that three certainly will be a crowd at Wrestlemania when he defends his WWE Championship against not just one challenger but two. It’s been difficult for The Legend Killer even since Kane won the Royal Rumble over two weeks ago with all the uncertainty surrounding just which title The Big Red Machine will be challenging for, and last week, Orton got his answer at the most inconvenient of times. Raw’s Head of Authority, Eric Bischoff was also uncertain of just which title Kane had his sights on leading in to last weeks show, forcing Bischoff in to a difficult decision as he made one more match between Orton and his arch rival, John Cena. Bischoff guaranteed Cena a title shot at Wrestlemania if he could defeat Orton last week, and just when it seemed Orton had regained his composure, Kane’s arrival threw the WWE Champion off guard, allowing Cena to book his place in the main event of Wrestlemania.

But if that wasn’t bad enough for Orton, Kane’s father, Paul Bearer returned and delivered the news Orton was dreading, Kane is coming after his title at Wrestlemania, making the WWE Championship match a triple threat match. And this past weekend at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Orton tried to send a message to Kane by attempting to persuade The McMahon’s to take over as the Special Guest Referee for Kane’s match with Triple H, only for JBL & Shane McMahon to see right through The Legend Killer. However Orton didn’t stop there as he tried to blindside his challenger after the match, only for The Big Red Monster to put a quick end to it, catching Orton in his eye before he could strike. It seems that Kane and Cena have had the upper hand on the champion over the past week. Will that continue to be the case when Raw comes to you live from good old England this Monday night?

THE GAME GOT PLAYED
Going in to Saturday Night’s Main Event, we all knew that Triple H was going to struggle to have any chance of escaping with what would be the biggest upset in WWE history. After Shane McMahon earned the chance for him and his family to pick The Game’s match this weekend, it always looked bleak. However, The McMahon Men stacked the odds far more than anyone could have imagined by not just naming Kane as his opponent but by each giving themselves an official role to play in the match. However, when it came to the match itself, The Game put up one hell of a fight, only to fall victim to JBL and Vince McMahon’s double act ended Triple H’s chances of victory. What kind of mood will The Game be in when he arrives at The M.E.N. Arena this week?

PUNK RETAINS AGAIN
Since becoming the Intercontinental Champion over two weeks ago at the Royal Rumble, CM Punk has been made to work to keep that title after successfully defending it twice in as many weeks. Two weeks back, he overcame Rey Mysterio, only after Rey was attacked backstage. And last Monday, he followed that victory up with another defence against Eric Bischoff’s nephew, Eugene, who made his return to the company. Punk wasn’t satisfied with just the victory as he attacked Eugene after the match with a GTS to his latest victim. How will this go down with Bischoff? It appears that all the bad blood between Punk and Jeff Hardy is spilling over on Raw following Jeff’s mystery hiatus the last couple of weeks. Will Punk have another good week or will it be a case of third time unlucky?

NO MORE MYSTERY FOR VICTORIA?
If Victoria was angry going in to her match with Beth Phoenix for the Womens Championship this past weekend, it will be interesting to see how angry she is now. Victoria looked to have the match and the title won when The Glamazon was saved by a mystery woman who came to the ring and attacked Victoria to help Phoenix retain her title. The Glamazon and this woman celebrated after the match, but from what we believe, this woman will be at Raw Monday night alongside Phoenix when she returns to action against Mickie James. Just who is this mystery diva and why did she help The Glamazon?

REY TURNS OUT THE GUIDING LIGHT
A lot of speculation going round the Raw locker room recently has revolved around just who was behind the sneak attack on Rey Mysterio two weeks ago. The chief culprits were CM Punk, Rey’s opponent that night, and Elijah Burke. It’s no secret that Burke and Mysterio had their problems, but Burke as well as Punk denied the attack, but Burke’s explanation wasn’t enough to convince Eric Bischoff, who subsequently made the Rey/Burke match we saw this past Saturday night. In what was a very back and forth match, it was Rey who came out on top as he eventually put away The Guiding Light. Have we heard the last of this situation, and are we any closer to finding out who attacked Rey two weeks ago?

LASHLEY MAKES ONE BIG STATEMENT
It seems that Mr. Kennedy is looking to claim his second straight Money in the Bank victory at Wrestlemania next month, but it wasn’t just the innovator of the match, Chris Jericho who had a problem with Kennedy practically saying the crown was already his. After putting on a very impressive performance in the Royal Rumble, Bobby Lashley made one hell of an impact last week by staking his claim for a chance at earning the all important title shot before defeating Kennedy in an impromptu triple threat match that also featured Jericho. We have been advised that Kennedy will be a guest on The Highlight Reel this week, but will either he or Jericho be able to forget about Lashley’s statement last week?

YO YO YO. . . CRYME TIME ARE BACK
Eugene and Paul Bearer weren’t the only ones who returned to Raw last week as we witnessed the return of one of the most entertaining tag teams to have ever graced Raw, Cryme Time. The lively duo stunned the fans in attendance as Shad & JTG picked up where they left off with a victory over Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch. With the energetic pairing on their way to Raw this week, what can the UK fans expect to see from them?

PLUS
Cody Rhodes & Kofi Kingston made the challenge to their fierce rivals, The Colon Brothers last week, and it appears that Carlito & Eddie are willing to take them up on it. For the first time in a long while, we were lucky enough to have the fortune of not seeing The Colon’s beating down Cody & Kofi last week, or see them intimidating Cody’s girlfriend, Kelly Kelly. In what’s sure to be a very competitive match up, who will it be who comes out unscathed and with the all important victory?

Ron Killings and Santino Marella took their problems to the ring last week, and it may just be the case that things may have gotten worse. Sick of Santino’s comments about him, Killings looked to shut the cocky Italian’s mouth. He was doing a great job too until Santino got himself disqualified. However, Santino’s determination to escape has landed him back on the firing line as this week he and Killings will both pick two partners to meet up in a 6 man tag team collision. How will Santino react to this news?
